I'm becoming Adobe Certified Expert (Flex 3 with air) as August 22 09 but the date (now he is almost 3 days) I have not received email from ADOBE on my review. On my candidate Id review report shows it as being on hold. I tried a lot to make contact with Adobe and Center Prometric Pearson, but whenever I click on the contact on the ADOBE web site link, it redirects me to link Product Support.

Could someone help me?

There I just have to wait. Be patient. When I Flex 2 ACE certified and Certified Flex 3 ACE, it's the same for me.

    In our system, it's showing that the payment was not allowed.

    Could you please contact your card issuer and check that nothing is blocking the requests for payment, and then try again.

    This is an attempt (IMHO) 'teach users how to fish' vs distributing fish.   As a volunteer here, I struggled for nearly a decade helping users help themselves by pointing them in the right direction.  Place the link publicly at the Summit would negate any effort for some users to solve their own problems.

  • Could not find a link to download CS6 (adobe, photoshop, etc.)

    My old hard drive has been damaged in a way that it can not work with the CS6 and have two problems.

    1. cannot find a way to transfer the license to the new computer, now that I can't turn it off in the old computer because it no longer works.

    2. the new application that replaces the old CS6 (cloud) download installation tool shows not all products CS6, and I don't know how to re - download CS6 relating to software.

    I couldn't reach anyone at Adobe and found nothing that could help in the forum.

    Disabling inaccessible installation, you should contact Support Adobe thru cat when they are available (M - F, business hours) and ask them to reset your activations.  or the link below, click on the still need help? the option in the blue box at the bottom and select the chat option.  Make sure that you are logged on the Adobe site, having cookies enabled, clearing your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect, try to use another browser.

    I called Adobe and talked to an old man who struggled with what he was even talking or sale. I was very patient with him and finally crossed and "bought" that he sold - an account of the TEAM of Adobe Stock. His exact words and sale is that "no one on your team can login and use your team - all they need is an Adobe ID. Large. So I am, right?
