  2. On the read tab, highlight the icon speakers
  3. Click on the Properties button

  I wonder if someone can please help me with a recurring error message I get randomly when starting up. I have a satellite P30-110, with WXP Home SP2 installed. Mobile P4 3.2Ghz processor, 512 RAM, ATI mobility Radeon 9600/9700 series.

  Turns off the computer as usual last night. He walks this morning and think that it load the bios OK and then got the black background with Win XP, and then think about this error page came. Has a blue background with the following text:

  "A problem has been detected and Windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

  If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

  Make sure you have enough disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video cards.

  If this is the first time, you've seen this error, I'm not too concerned about it. There are not too many people who have not encountered this scenario occasionally.

  The time to worry, if it happens regularly, as this may indicate a component defective that will need to be diagnosed later.

  On this occasion, I suspect that the start process has detected an anomaly any (possibly a play on hard drive control) and rather than allow Windows to continue it stopped with the error on blue screen.

  usually when I see this error it means that a backup process put a lock on the file. The only way I iknow to clear, it is to restart the server (not the service, but the entire server)

  This doesn't come very often, but once in a blue moon... so is there a reason behind it? because it seems an error when starting only?

• FRM-92101: Service ask form fault when starting

  First of all, I would like to say that I searched for thi erro in this forum before posting.
  
  So the question is
  
  We use 12.0.4 instance VISION and when we try to open the "create service request" form in the Service Module, we get the following error:

  FRM-92101 there has been a failure in the Forms Server when starting...

  2.DE_DISABLE_PLS_512 = 1
  3 FORMS_FLAG_DIFFERENT_SUBORD = 1

  This must be specified in the .bash_profile file.
