• Dynamic characters of the Alphabet links: example/tutorial?

  I hope someone can point me to a tutorial/example of what I'm trying to do. which is to link dynamic of a page, based on the alphabet.

  My database contains for example, a collection of CDs, artists, albums by them (Art_Name, Alb_Title, ArtID) and a list ID.  From a page where I have listed alphabet (A, B, C, etc. on a toolbar).  I'm looking for a way to bind a dynamic page, where all the artists starting with a specific letter will appear

  My efforts to date can bind either a single artist, or all the artists, but not all artists with a common letter list!

  I know I could do this by creating a page target for each letter, then using filtering in the Republika Srpska, but think there should be a more elegant solution

  The link is in the repeat region that displays the initial letters.

  simply inserts the file name of the current page.

  It is followed by a query string. In my example, I used? letter =.

  The resulting HTML output will be something like this:

  Late last night, I ran across a tutorial that I found somewhere on the Oracle website, and I want to run through it again, but can't locate.
  
  The tutorial has me download a file called apex30
  
  The unzipped files were employees.sql and tasks, and the tutorial has been on the master/detail pages, about employees, projects and tasks.
  
  He was part of the series that had small glasses icon to view screenshots. It is NOT E13363-02 of the 3.2 release of advanced tutorials part number

• I can't watch the tutorial movies.

  When I click on them the screen goes black. The bottom of the screen will display the playbutton, but time shows 0:00. I downloaded the latest version of Adobe flash player, but it doesn't seem to help. The tutorials that came when I downloaded lightroom, worked flawlessly.

• Display Site tutorial Dreamweaver CC in IE11 errors

  Hi all

  Have recently begun to tackle Dreamweaver CC thanks to this tutorial:

  I am a beginner here, but I do really well with this series of tutorials - until I started to test the site in IE11.  So far I used my Chrome browser default and all showed perfectly.  I even went to begin to produce my own pages with some success (these pages by displaying the same way in IE11, can provide details if necessary).

  I tested for my own tutorial PAGE consolidates and filled pages provided with the tutorial and when they appear in IE11 navigation bar appears shifted vertically as a series of steps (see screen attached grab).  I did dig as much as I can, but cannot find any solution.  The code looks good (HTML and CSS) as far as I can tell from a perspective of novices, and it displays well in Chrome, but not IE11.

  I guess it's something to do with the CSS code, specifically the attributes of float, but would like to see that any idea that I don't really know enough to make an informed comment.

  I have not attached any code that everything is available from the link above tutorial.

  Either incidentally, edge Adobe fonts do not seem to load either, but that's a secondary concern at the moment (except if she turns out to be part of the same problem).

  OK, I just threw all this and began, like the one proposed by the moderator.  It worked.  I don't know what was wrong.   Probably a typo or something esoteric. So there you have it!

  -J' tried to bugs:
  1 format and reinstall windows 7 and 10.
  2 reset the CMOS.
  3 disassemble the laptop to check on the CMOS battery.
  4. clean and renewed thermal paste to the GPU and the CPU.
  5. comparative analysis with 3DMark and Prime95. Throw the RAM, the processor and the motherboard, being the GPU as the culprit of the problem.

  Looking for maps of replacement which gave me ideas to upgrade the GPU. I called the service $400-600 repair center.

  -L' idea:
  I came up with the crazy idea to Flash the vBios with another firmware, some time ago, I was me sleeping with GPU - Z and made a copy of my firmware, I searched and found others on the internet, so I decided to give it a shot. I knew I could probably kill the video card so in order to access my laptop I installed teamviewer, logmein, AND I tried with the video card taken flight and worked. Then I have a video card, flash video is totally dead. Then I flashed back to my old firmware and that is, I used it for a week by monitoring the behavior with the msi afterburner and everything is fine, even with long game sessions. Therefore, I think that the firmware may got corrupted somehow.

  -Method:
  Here I describe the flashing method used in this case, it's very simple, but be careful.

  1. download teamviewer and logmein. Put in place to start with windows and connect from another device without getting anything in the laptop, if you need to enter something after the laptop running trying to memorize what to do because you could be blind!

  Make a copy of the vBios firmware, just click on the button next to the BIOS version, it should create a ROM file

  Unzip and place these files and the ROM all files in a folder.

