Remove the spaces after the launch of directx10 games in Windows 7 64 bit

Hello

Whenever I try to run a game that uses directx 10, the screen turns off, and the computer becomes inadmissible.

I did a search on the web, and it seems to be a problem with the installation of games that use directx 9 .0c, because they seem to force the installation of the first. Appearently, it replaces some dx11 files and this allows.

Apparently, the solution is to reinstall directx, which I did, but to no avail. There is no error in dxdiag, and he displayed that directx 11 is the current version:

I have tried several games now, and they all have the same problem:

Side lost half-life (steam)
Crysis
3D mark vantage (not a game, but it has the same issue)

I got setup of directx from directx home page, and I had the latest version. I even tried to download the redistributable. The question is, can I somehow fix directx? Have I downloaded the wrong version, and if so, where can I get the right version?

    Hello

Which, in my view, that you have a problem with, it's called windows Flip 3D!

Try this first and see how you go...

    1. To turn on the Quick Launch bar, follow these steps:
    2. Right-click anywhere on an empty spot on the taskbar.
    3. Choose toolbars from the menu that appears.
    4. Select Quick Launch in the following menu so that it is checked.

You should then be able to click the icon to switch between Windows now and use the 3d Flip...

    Or

. Right click on the Quick Launch toolbar, but not on an icon
    2. Select the folder from the context menu. It will take you to the Quick Launch folder that should live:

    C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

    3. right click in an empty area of this folder
    4. Select new, then shortcut from the context menu
    5. for the location text box, enter the following text:

    C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe dwmapi #105

    6. click on the next button
    7. appoint. (Flip3D, for example)
    8. click on finish

The shortcut will now be in your Quick Launch toolbar.

  • After removing the Tdss rootkit, computer laptop My Windows Vista Home Premium keeps restarting after the connection. __

I had the Tdss rootkit on my laptop and removed using TDSS Killer of Kasperky. After the reboot, I have connected and saw a box that displays "Please Wait". After 5 to 10 seconds, my computer restarts. After the reboot, it shows options for Windows Vista loading, i.e. the safe mode, safe mode with network. I chose the mode safe mode with networking and everything works fine. The system properties box opens automatically. When I try to boot into normal mode, he repeated restart after the connection. I tried to run a restore of the system into safe mode with networking, but it tells me something about the system restore is in mode offline. I hit a brick wall and don't know what to do next. I don't want to if I have more options to factory default restore.

The TDSS rootkit is very destructive.  It is not uncommon to make a computer work is not properly after removing it.  I advise you to restore your computer to factory default.  Not only is this the best option, it's the safest option.  I wouldn't consider the computer to be trusted without going through the restore process.  Even if you can be sure that 100% of the infection has been removed, you have no way of knowing what changes the malware made to the settings on your computer, which may be exceptionally vulnerable to future malware attacks.

  • Can I remove the 10.6 and bootcamp or windows still work with previous 10.11 installation?

I have an early 2009 mac mini, 10.6 installed bootcamp at the same time on the hard drive. Have windows 7 installed on bootcamp.

Recently, I removed the CD - RW drive and put in an SSD. I then installed 10.11 on this drive and use it as the startup of the operating system. I noticed that I can run applications that has been installed to 10.6, Autocad 2013 being a.

What I would do is make hard drive on the old hard drive space by removing the 10.6. I can do this without destroying the current installation of bootcamp and windows 7 install?

Due to the limited space on the SSD drive, after removing 10.6 I want to update my old applications and install less 10.11 but actually during the installation, install the actual application on the old hard drive files. Of course I know that it works, as stated above and previous experience.

Fundamental question needs to be able to always use bootcamp and windows 7 install I have now, even after the removal of 10.6. Is this possible?

Once Windows is installed (W7 in your case), it is autonomous. But it is very sensitive to partitioning of the changes/resizing efforts.

