Link blackBerry software

I tried several times to install the link worm. 1.1.0.33 - it goes through the process of update, but when I restart I worm 1.0.1.12

That's why I constantly update needed message. I am running Windows 7, using Trend Micro security. Downloads the file, the Installer seems to work and it shows finished but the version does not change

Hey bthomson,

Welcome to the community of BlackBerry Support Forums.

Thanks for the question.

I suggest to uninstall BlackBerry link to control panel > programs and features and then reboot the PC. Continue with the download of BlackBerry link by going to www.blackberry.com/desktop

Let me know if you are still having the same problem.

  • Problem with LINK blackBerry software

So today, I went to try to sync some songs on my phone via Itunes, I plug my phone into the computer as usual and start link only to find out that my phone and link won't talk to eachother. I tried to uninstall the link and re install, I got error 1376, I followed the instructions to fix this problem and nothing has worked, I still also have Desktop Manager 7.1 on my laptop, will not uninstall either. I thought that maybe there was a problem with my phone so I reset which and there has been no change. I plugged my phone on my wifes computer and everything worked the way it's supposed to.

My question is how Devil can I get rid of the two programs above when nothing of what has been recommended before does not work, there is no problems with the registry on my computer files. my laptop is running a 32-bit version of windows 7. I'm definitely at my wits end with this, and it's starting to make me reconsider what phone I'll go with when I update in a few years. I've never had a problem with the blackberry programs before, so it's extremely disappointing.

  • BlackBerry software not able to download Blackberry link

    Hello

Last week I bought my Q10 (from Orange/Romania) and downloaded Blackberry Link (for Mac OS)

I installed and used with my phone just fine.

Yesterday, I had some problems with my phone and reinstall the OS. After that, she refused to connect to Link of BB somehow.

After several attempts to get it working, I uninstalled Blackberry link and remove the software in order to download again.

But surprise, when I press the button to download the BB link again, I received the following message (that I had last week when I downloaded the BB link for the first time):

    We're sorry...

This software download is not yet available in your country for regulatory reasons. Please check for future availability.

Please let me know what I did wrong. It is odd that the link is not available in a country where BB phones are available from the mobile operators.

    Thank you

Welcome to the community of BlackBerry Support Forums.

There was an investigation into intermittent problems with the software download link from BlackBerry.com BlackBerry which took place yesterday.

This problem has been reported as being solved by our internal teams and should now be available for download again. If you still receive the error message that it is not available in your country, please try to reload BlackBerry.com in your browser by pressing Command + Shift + R on Mac, or CTRL + F5 on Windows. You can also try clear all the cache of your browser, and then restart the application.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you still have problems to download the BlackBerry.com link BlackBerry software.

  • BlackBerry software Blackberry link and Blend.

I have BB link/mixture on my computer, but lately because the software updated in my link Q10 can not read my phone, it says that it is connected but there also.

I uninstalled the link Blackberry and all the drivers and reinstalled and everything was installed corrrectly, but the Blackberry link plant still my system completely, whenever I have now connect the phone and the link opens the system freezes and I have to manually shut the computer off of the GET that it works again.

Blackberry mixture will not open at all, there seems to be quite dead, (but he worked previously before update).

Never had this problem before, just since the last update with my BB Q10, really annoying however.

    What could be the problem?

  • Link blackBerry problems blackberry software

Earlier this week my blackberry software is no longer connected to my USB connected playbbok.  Today, it didn't connect to my Q10.  She is also not connected and all attempts will fail to connect.

I reinstalled connected link Q10 and 1/2 hour later it is appeared and sunched, but also showed the error that it couldn't connect wirelessly.  Still does not see playbook, even if the playbook says that it is connected.

If something has changed.  Old and new versions of link are the same - 1.1.1.32

It worked OK before including wireless.

Finally solved my problem by uninstalling with REVO uninstaller and then reinstall again. Previous registry entries have been properly cleaned this time around it seems!

  • BlackBerry software please update link (or the BONES of BB10) connection to connect to a device via USB with Powershare BB10

I discovered that the problem of not recognizing device with link performed from USB (2.0 and 3.0) port with Powershare function.

I don't think it was the problem of the computer (laptop) with this feature because it will be a trend now.

So please update link or BB10 OS this link can recognize peripheral BB10.

