  I work with video Communications Server 8.1 and Lync 2013 trying to get them to work well together in a lab environment. In demo mode, the number of calls of course in demo mode is defined for a single call of course, a non-traversal call and three inscriptions. When I make a call between the two environments, in the system logs, I can see my Tandberg user successfully finding my user Lync in a test call. I see so two followed indicating error messages that the "resource unavailable - call resources" and "temporarily unavailable".

  It seems that I have at least a part of this correct installation (according to Cisco Tandberg and LYnc for VCS 8.1 configuration guide), but the demo license can prevent a successful of the set up call. Anyone can check it please what I see and my assumption is correct but also suggest where I can get a 30 day trial or something similar license that will allow me to use this environment?

  You did not mention how you have your registered your VCS - end point is H.323 or SIP or double registered?

  A VCS-> Lync appeal would use a traversal license.  This call is a SIP call, if your endpoint is H.323 endpoint, you need another license of crossing to the H.323-> SIP Interoperability - so it would be two crossed licenses (and the demo has only one).

  If you save your end point with SIP rather than H.323 for VCS, this should remove the interoperability (and reduce the permits required by one) so you should then be able to make a call (although without the authorization of "Microsoft Interoperability", you can still not get things 100% working).

  I have the problem that when I import a video form my iPhone and then import this video in Lightroom video capture time will be changed. It seems that LR just changed time. In my run for about 2 hours.

  Manipulation of video metadata LR is very buggy and a complete mess.  It has been like this since LR 3 with almost no bug fixes.  Video formats contain metadata capture, and sometimes LR bed successfully and sometimes not.  When he's not reading the date of capture of metadata, it will normally use at time of file modification time created by file (depending on the part of LR you use).  Bugs amongst:

  -When LR does not read metadata capture date, it uses different date/time in different parts of the application: Lightroom: capture still inconsistent date/time for photos and videos

  -For Quicktime video (for example from an iPhone), LR will read metadata capture date but then fail to properly manage zones: Lightroom: iPhone video Capture time is shifted to import

  -LR is not able to rewrite metadata to video files, the files themselves or sidecars: Lightroom: read and write video metadata, although there are standards in the industry for this type of metadata (that Adobe developed!).

• Qosmio G20-120: 1080 p HD video question - photo stucks for 1-2 seconds

  Hi guys,.
  I have problems with playback of 1080 p HD progressive video on my G20-120. Photo gets stuck for 1-2 seconds every 5-7 seconds. Sound has no problem.
  I try to close all programs and applications that are running, but again it gets stuck. These help anyone make you think:

  1 - upgrade 1 GB RAM to 2 GB
  2-overclocking either the CPU or the video card (I don't know if its possible at all) if so how do you?
  3. change the 128 MB 256 MB video card (again once I'm not sure if it can be changed)

• Youtube video of yoga stuck 8 after 27 seconds

  I have yoga 8 4.4.2 android running and the youtube app update. All tube videos you stuck exactly after 27 seconds to play. Audio to work well. Everyone face similar problem?

  I am doing this side only if playback of video in youtube app. If the video is embedded in the Web site (even if the source is still youtube)... The hanging of video stream is not the case.

  Update:

  There is a system update, I've seen today with the build number. 140811... applied the update and after reboot it seems that the problem has disappeared.

  I keep getting stuck in a loop wen establishing the c220 m3. I have updated all drivers and restarted the server, but keep coming back here.

  In fact, the server is not stuck in the BIOs, happened to the cause of utility HUU likely that the FlexFlash has the active partition HUU.

  You can do thi, go to server > inventory > storage > select the FlexFlash and the clicki on "Operational profile set up", it will show you something like the attached image:

  * UCS Server Configuration utility =

  * Drivers

  * HV = useful if you want to have a hypervisor installed in this partition FlexFlash

  * HUU = it's the screen you get when the server starts.

  Turn this option off, accordingly, of all those, if you want to boot from the local disk.

• Move the external drive of Lightroom on new server

  I use Lightroom 6 (standalone - latest version) on an iMac. All Lightroom files are on an external drive attached in a hierarchy like this:

  Photos (folder)

  Lightroom Files (folder)

  LR-2 Previews.lrdata library (folder)

  Library of LR - 2.lrcat

  Photos of LR (folder)

  1999 (folder)

  2000 (folder)

  etc.

  etc.

