line color and pen tool

is it possible to change the color of the line used by the pen tool or tools of Gordon from black to red for example? If possible how can we acchieved, plugin perhaps!

The pen tool draws paths not lines.

Here are the vectors. To get the colored lines you need to STROKE paths.

To make the race work just animate the start or end point and sent to paint on original or reveal original or normal.

  • Polygons and pen tool?

Hello! I end up spending a lot of time to make shapes in Illustrator and then import in my composition of edge as .svg files. And if I want to change a color or size, I need to go back to Illustrator and redo, save and import onboard etc etc... am I missing something? Edge has a polygon tool or a pen somewhere that I can't find so I can do directly aboard custom shape? That would speed up my workflow bunch!

Lovely people of Adobe Edge - is a tool of feather on the horizon? Or even just a triangle?

    Thank you!

    Hi, Lisa.

A pen tool/polygon tool is not currently to animate.  Remember that we actually using div tags using CSS animations, so we are a bit limited by the HTML specification in what we represent at present.

  • Pantone colors and networking tool.

    Hello

I am doing a logo using the NET tool. I have to use pantone colors, since it will be used on a bussinesscard.

Now, I'm having the following problem: I select a darker color on the lower part of the object, and the gradient goes from dark, to light, to normal.

Why is this happening? Is this because I use the PANTONE? He looks just yucky.

    Thank you!

    Image:

    [IMG] http://i22.Photobucket.com/albums/B338/Aetza/drop.PNG [line]

I clicked three times, so I have three horizontal and three vertical lines. The bright part that happens between two lines.

    function() {return A.apply (null, [this] .concat ($A (arguments)))}

Also, I have no knowledge of printstuff.

And because of this, others are here trying to help you avoid yourself in trouble. Before anyone actually starts to load money to do the work of design or preparation for commercial printing, they have really should consider their responsibility (what a concept!) in fact be less familiar with the printing process. Otherwise, if you present yourself as a designer for print, you really are defrauding the customer.

Take a course at school local tech. part-time work in a newsroom for peanuts, just learn. At the very least, ask someone to give you a functional to a newsroom tour when you can.

It's not rocket science; It is especially a simple mehanics. But it is also not just a simple matter of reorienting your work of web RGB. (Actually, it's backwards; usually, you first need to design for printing and then reuse for the web).

As soon as you start talking about real ink on paper, you talk about the work reality and materials in real-time on some really expensive equipment. Commercial offset printing is very competitive. Printing houses by jobs citation needed according to the jobs coming in from external preparers method are built right, i.e.; that the external designer knows what he does. You can't wait for a print shop to eat the costs involved in the setting of your file-picking errors.

In short, the printing world is full of very bad relations between angry designers who think they know what they are doing (often these days here just because they did a design work for the web) and printing of the houses who know that they don't. Trust me: you don't need this stigma. A print designer she should consider a question of the need for very strong with publishing houses, based on the mutual respect of professional relationships. Without this, you really will be not competitive, no matter how skillfully talented you consider yourself.

    function() {return A.apply (null, [this] .concat ($A (arguments)))}

    But it's really a pantone

There is no such thing as 'a pantone. PANTONE is a trademark; It's a business. Different Pantone libraries are a few sets of standard tones or sheet of color published by Pantone and process used to communicate colors to the publishing houses. PANTONE is not the only game of spot colors, but it is most commonly recognized in offset lithography; It precedes graphic computers for decades.

When you create a file for the separation of color (e.g., mass printing), your concern is if it will be printed in spot color or process-color printing (or, in some cases, a combination of the two). So that your color file correctly, you should build properly.

And the color separation isn't the only issue; There are other issues affecting if work is printed correctly, such as the density of ink trapping and total.  For example, spot is inherently less forgiving when you neglect the issue of trapping.

All prints are a matter of production economics. Business process vs. tones, several practical factors come into play, including the type of paper, the specific press which will be executed work and even the nature of the work of art itself (ex: line vs halftone, tightness of registration of color and others).

When designing for the printing of separate colors, do not think in terms of 'color '; think in terms of real, physical inks. Basically, your job is to deliver to the printing of a file that contains an image by ink - especially with spot (i.e.; that too many people think as a synonym for "Pantone"). Don't think a point of color as a 'color '; Think of it as a ink.

Offset presses have an ink separate for each ink that will be printed. Each ink hits the paper at a time other than the sheet passes through the press. Typical printing of SME - SMIs, bread & butter jobs like business cards are usually run on rather small presses. Those who are rarely more than 4-color presses and are often 2-color presses. If, in your work, the number of colors for separation then exceeds number of inkwells on the specific press, the job cannot be printed in a single pass; the paper must be rerun to apply the number of inks and implies another implementation of press operation - you pay.

So if (as it may seem), you take the warning 'use Pantone colors' just average for "make sure that all of the colors you use are selected in the Pantone swatch library", you're already in trouble. Whenever you add a color it draws in a spot color in your file, you're requiring another ink on the press.