If you want to keep the old Applications (10.6) intact and on the old disk, but use the 10.11 on the SSD, the only space you get in return is at the heart of 10.6 OS. It is usually 16 to 32GB.

If you have verified that each of your applications is fully functional under 10.11, backup Applications on an external drive and erase only 10.6 partition. Create a reader of 'Fusion' between the SSD and the old HARD drive 10.6 and then drag Applications from the external drive in the Fusion drive application. It will also give you performance SSD for your Applications, rather than leave it on the HARD drive part that will slow them down.

  • 'Space Hulk - Vengeance of the Blood angels' wrong view for Windows 7 64 bit

Trying to play 'Space Hulk - Vengeance of the Blood angels' which is a Windows 95 game, after putting in place he moaned it won't work without a "dplay.dll" after downloading (here: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?dplay) and put that in the directory, the game starts, the sound is fine but it displays the game all wrong, it should look like this :

But ends up looking like this:

I tried to use all different compatibility modes without success, to get this game runs on Windows XP, all 32 bit, I had to do was to disable Direct Draw but the option is no longer available in Windows 7:

    What can I do?

    Hello

Space Hulk - Vengeance of the blood Angels is not compatible with Windows 7. Click on the link below.

Space Hulk - Vengeance of the blood Angels seems to be a very old-fashioned (95). It might not work with Windows 7, but you can try to install the game in compatibility mode and check if you're able to play the game, but do not know if it will work or not. Follow the steps mentioned in the article given below to install and play the game in compatibility mode.

Make older programs in this windows version

If this does not work then, try to run the game in XP (virtual mode) mode and check if you're able to play the game. To do this, you may need to download virtual XP mode. Check the links below and download and install the program on your Windows 7.

    Windows Virtual PC

Note: XP mode only works if you have Windows 7 Professional / Enterprise / ultimate.

  • Remove the effects of training of slider Windows 7 using a graphic tablet

I recently bought a HP Pavilion p6-2260ea PC with Windows 7 and Adobe Creative Suite CS6 to use with my Wacom Intuos 3 tablet.  It seems to be a bit - spoke about problem that Windows 7 highlights some rather irritating effects of return of pen in the form of wavelets animated that eminate from the cursor when using the Wacom tablet.  I was able to change the settings of the tablet in the control panel to disable the "click and hold right click =" effect, but by removing the effects of return of ripple/pen themselves are proved to be much more complex.  It seems that I need to change the registry key by adding a new line of turning off pen feedback, or change something in the "Local Group Policy Editor", whatever it is.  Apparently I access it by running "gpedit.msc" - my computer doesn't seem to have this file on it!

Anyone know how this problem can be solved and be able to explain it to me in simple terms?  I'm not an expert in computers and would require a solution step by step in detail.  I very much hope that this can be resolved.  I have spent a lot of money on a new PC shiny with a beautiful HD display great to use a package of Adobe very expensive to do my work, and I find that pesky Windows 7 has a daft feature that means tablets are as useless for actual drawing!

Adobe have been useless and not forbear (surprising really, you would have thought the use of the Adobe on Microsoft PCs with a Wacom tablet would be a fairly common combination they would have answers to problems with Windows 7!).  A forum for Microsoft told me

"Group Local 1) open the policy editor: run... gpedit.msc.
    2) access cursor components - Tablet PC - Windows User Configuration - model of administration.
"(3) the setting of pen input, turn to" which is useless because I don't seem to have a Group Policy Editor locally on my PC.  A forum for Wacom spoke about changing the registry key, but not sufficiently clear, and so far I have had no success.

Can anyone on the HP forum troubleshoot?

    Yours hopefully, etc..

The first modification of the service to say that it runs

-> Panel-> administration-> Services tools scroll Tablet PC Input service (not TabletServiceWacom)-> Service Stop.