  I would like to move this set of the player to a network attached server and continue to access it from the iMac. Can I move the player, point Lightroom for the .lrcat file and continue? Additional measures should be taken?

  The connected server network is a Mac Mini running Mac OS Server (last).

  Previews and catalog file should stay together, if you don't move the previews they will be re-created by LR in any case

  I did a quick glance upward for the Dell 4300.  The technical details of Dell suggested that it was shipped with Windows Vista.  There may be models later, but you don't have enough computer to function well the latest version of Lightroom.   I don't really know what to think.  By adding a post, he works on the top and maybe someone else can do better than me.

• Reading and Lightroom video 4 miniature black

  When loading, I see the photos for videos avi for about one second, and then they go black. On playback in Lightroom, the screen is black but the sound is very good. The videos play correctly in Quicktime and other programs.

  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

  4.1 shows as black thumbnails avi files and plays only sound. Install a complete codec pack did not resolve it. Change the codec to another or another video format conversion solves this. These files are also cameras Canon and Fuji and play very well outside of Lightroom.

  You could improve your VCS to X7.2.3 which includes a fix for Heartbleed.

• Satellite L305D-S5892 - cadence is low and stuck YouTube videos

  Well, here's the deal I had some problems with my Satellite l305d-s5892 so I ended up using a copy of Windows Vista to format so I can use it again.

  But I play world of warcraft and the frame rate is much lower now so im guessing that there is some configurations or missing something. I mean that I can get the drivers and all on the site and I installed video drivers. IK, that I did not kwnnowo if there are other relevant drivers that I have to put or something and something thng tube you videos get momentary stuck every now and then but the continuous sound to go and then the videos just make up whit the sound.

  If anyone can help or knows a beginner's guide, so I can properly set up my lap top, I really aprciate ir thank you

  You have a Satellite L305D-S5892 then your have a chipset AMD and ATI graphics card.
  The chipset driver is part of the graphics driver you n t need to reinstall separately

• Clean the video folder Lightroom user cache

  Hi everyone, I tried to make the free space on the hard drive of my computer when I discovered that my "user/username/Library/Caches/Adobe/Lightroom/video/MediaCacheFiles' was containing more than 100 GB of data.

  I intend to erase these data in order to save space. Is it safe? I think that these data are used to get a quick view in Lightroom (in grid panel) of the different video files that have been imported into my Lightroom library. I kind of never to use LR to manage or preview my files video (first is more efficiently, besides) I don't need these very heavy additional files to share my disk space.

  Can you tell me that I can do it without problems?

  Could check you what is the space allocated for cache Lightroom video.

  Check under Lightroom > preferences > file management

  Also click on clear Cache in the cache of video settings.

• Video export stuck repeatedly at 47%. Does not encode any more?

  My DSLR digital 7 min video (with color correction effects) takes about 10 hrs a rendering/export each time. I have learned that it is normal that my features.

  I still had a few versions of the video completely exported after 10 hours.  However, just recently (the last 2 days), the export of video same guard stuck at 41%, 47% for several hours, not even rose 1% after many hours.

  My export settings are identical to the front to make it stuck.

  The layer source footage is 1920 X 1080 (1.0) at 23.976 FPS

  Output is only the Vimeo HD 1280 X 720 preset with the 24 FPS Progressive H.264 codec

  Profile: Main level: 3.1

  VBR 2 Pass target 8 Max 9 Mbps

  "The Maximum use make quality" box checked

  Estimated file size is 456 MB.

  PC Specs

  HP 510 t

  Windows 7 Home Premium x 64 bit

  12 GB of Ram

  Seagate FreeAgent Go external Flex hard drive @7200 RPM (as the Source drive for my DSLR video files) my backup destination is the C: drive on my computer's internal hard drive.

  I tried to search for this same issue.  Also, someone else had a stuck % export and was suggesed to clean the media cache. It worked for them.  I went to edit > prefrences > media and 'cleaned' the cache, restarted 5.5 PP and restarted export...  Since then, he's stuck to 47% for several hours.

  What should I do?

  I managed to do return in 1 HR 15 min!    Not know not why, but, for the first time, I sent the Adobe encoder media and exported from there and voila! He did in 1 h 15 min with 2-pass VBR and make max.

  I also changed the output folder to an another newone I created, but on the same C: drive.

  I still don't know why it worked, but I am delighted to see a 1 HR 15 min time for export.