After the 10.3.0.1418 (sunk), now the link and my BB Q10 is connected!

  • BlackBerry software to dismiss the message 'installation link blackberry' for good

    Dear users, dear devs,

I would like to get rid of the 'installation link blackberry [dismiss]' message for good. I get this message when you plug in the device (Z10STL100-2/10.2.2.1609)

-to my computer: link it works fine, the backup done regularly

-to my car to load (USB mount function available here)

I don't get the message connection to a standard USB charger.

I don't know about the link, and I don't want to be bothereed more by this message. Anyone has an idea about any solution?

    Kind regards

Try to hold the power for 10 seconds, this resets the phone, without loss of data occurs, it's just a reset.

If the above does not help disable the BlackBerry link on your phone then restart it, then turn it on.

  • BlackBerry software unable to synchronize playlists itunes via BBLink

    Hi all

I hope I'm not the only one having this problem but I'm able to see my itunes music library in my bblink.   Before I have in the past been able to synchronize itunes playlists to my Z10 but I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and had no chance to get communication between itunes and bblink.

When I have everything first open bblink and go to music, it shows empty according to the screenshot below.

     http://postimg.org/image/ftjn0skmz/

If I go home to bblink and change the "select your music source" and it points to WMP, I see the music appear.

    http://postimg.org/image/4mkhr8jtf/

If I change back to pointing to itunes I get an error "Itunes is not available.

    http://postimg.org/image/3vsi85ih3/

I tried the solution provided in the error, but not luck.

I also tried to uninstall and reinstall BBLink and itunes.

I also tried to remove my itunes library and re-import my music in itunes.

The only solution that I have not tried is reinstalling windows.  I would avoid rather than as I needed to reinstall windows 8 and then perform the upgrade to 10.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

My version of Itunes is 12.2.2.25 / My BBLink is 1.2.4.39 / my version of the software on my Z10 is 10.3.2.2168

I think that I just fixed it. New versions of Itunes apparently do not have an xml file in the itunes on your PC my default folder. You are able to activate a feature in the advanced Itunes sharing this folder, after that, all my songs appeared in link BlackBerry! Happy days

  • Version of the blackBerry software 10 compared to the Version of the OS

    Greetings,

Link, the software version and the Version of the OS for my PlayBook are 2.1.0.1917. For the Z10, however, the version of the software is 10.2.1. 2977and the Version of the OS is 10.2.1. 3247. so, what's the difference between the version of the software and OS Version?

    Thank you

    Shane.

The version of the software is everything, including the operating system, files of radio apps etc. It is actually a set of programs and includes the operating system; If the versions do not match because they are slightly different things.

When we say what version using you - we usually want to know the version of the OS, because that's what you get when you type in "myver" on the keyboard for BlackBerry.

Hope that it clears up a bit.

  • BlackBerry Software Desktop software components must be installed?

    Hey guys,.

I'm going up to his presentation of the latest BlackBerry software link, which is now called BlackBerry Desktop Software. After you download the .exe file and run the regular configuration, it contains several components such as link, mix and device drivers.

I am talking about the software for one e.g. Z10, Q10, jump etc (BB10 OS devices)

Because we use and to use the mixture, I want to extract this component and only the deployment of others.

Now, I am faced with different .msi files and I am trying to figgure on which of them are really necessary.

    There are:

    -BlackBerryDeviceManager.msi

    -BlackBerryCommunicationManager.msi

Of course I could install the connection, connect a BlackBerry and see what happens (with one of these above probably nothing)

Then install the Device Manager and check aso again... until it works

BUT I want to know which of the above is required for what service.

If someone out there who knows?

    Thanks in advance!

Uh, I figgured out, both mentioned components are needed and a more:

In conclusion, if you want to have a job entirely BlackBerry link, you must have the following components:

    -BlackBerryLink.msi

    -BlackBerryDeviceManager.msi

    -BlackBerryCommunicationManager.msi

Each of them is the regular installation in the following directory:

    -Cache C:\ProgramData\Package

    Hope that help anyone ;-)

  • Error blackBerry software - synchronization failed, impossible to deal with organizing data

I had a Q10 Blackberry last week.  I downloaded and installed the PC of Blackberry link 1.2.2.13 version.  Two-way sync USB worked fine.  Now, all of a sudden, I get the error message "synchronization failed, impossible to deal with organizing data."   I tried to reset the synchronization options, but not joy.  Also tried to uninstall and reinstall the software Link 1.2.2.13, once again no joy.  Any suggestions?