If you've read and taken seriously into consideration the foregoing, you will understand that, overall, it is rarely practical (profitable) to design a room containing more than three tones. As soon as you need three colors, you should consider 4 color (CMYK) process.

(The high-end printing is often done involving more than four inks; it is not uncommon for work leaves color-plus-1 or process color-plus-2 tones.) MultiPass jobs may involve spreadsheets, varnish and metallic inks. But this impression of "lavish" is knowingly extravagant and is always carefully prepared to maximize the economy within the limits. Bien_qu' it may be, this extravagance isn't definitely usually the sort of thing used for the project type card.)

  • CS4 does not select the style of the previous line of the pen tool

When I used the pen tool in CS3 I could select any style of line (for most of the arrows) and be able to make the new line wih this style. In CS4 it creates just a black line each time with the same thickness.

In the appearance Panel, click the drop-down (top-right) and deselect new Art has basic appearance.

  • Panels and pen tool does not.

Hello. I use CS2 since I am not willing to spend so much money on a correct version.

The CS6, I used once, the pen tool worked perfectly and I created this beauty:

    http://prntscr.com/9tvv55

However on CS2, when I try to make curves, it automatically does this when I release:

    http://prntscr.com/9tvvmn

I can't stroke the path, I can't do anything. It does this by itself.

For my second problem, when I switch from windows to Chrome, for example, does it:

    http://prntscr.com/9tvwlf

I know that I could push the button cut but it's embarrassing and I have to break habits.

I have had absolutely no problem whether at CS6 help so I want to be able to use CS2 as comfortably as possible CS6. Help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks to a bouquet.

  • Color shape key and pen hiding missing tools

I try to add a mask of my key color effect in Premiere Pro. Every single tutorial I've seen shows here being of shape and pen tools in the effect for the addition of a mask settings. On my end, I don't see any of these tools.

    That's what I see:

    That's what they show:

How to activate these tools on my effects?

    sBirch wrote:

Dallasrm, you add the effect to the Source element? Because I've found that for the source element, you can apply masks. Why on earth they left is beyond me. I prefer to do only once on an item in the source instead of several times when it is cut in the timeline panel. But Premiere Pro does not allow.

Then I do a source sequence. What contains the sequence is the clip. Apply the effect to the element in the sequence and reach the mask. Then use this sequence as your source, because he has the mask in nested (or precomposed).

  • Artbrush line pen tool becomes a triangle

I am learning Illustrator and I am next to this video: http://blog.spoongraphics.co.uk/videos/video-tutorial-how-to-create-a-fun-vector-illustrat ion when I try and do a line with my pen tool that has the most points then two and try and do a zig - zag line and apply the art brush made to order on line, I get these orange triangles. Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong.

Then the filling is already built into the brush.

If you did the brush off-trail with thick lines, check the latter if there is a fill applied and delete it. Then make a new brush or replace the existing one.

It is called rubber band. Was introduced in CC (2014)

If you want to have in CS6, you can either use plugins (from clever graphics)

    or something in Illustrator:

Click on the next point anywhere, but leave the mouse down button, then press space and move the point. You can also drag the handles and move the point again as long as you release the mouse button.

  • Keeps changing between the stroke color and fill color? Help!

Hello world! While working, I have will have to draw the outline of something and then changes to color in, and as I do, I'm changing the fill color using the eyedropper tool, or the Swatches palette. Still my color doesn't seem to change.

I expect the colors chosen, and it's because for some reason, the program has my color trait selected automatically, even if I use the paint bucket tool, which means that me changing colors is only to change the line color and so, having no effect on the fill color - so I'm frantically clicking to color something with my newly selected color , with does not, because that I do not change the fill color as I thought I did.

What it seems to boil down to is, SOMETIMES when I draw or change a line, he commutes to line color, and change back when I use the eyedropper and paint bucket tools, as it did in Flash, nice and convenient. Is there a way to prevent it from doing this? Is there a way to make it how it used to be? It really starts to get exasperating.

Other than I really like the new step up to Animate - the new tools and little more pleasant little General updates do and I want to thank Adobe for him--and make it clear that I am not at all ungrateful for her.

    Thanks in advance.

Colin thanks for the tip, I could now clearly see the video!

As Colin described - to 0.34 video, you select the part of the circle (stroke) that modifies the active fill color to the color of the outline (you can identify the active color looking at the State of the fill/stroke button in the tools Panel or color)

The choice of the color swatch in the swatches Panel is the color of the outline (i.e. to the active color). You can just click Fill on the stage with the selection tool to change the active color to fill and begin your selection Swatch reflects in the painting of your filling.

The main thing is, if you select only STROKE on stage the active color is set to the race and if you select only fill then the active color is the Fill value. Swatches Panel and color Panel will work to the active color.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you!
