  I want to create a line with arrowhead point out something in a clip. My preference is to have the line appear as if it were being developed, where he could be a wipe.

  I see at least one method of adding a line. Take a frame and add the line in Photoshop E, then insert the image in the sequence of the clip.

  However, I don't see if there is a way to make the dynamic line as described above. As an example of sports commentators way shoot a game to indicate the tactics that are currently running.

  My question: is there a way to accomplish a "dynamically appearing line" with pre and PE?

  Probably the best way to do it is to create 'line' and 'Flash' in the title. Then animate the crop effect to reveal over time, from the beginning of the line, until all is revealed. We can give the line a little more than a glance "hand drawn" by like a line on a trail with some "wiggles". [I think that before this, and you will want to choose a Style w / a stroke.] Then you can remove all attributes, as the filling, which are not necessary, but you have that Style first do a stroke].

  Personally, I create the title in Photoshop and use my Wacom to draw the line, to get the wiggles hand drawn. The resultant THAT PSD is imported in the meadow and the same animation of the cropping effect would be used.

• To select lines within a clipping mask

  I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I just upgraded to CS4 and I'm having a few problems in illustrator.

  I have an illustration of a shirt where the collar and cuffs are illustrated by a good number of lines that are sitting inside a clipping mask to illustrate the ribs.

  I used to be able to individually select each of these lines when using CS3, but now that I'm on CS4, it won't let me do that, it will not literally select lines.  I was wondering if something changed regarding clipping paths in the upgrade as if I take off the same file in CS3, it works perfectly?

  If someone else has had a similar problem and found a solution I would appreciate any help you could give me!

  Maybe because you started using CS4 without having read enough about the changes?

  Masks in CS4 work differently because users like you and me were not satisfied with the visibility of the content beyond the mask mask (but you probably knew that).

  So now objects outside of the mask are not visible and not get calculated when you align, transform or even manipulate the mask + object.

  One of the consequences is that you can't seize objects beyond the mask in traditional methods. He worked 'perfectly' in CS3, but not in CS4 because the application has changed.

• HP Officejet 6600: Horizontal lines when scanning (digital glitch, no debris on scanner)

  Hello, can anyone advise on how to fix the horizontal lines that appear when you use the flat bed scanner (Hp Officejet 6600)?

  This function scan/unit worked well for a year and suddenly breakdowns at each attempt to analyze.  I went through several steps to try to resolve, including zero/restart the printer and the computer.   To clarify, this not a question of debris/ink etc on the bar of the Analyzer or glass; It's a digital bug (see attached image screenshot).

  I can't find many references about it on the HP forums or elsewhere.  If it helps you to offer a response, FYI I use a macbook, which has worked well with this scanner/printer until recently with this problem.  The printer function works fine.  Finally, I just downloaded the latest update from HP for this device through the App Store and it still gives the same error.

  I certainly hope that I can help you with the unrest sweeping have horizontal lines across your scans to your Officejet 6600, you notice your Mac running Yosemite. To add the steps that you have already tried, here are some of my suggestions for you.

  Try these steps in the following order:

  1. Reset the printing system
  2. Repair disk permissions
  3. Restart the Mac.
  4. Click here to download and install the full function driver: 6600 Officejet HP e-All-in-One Printer series - H711 Full Feature Software and Driver
  5. In addition, to download this driver: HP v3.0 for OS X printer drivers
  6. Try to scan the image

  Also try to make a copy of the front of the printer to see if they also show the flaws.

  Tip: Make sure that the printer is plugged directly into the wall, avoiding bars power and surge protectors. This ensures that the printer is full on.

• Not on opacity default line

  I'm in first Pro CC 2015.3 and I noticed that when I edit a project all the clips that I add to the timeline have activated the line opacity. When I finish the edition, released first and then run the project again, all the clips on the timeline have line motion activated instead of the line of the opacity and I have to manually switch to each and every one of them - with the exception of clips, then I add. It looks like somehow the line of movement is enabled by default. Is it possible to change this?

• How to create and populate a form customized with 2 lines

  I want to bridge the gap between the 2 lines that I've bowed to create a sort of funnel-curved. The small curved line must be transparent, as the finished form will be superimposed on something else. Is it possible to merge these two forms and using only the gap between the lines, or is there a better way to do it? I added a photo to show the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

  As I (MIS) interpret it in two possible ways, you can

  (A) join the paths for a closed path.