The second was to change the program to prevent it from launching

Now, I think, I'm finally rid off them, I hope at least.
I turn off the wisptis.exe which can be found under Windows\system32... and I renamed it to wisptis.exe_ so it is not start again. This makes the trick for me, so far...

0x124_AuthenticAMD_PROCESSOR_BUS_PRV.  As I point to your cpu I ran Prime95 which is a cpu stress test.

Try this free stress test: http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft/

    Prime95 Setup program;
-Extract the contents of the zip file into a directory of your choice
    -Double-click on the executable file
    -Select "all stress testing.
-Select the test of 'Blend '.  If you have already run MemTest overnight, you can run the test of "Small FFFS" instead.
"Number of threads of torture test run" must equal the number of processors multiplied by 2 (if you use hyperthreading).
The best way to do this is to go to the Manager of the tasks of the figure... The performance tab - and see the number of boxes that appear under the CPU usage history
Then run the test of 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors [b](whichever comes first)
The selection of Test and the file stress.txt box describes the components that insists on the program.
    Stop 0 x 124 is a hardware error
If you are overclocking try to reset your settings to standard processor and see if that helps.
If you keep getting the BSOD here are things more than you may want.

This is usually hardware related, defective heat, memory or processor even if it is "possible" he is associated (rare) driver.

Stop 0 x 124 - what it means and what to try

    Synopsis:
A "stop 0 x 124" is fundamentally different from many other types of bluescreens because it arises from a complaint of material.
Stop 0 x 124 minidumps contain very little concrete information, and it is therefore necessary to address the problem as a case of material in an unknown state of distress.

    Generic troubleshooting ' Stop 0 x 124 ":

    1) to ensure that none of the hardware components are overclocked. Material which is pushed beyond its design specifications - by overclocking - may malfunction in unpredictable ways.
    (2) ensure that the machine is sufficiently cooled.
If there is doubt, open the side of the case (be aware of all the relevant conditions guaranteed!) PC and direct an electric fan squarely to the motherboard. Who will rule on most cooling problems (lack of).
    3) update all drivers related to materials: video, sound, RAID (if applicable), NIC... anything that interacts with a piece of hardware.
It is best to run the latest drivers anyway.
    (4) update the BIOS of your motherboard according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Their website should provide detailed instructions on the brand and model-specific procedure.
    (5) rarely, bugs in the operating system may cause "false positives" 0 x 124 events where the hardware wasn't complaining, but Windows thought otherwise (because of the bug).
At the time of writing, Windows 7 does not have to suffer from a defect, but it is nevertheless important to keep Windows up-to-date.
    6) trying (stress) test these hardware components that can be put to the test artificially.
The most obvious examples are the RAM and HDD (s).

For the RAM, use diagnostics from built-in memory (run MDSCHED) or the utility memtest86 3rd - party to run plenty of evidence of hours of testing.
For hard drives, verify if CHKDSK /R finds any problems on (s), including "bad sectors".
Unreliable RAM, in particular, is mortal, as well as software, and anything other than a 100% clear memory test result is cause for concern. Unfortunately, even a 100% clear result the diagnostic utilities does not guarantee that the RAM is free of any defect - only that none have been encountered during the test passes.
    7) as the last of the non-invasive troubleshooting steps, perform a "Vanilla" Windows reinstallation: just the OS itself without additional applications, games, utilities, updates, new drivers - or ANYTHING that does not come from the Windows 7 disc.
Who stops working mitigate the problem of the 0 x 124, jump to the next step.
If you run the "Vanilla" installation long enough to convince yourself that not a single 0 x 124 accident occurred, start installing applications and updates slowly, always stopping between successive additions long enough to get an idea of the question if the machine is still free of 0 x 124 breaks down.
Smash back, obviously the latest addition of software may be somehow connected to the root cause.
If the stop error 0 x 124 persist despite the above steps, and the equipment is under warranty, consider to go back and ask for a replacement that does not suffer periodic MCE events.
Be aware that want to perform the subsequent hardware troubleshooting steps can, in some cases, void your warranty:
    (8) clean and carefully remove the dust inside the machine.
Reinstall all memory modules and connectors.
Use a can of compressed air to clean the RAM DIMM supports as much as possible.
    (9) If all else fails, start removing items of hardware one by one in the hope that the culprit is something non-essential that can be eliminated.
Obviously, this type of testing is much easier if you have access to equivalent components in order to perform swaps.