UPDATE: I spent 4 hours on the phone and the remote session with the help of Blackberry last night.  After doing some troubleshooting to isolate the problem, determined that something on the device caused the problem of Outlook synchronization. One thing I've learned, it's that it can take a long time to synchronize and even though the progress of the screen may appear frozen, let it go until the end - sometimes it took 20-25 minutes, but eventually completed. Here's the process we went through - I would recommend appellant help BB and work with them to make sure you have not accidentally delete Outlook contacts and calendar of important information of your PC or BB device!.

    (1) we tried an uninstall/reinstall the PC Link BB software and that did not fix the problem.

    (2) to isolate the problem of synchronization.  We first did a synchronization of 2 channels 'contacts' and 'calendar' and who was a failure.  Then did a synchronization of only 2 channels 'contacts' and managed.  Then did a synchronization of only 2-way 'calendar' and that was a failure - so the problem was linked to calendar data and something on the device has been the cause of the problem or corrupted.

    (3) link BB allowing us to make a backup complete unit.

    4) then decided to do a 'Wipe security' on the device of BB Q10 to erase all the data and settings and return to a clean boot device configuration.  I was nervous about it - make double sure that Outlook all contacts and calendar data on the device and the PC are completely backed up in case something bad happens.  Nothing serious happened, but I was gald, we made the backup!

    (5) has the 'Security Wipe' feature (on the device, the settings > Security and privacy > wipe security) and phone rebooted without problems (takes a while to do).

    (6) then used link BB to do a sync test 1 channel 'contacts and calendar' from PC to device.  It worked without problem.

    (7) we then used BB link do a "restore" full backup of device, as we did in step 3 above.  It takes a while to make and was a success.

    (8) once the restoration of the aircraft was complete, BB link configured to perform a synchronization of 2 channels of the two 'contacts' and 'calendar '.  Does the synchronization and was a success.  Did a test by adding the new entry of the calendar on PC and did another 2-way sync - all worked very well.  Seems that the problem has been corrected, but will follow in the coming days.

    Lessons learned:

    (1) If you have a lot of Outlook contacts and calendar entries, the synchronization may take a long time.  Be patient and let it run - even if it seems stuck, etc!

    (2) save all Outlook data on the device and the PC to make sure that you have a backup something bad happened during troubleshooting.  We had not something bad happens, but I was gald we made a backup anyway.

    (2) call BB help - support person, I worked with was fabulous, even if it took some time to work through a patch.

  • BlackBerry software trying to reload from scratch 10.2.1

    Original post: http://forums.crackberry.com/blackberry-10-os-f269/trying-reload-10-2-1-scratch-898283/

I'm reloading 10.2.1 on my Q10 now that it is officially released.

The method I use, connect my Q10 to my PC, load Blackberry Link, preferences, Device Software Reload, Reload.

Link then begins downloading the software, I guess from Blackberry, and
arrives at 98% and complains he cannot complete the download because the
connection Internet came out. I've tested and my internet works fine.
New attempt to hit does nothing.

I did some digging in the newspapers and found the following:

I found saved link Blackberry OS download is in your temporary
    (C:\\Users\\\AppData\\Local\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Te Internet files
employees Internet Files\\Content.IE5\\AV6ZPR0G) in my case. I confirmed
do this by removing the file .bar in the temporary internet files, click
'Retry' link and have it download a new copy.

I did a MD5/SHA1 of the file downloaded Blackberry link and the file that I downloaded manually on top and they are identical.

This leads me to believe Blackberry has screwed up the checksums on the
OS download certain way and we're stuck until they fix it at their end.

If we can resolve this problem? I want to reload my OS from scratch, that I was using before a leak of 10.2.1.

Thanks for this posting. I also saw a lot today and thought it was due to the heavy traffic. I'll see if I can get a friend to look at this and see if we can get Word to those who control it and we hope to get a fix.

For your second point of reloading the operating system because you are not running flight', there is really no need. The two versions are identical. You can do it if you really want to, but it is not necessary.
