  Hello community,

  I try to explain my problem in English as well as I do I m using Lightroom version 4.4 (Camera Raw 7.4) with a Nikon D7000, cable original USB and a MacBook Pro 10.11.3 El Capitan.

  I tried the steps of troubleshooting trouble shooting tethered in Lightroom. So my camera should be compatible, the USB cable is ok (I can import the photos), but don t tool attachment shows the camera. Nan a troubleshooting steps helped. And I tried with the version of Lightroom 5.7.1 test - it doesn´t worked too. Is that someone there who had the same problem? And maybe a solution? For me it s important to controll my images/photos of the laptop and import. And if the problem can still not resolved, you have an idea that is cheap for the camera to import with the computer control (and El Captain)?

  Hi Vio,

  There was a problem for Nikon camera is not able to perform the on El Capitan MAC tethered shooting.

  So I suggest you to please install the latest version of Lightroom time, Lightroom 6 and then check if you are able to perform shooting captive or not.

• 6 s iPhone Bluetooth will pair with El Capitan Mac but does not connect

  My employers very kindly gave me a brand new MacBook Pro running the most recent version (10.11.4) of Mac OS X.  What finish set up I need to pair my iPhone staff 6 (running iOS 9.3.1) to the computer I want to use MacID to secure my computer when I'm away from him.  While the phone would pair (pairing being initiated by the Mac) it would be briefly apply status 'connected' before going to "not connected".  When I then tried to establish a connection, I received the following message on the iPhone:

  Connection failure

  'MacBook Pro' is not supported

  and the only option to close this dialog box click the device forget .

  I therefore looked on my personal Mac which had previously been paired with the phone to find that he was is no longer listed in the devices Bluetooth, but when I looked in the settings for MacID running on my Mac it says "Looking for iPhone 6 s.  I tried to re-pair 6s iPhone to my personal machine and had the same results.  When I called in my TI guru we tried with his iPhone 6 (also installed 9.3.1) and had the same results.  As it's been a few months since I used MacID on my computer that I don't know when the link has been broken - after an update iOS or OS X update.  Bluetooth linking to my Apple Watch still works perfectly.  I was unable to try this out with any other Mac, I was looking for one with an older version of Mac OS X.

  Everyone is aware of this problem or have an idea for a fix?

  An iPhone will not pair Bluetooth with a computer (Mac or Windows) for one use other than personal hotspot and it will only do that if the carrier is supported. However, there are a number of things will be using Bluetooth between the computer and the iPhone where the devices are NOT matched.   The following link for MacID support site has instructions on how to do the installation.   NTFS, which would make unwritable on a Mac. It should say "logged".

  5 Lightroom and Photoshop cs6 are partially compatible with the El captain and no major problems have been reported by users.

  I've read through all the messages about printer with El Capitan + Mac problems, but none of the solutions seem to work for me?  I deleted the printer files and reinstalled.  I have reset the printer system.  With the computer has restarted, etc.  It drives me crazy...   Lightroom does not recognize my Nikon D610 when I try to use the captive capture.  The camera has been recognized until I updated to El Capitan.  I understand that there was a problem with the new operating system, but I was hoping it was fixed.

  iMovie 11 (version 9) supported cameras include not all models Sony FDR.  iMovie 10 supports a number of FDR-AXxx models however does not list your a see particular: iMovie support cameras - Apple Support

  There are a number of problems of running iMovie 11 under El Capitan, particularly with still pictures appears.  (It does not supports video 4K).  I recommend try iMovie 10.1.2 which you should be able to get in for free or may already have in your applications folder.  Although your camera model in particular is still not listed, I would expect it would probably work, and failing that you should be able to read files directly from the SD card if you put in an SD card reader.

  I tried to transfer files between my iPhone and my macbook pro installed with El Capitan 10.11.5 2015 6 / iPad pro. Between the devices of the latter, it works flawlessly, but on the Macbook, it does not. I followed all the suggestions in the forums, delete the file bluetooth.plist etc. However non of these work. I noticed something in the section ' on the Mac / system report / Bluetooth.

  I don't know if it will be useful, but I would have thought that should not be disabled, Airdrop uses Bluetooth technology.

  These services are for the regular BT file transfer, not release.

  They are listed as being disabled on my Mac Pro 2013 too but AirDrop works very well between my iPhone 6 + and Mac.

  Yes, but they may be too old to work with El Capitan.  Look at RoaringApps.com to see if there is any inconsistency with these applications.

  Yes, it is better to update the old Mac EC.

  Make sure that you back up the old Mac before the upgrade.