If you are in the situation to have completed all the steps above without a resolution of the symptom, unfortunately the most likely reason is that the error message is literally correct - something is fundamentally wrong with the hardware of the machine.

  • Any help to remove the virus startnow? Im running Windows 7.

    Hello

I am running Windows 7 and it seems that I am infected by the bug "startnow.  I get redirected to their page without asking for confirmation.  I was able to remove the program file, but it does not solve the problem.  I found a bit about it on the net, but no corrective measures.  I ran the Windows Security Scanner with no result.  Found a step by step, recommend deleting the [random] .exe in the menu of the process in the Task Manager.  I have not found any such process.

Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance
    Don.

Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

If that suits him fine. If this is not the case, use system restore to go back to an earlier date at the beginning of the problem. To run system restore, click Start-> programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> system restore. Click on the box that says show more restore points.

    -

You can check the corrupted system files. Open an administrator command prompt and run SFC if the above does not help. Click START, and then type CMD in the search box, right-click on CMD. EXE and click run as administrator. Then, from the command prompt type sfc/scannow.

    -

Finally if all else fails, you can look at the rather cryptic system event log. To do that click on start-> Control Panel-> administration-> event viewer tools. Once in Event Viewer system log-click and scroll entries looking for these "error" with indicator see if you can find guidance on where the problem may be.

  • Remove the top bar when you start Windows

How can I keep the top bar that appears when I start Windows from popping up automatically? It is with the Explorer solutions, help, games, etc. It appears in the upper part of the screen.

    Hi Greenpoet 73,

    Click on 'start '.
Type "msconfig" in the search box
    Press enter
clicks zone UAC (user account control)
    Click on the "Startup" tab
There will be a program from your computer manufacturer (Dell PC is delldock. HP/compaq PC it is called HP advisor.) Clear this check box to make the bar appears only not at startup.

  • Stopping the engine Service Variable OR in Windows 7 64 bit

    Operating system: Windows 7 (64-bit)

    Version 9 of Labivew.

I configured puts some Boolean and Out entries and an analog input (Double) for monitoring purposes. I use a server OPC Mitsubishi with Labview 2009. (It worked great for over a year)

When I delopy the Variable Libray it works very well for about 1 minutes, then NI Variable Engine Service STOPS. (As shown in the Attached files)

But if I remove the analog input, the Variable does not stop and works very well.

In the first attempt I stretched the Labview and 2nd attempt re-installed Labivew 2009 as well as Windows but still the same problem.

If his problem installing then why it works for Boolean types

Windows event monitor has additional information as to why the service stopped? If you create a new project with a library of double of accommodation and Boolean variables which also stops after a minute?

Also can you us more info on the double in question. Is this a normal SV or is it bound to an OPC tag? If unbind you it the EVS will remain after a minute?

I asked HP. The official answer is that HP has no plans to release a USB driver 3.0 for your laptop computer to the Windows 7 operating system.

You might want to consider reinstalling Windows 8, so you can enjoy all the features of your laptop.

  • Why Fallout 3 crash after having launched a "new game".

FO3 crashes after trying to start a new game.

I have a HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC, Windows 7, Intel Core i3 processor - 2.13 GHz, 4 GB of RAM, operating system 64-bit, Intel, Graphics Media Accelerator HD w/1696 MB available graphic memory. I have the resolution of the game the same as that of windows (1366 x 768) and all other graphics options turned off. Is there something that I need of Bethesda, an update or patch? FO3 why plant them?
