Load and then do not load. How can I change how my laptop battery costs?

I have a computer medion laptop. It loads to 90% when the battery is low (Says: plugged in, load) but stops, leaving the battery down to 15% (Says: plugged in, does not support), how it starts to load again. How can I do to keep it on charge indefinitely?
I did it once before (it's why I have this problem), trying to save the life of the battery because it was just stay on my desk all the time. But now I'm moving and I need a full charge at any time, I need to go with her. Unfortunately, for the life of me, I don't remember how I did it ^^;
Error code: ID-10-T

Thanks, but it wasn't really what I was looking for. I thought it was great.
Windows 8 Office, down to the right, there is a button named generic power management. There is the battery health tab where there is the ability to change auto load manual loading.
I got it on manual. Switches to auto.
Yay :)
Thought I should put this up in the case where everyone does the same thing I did...
