I was excited to use Stock photos but didn't think I would be charged instead that truly get free 30 days with creative cloud.

You should not try to contact them via chat or by email on this subject. I turn in circles.I love using creative cloud and have come since it's great.
Contact the support I'm turning a little sour on everything. It shouldn't be so difficult and probably more clarity it if one is going to be charged for a free trial of 30 days and not really a gift.This business of links that go from one page to the other but really do not have a support contact is nuts.
Is it just me or am I missing something?
I'm about to start blogging on this to see if others have questions and get some corrections.

I used a prepaid credit card to set up a subscription. I realized I didn't really need the cloud of Adobe, so I tried to cancel it. But of course, no way to do it! Fast forward to two months, I stopped putting money on the credit card, and Adobe sent me an email to update my payment information. Now, I tried again to contact support to cancel the subscription, but I can't. There is no option "chat or by telephone ' choice. I can't even log on the forums with my main account, so I used this account and... oh well, it works, because there is no subscription I think! It is a scam, nothing else.

How in the hell cloud adobe not unsubscribe to this criminal enterprise, I've just been forced in an inner loop, there is not why it is possible to contact support customers to cancel. To make trouble by nature to do is criminal!, and you'll lose a hell of a lot of customer loyalty by being total stooges on this subject. Please is their some sort of link? This experience has really ticked me, I WILL USE YEAR ADOBE PRODUCT MORE EVER!

As should a user/owner of low tech I download this update? Isn't benifite my machine, or any technology that might have to do the repairs? OE just take to the top of the space/memory for something I'll never use?

Who should I contact to request a refund of the part of a subscription?
I called today to inquire about the issue and cancel a subscription, I thought was cancelled a month ago, but from the beginning, the person I spoke with sounded busy and lead me to believe that I didn't call the right people for my questions. Premier Pro subscription has been canceled, but I would really like to speak with someone who can help me so I don't have to pay $30 for a program that I won't use and had no intention of buying. Try to upload an image under license and says "contact support adobe technique.
I downloaded several images to date and have had no problems, but now I can not download the images. I'm using the same machine and everyone downloaded on my computer before, so nothing has changed. I have exceeded my limit of 10 downloads per month, but bought some additional images on the £1.99 already option if do not know why this error occurs now.
I get the message error is "there is a problem with your payment. "Please try again later or contact support adobe technique.
Please can someone advise what to do?

In our system, it's showing that the payment was not allowed.
Could you please contact your card issuer and check that nothing is blocking the requests for payment, and then try again.