  If you want to only have shots on the curved parts, then copy it to the front, remove the fill and select directly the right end segments delete them, and then select the original and remove the line (you can select it in the layers palette).

  (B) make the fill of the path down filled invisible inside the curve of the path back to the top, by copying the top to the front path, then by selecting the original and giving it a black fill, then select the bottom path filled and in the transparency palette dialog box click on do some opacity with Clip and mask unchecked Invert mask.

  With the clip selected in the timeline panel, move the effect controls panel. In the section of Audio effects, the level setting allows you to enter a two digit decimal value (by example, - 6.09). After you apply the value that controls that display setting rounded to one decimal place (-6,1), but if you hover your mouse over the keyframe in the timeline panel, you will see that the real value of two-digit decimal was saved.

• Why inexplicably turn my clip in black and white?

  This sounds really weird, but it has happened twice now.  Edition of base done and just messing around with transitions and suddenly a small clip is shot in black and white.  Thought maybe I accidentally lit black and white I went in the correction of color and enabled the black and white option.  No effect.    Someone at - it never have this happen?  I see a green line in the clip (an index), but what that means, I don't know.

  new answer to the old question I know but I just looked for an answer to this problem and solved then.

  When I scroll quickly the effects window, looking for something...  using the mouse wheel. My cursor could be in the middle of the effects window. While I scrolling on the effect, which said luma / composite that, just change a listel. Try it. Happening the clip of color in black and white. Click on change this before, I tried but it didn't fix the problem, but simply scroll again and it changes color. Yes! Prior to this, my work around was to remove all the effects of this clip and copy of the effects above another element in the sequence.

  I know that you can disable clips in FCP7 and FCPX... First probably has this option too?

• Red line with Magic Bullet Looks

  Magic Bullet Looks in the video effects panel shows 32 GPU accelerated effects.

  However, when I add it to a clip in one, two or three, I'm going without lines (including the yolk) to a red line above this clip.

  If it's a GPU acceleration effect why I see a line of Red above the clip when I add to this effect?

  My card is a 285 that works very well with anything else.

• How add you a gradient to shots like a whole object (not individually)?

  I try to add a gradient (in the sense not that fill forms) from one side to the other in the scheduled work. When you try to add this gradient, Illustrator adds a gradient to each line individually. I want a gradient caused to the piece as a whole. I tried to object > path > junction to work as one. However, it adds more random lines at work, destroy the work.

  Maybe a silly suggestion, but you can (assuming that black work):

  (1) create one object (rectangle or other) background extending beyond the work and apply the desired gradient

  (2) group work if not already;

  (3) select, then in the transparency palette dialog box click the opacity with Clip mask and mask invert checked.

  Fully reversible and adjustable, a simple change in appearance of the work.

• How to trace an outline of fonts?

  So, I'm trying to place text on a background.

  I have created the object text, but really need to have a gap between the text and the background.

  I have reproduced the text and given to the new text 4pt white stroke and then this layer behind the original text.

  This gave the glance that I was after.

  However I need a vector drawing of this (for cuts in a laser cutting machine).

  If I convert the text to curves, the vector is still the original sketch of the text; It is just pulled a 4pt line.

  I need to be able to trace the outline of the text 'fat', but I can't figure out how to do this.

  Another example of this problem is when I draw a line.

  If I draw a line, with a 4pt pen, then I get a long rectangle.

  However, if I draw it, I just get a thin line.

  I need to be able to trace it and get a rectangle.

  Any ideas?

  In the first case, you can, starting with direct Type and the background object down in the order of stacinkg:

  (1) type > vectorize and ungroup;

  (2) with everything still selected, object > path > Offest path by the width of the desired interval and group, then on locking, then group the original letters described, then unlock.

  (3) select the group path of Offset and

  3 (a) to select also the background object and the transparency palette flyout click the opacity with Clip mask and mask Invert unchecked, it is completely reversible.

  3 (b) also select the background object and the Pathfinder > less before, it is irreversible and creates a background object a composite path.

  (3 c) just change the a white fill, or according to the color you have behind the background object, as appropriate.

  In the latter case, you can start by object > path > describe the path and continue more or less as in the first case, according to the needs.

  (1) create a rectangle that is larger than the Group of line,

  (2) select the rectangle and the square and the object > compound path > make.

  (3) select the compound path and the Group of curves and object > clipping mask > make.

  (1) change the color of the black square,

  (2) select the square and the line group and in the transparency palette dialog box click the opacity with Clip mask and mask Invert unchecked.