  4. Enter cmd in admin mode and go to the folder where the files are located.

  5. type:
  nvflash64-6 *.rom
  (* the name of the rom,-6 file cannot ignore any error).
  NVFLASH will ask to you if you want to continue, enter y for Yes. It will end to make a beep very hard.

  6 cut, remove power, remove the battery, press the power button to drain remaining power.
  Put back in place the battery and the power cord, press shift + f8 + power button, if this doesn't start t try to do this a couple of times more.

  7 done!

  I've recently LabVIEW 2014 and I want to learn the basics. Have the manual of the introduction course I have in hand, the exercises required files to a folder (C:\Exercises\LabVIEW Basics jemti) vi however, I'm unable to locate the exercise folder in my computer. I tried to get every possible locations and I think that I might even not the case after all. Can someone tell me where to find the exercises?

  Upward through LabVIEW 2011, school kits include LabVIEW Basics 1 and 2, as well as the exercise files (which were installed when you installed the software on your computer).  NOR is no longer distributes it with school kits.  Under support (I think) access (some) this material on the Web Site OR of course, but it is part introductory tutorials and additional.  I borrowed these links-Hooovahh (tutorial links are at the end...)

  There is an option in the power manager to activate automatic Optical Drive Power Off.

  Looks like you have spaces in the path where you created your Mobile ADF workspace:

  C:\JDeveloper\mywork\ADF Mobile Tutorial 1

  I suggest that is to run the command turned off. Close JDev, remove spaces, reopen JDev then the workspace. Try again.

• Newbie Question: What should I put in for "Hostname" in the DNS Configuration during install ESXi

  Note: I'm not a professional but rather an amateur trying to test the power of virtualization technology. I understand the IP addresses and how to configure my router, Setup static IP address and build my own computer, but I have some limited knowledge when it comes to the configuration of the servers. All I want to do is use this ESXi server locally in my house to run several operating systems on one physical box. I really don't want to have a server on the internet, I think that Comcast doesn't let me run the servers with dynamic IP package I have. In any case, here's my problem:

  I followed with the installation of the link video tutorial ESXi in the intro email vmware sends you after registering. I'm around the 14:30 mark minute now where we are the management network configuration in the configuration menu of DNS.

  The tutorial guys sets its hostname to something he obviously installation but mine appears as "localhost.hsd1.ca.comcast.net". I do not understand what I do when I set up a host name - and as I said above, I don't want to be put in place a server on the comcast network.

  I think I'm a bit confused and don't know what to put in host name. I tried "localhost" and also "localhost.hsd1.ca.comcast.net" but hen t when I chose "network of test management", I got a message of failure for hostname.

  Sorry if it's a super newbie question, but I will not continue to implement virtual machines or what then if this setting is incorrect. I appreciate your time in reading this / to help me. Thank you.

  UPDATE: Ok, so since I'm impatient, I tried just letting the host name to what it was and continues with tutorial and realized that I could simply type the address static IP address from my ESXi server in my web browser from another computer on my home network to get the VI of the esxi Server client , then I typed just 192.168.1.50 which is that I put it was and it was successful! Is there a reason to set a host name then?

  So, my next question becomes: can I run my windows XP 64 OS at the same time as the ESXi Server? Each are installed on different disks in the same physical box, but this computer is one of my main computers that I work on in windows every day so ideally I would have ESXi running but also be able to use the base operating system. Is this possible or am I just dreaming / confused?

  Your welcome hardnesses, I think you can try to re-insalling ESXi with the hostanme you want, or you can connect to the existing installation with an unsupported option and try the same thing.

• Need help with air (Beginner)

  Don't know if I am posting this in the right place, but here goes. I'm relatively new to Flash, and I am currently working on an Air application in Flash CS5, which shows my site HTMLLoader pit. I'm having a small problem to the login page. I want to be able to do is connect via the application, and do remember my user name and password, so that it will automatically record me in the next time I open the app. My connection has one of these checkboxes ' remember me ', which is supposed to remember the details of connection. The problem is when I close the application down, it does not save my user name and password, so when I open it, it gives me just an empty login screen again. How can I fix?

  Another problem is what happens if the internet cuts off. I added the code in the application, which displays an error message if there is no internet connection, but if the internet cuts off while using the app, it just display the error message on the site, but everything is still active under him. Is there a way to "kill" HTMLLoader when there is no internet, then have it reopen when it reconnects?
