  Hi friends,

  I use Photoshop CS4 every day all day, this morning my Liquify Filter has stopped working and I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out why.  I already checked the obvious; I'm working on the correct layer and "show image" is checked.  I've already trashed preferences and restarted the computer and Photoshop.  I have attached a screenshot below (just in case I'm missing something).  The tool itself works (I can see the brush and move it), it is simply not to do something.  Nothing has changed since yesterday, there is no new software updates to install, I sat down just to start working and it did not work.  Can anyone help?  Please?  Very please?

  It seems that the size of the brush is too large compared with the size of your image.

  Reduce the size of the brush and see if that makes a difference.

  1. What is the format of the video file?

  2 are watch you online videos or videos that are saved on the computer?

  3. What is the brand and model of graphics card?

  4. that is the software you use to play the videos?

  5. don't you make changes to the computer before the show?

  This can be a problem if the graphics card drivers are not updated or not properly configured. You can try the following steps and check if these steps help you to resolve the issue.

  Method 1: If the problem is with playback of any online video or videos saved on the computer, you can upgrade the graphics card drivers and check if that helps.

  a. press Windows + X, select Device Manager.

  b. click on the graphics cards.

  c. right-click each driver at the same time.

  d. click to update the drivers.

  Method 2: If the problem is with playback of videos online that you can refer to the article and check if that helps.

  Liquefy filter does not and when the zoom, the preview image disappears. I use the latest CC version on a Mac 10.9.2.

  I just did a massive liquefy on a 600 MB file with no problems at all, it was an incredibly fast response, less than 2 seconds to return the tweak.

  I have a Mini MAC running the Mavericks 10.9.4 on a processor i5 2.5 GHz with 4 GB of Ram (of which only 2.4 GB assigned to Photoshop) using an Intel HD 4000 OpenGL graphics card.

  After additional research on your laptop, I found that your computer does not have the hardware or software for the 3D games, according to the specifications of the productare as follows. Green blur that we see on the screen is a normal contrast used to generate 3D images with the appropriate display, chipset and 3D glasses.

  Yes! I was having the same problem & just solved mine would happen because it removes automatically after 30 days, this is the normal setting, so new daily would be deleted, so you need to do, go to 'messages' no txts & sms, once in messages where your emails & other go, open the menu & go to options, click on the top of the page plus a "display of messages & actions" scrolling down , & select keep messages for 30 days, & change forever! I only tried last week, but since then, no longer deleting messages! Hope this has helped

  I suspect that your video card driver is old. Please copy / paste your Photoshop > help > System Info here. It will help us understand what the problem is.
