  I'm new here and I have a problem that I can't solve by myself, to ask for help.
  I use a Toschiba Satellite U920T-100 for more than a year.

  For about 1 week, once I have drag to the top of the screen to access the keyboard, the touch screen no longer works. When folded (hidden keyboard) touch screen works.
  I downloaded most of the drivers, re-istalled, even made a "go back" to cancel the update of Windows... etc.

  Try to change the settings for the touch screen under control panel, I get the message 'settings touch - and pen are not available. Contact the manufacturer of the pc (error = 0).

  Does anyone have an idea what to do?

  Since you mentioned different problems with your laptop, I think that in this case its recommended to get the laptop back to factory settings just to check if all these problems are related to the problem of system.

  Regarding the webcam: Windows 8/8.1 already contains the webcam drivers and therefore additional webcam driver installation isn t possible. Extra webcam driver is not simply.

  my girlfriend ordered a Toshiba Satellite U920T-100 about three months ago and she had problems with it since. We're not quite sure what causes because they seem to happen randomly.

  The questions are:
  -It starts, but it freezes at the Win8 connection with a blue screen (a rather hot blue, no blue screen of death)
  -It starts not at all, only after a few attempts
  -It will not stop
  -It freezes all by organizing files (for example copy of files from A to B, but not yet large amounts of files)

  Guess, what, I think that there is a problem between the driver and the system and consequently the system reports that the WiFi network is DISABLED.

  I recommend you to uninstall the Intel Wlan Device Manager driver.

  The problem is that U920T satellite is not listed as Win 10 support unit and, therefore, drivers earn 10 Toshiba and software that controls the FN keys is not released.
  But as far as I know using the FN keys, system of Toshiba and the Support of Flash Card Utility driver must be installed.

  Maybe you can try the drivers released for other models of portable Win 10 supported...
  I'm not sure if the software will be compatible with your model of U920T, but its certainly worth a try...
