locations of hidden pics

In 'Get info', I find everything except the location in the hidden pictures. All other photos show the installation category, which allows me to enter or search for a location. Only in the hidden pictures no location is not displayed. Is this a bug?

Probably not - not hide them and add the location

When you hide a picture, it will be hidden in Moments, the Collections, the library, but be visible in any album.  The film is an album.

  • How to locate the hidden collections that are targeted?

    Hi guys,.

Sometimes, after setting a collection as a set of targets, I forget to change the setting back to normal - especially if it is hidden inside a collection.

Is there something, when I turn on LR, to let me know if a targeted collection hides breast and must be restored to its default value?

    Thank you very much

    Raphael

Nothing obvious to you say that.

The (non-obvious) answer is that if you go to the Photo Menu and the first point is "Add to quick Collection", then you have not selected a target collection. If the first element is 'Add to the target Collection', then you have defined a target collection.

  • Satellite A30 broken PCMCIA slot

    Hello

I hope someone can help. Girlfriend was a little careless and broken the PCMCIA eject off when put away his Satellite A30.

Can't get a card to go into the slot so that it resembles a replacement is required.

So the question is how to replace the PCMCIA mechanism? I tried to remove all the screws of the cover, but there must be some well hidden fasteners that I couldn't go down the case to expose it.

Any suggestions for where I could source a spare in the United Kingdom? Probable cost?

    See you soon
    Steve

It a shame to hear this.
The PCMCIA location is hidden inside the laptop and it's not easy to replace for someone without any experience.
So I think you should really ask someone more experienced to laptop for fixing.

It of a bit risky to change what whether on the motherboard and you know a common user like me or you might damage something.

So contact an ASP in your country or a laptop service point and ask for fees. Don t think much more expensive s.

  • Can not find the second slot memory on my Satellite M40x-112

    Hi people,

I want to improve my memory, preinstalled are 2 sticks of 512 MB. In the description it is said that the maximum is 2 GB so I bought 2 x 1 GB, unfortunately I can only find a housing... Is someone can you please tell me where is the other?
    Thank you

    Welcome,
    Sebastian

Well, I found information that one slot is USER scalable. This means that the user can upgrade the memory only in a slot located at the bottom of the unit.

I guess that the second location is hidden somewhere under the keyboard and the keyboard should be removed first to reach the second memory location.
But this would nullify the warranty if you would remove the keyboard by yourself.

In my opinion, you should contact technician tan allowed for this upgrade

While this could be a reference to http://bluelaguna.net/, it is more likely that it is a fake antivirus you have installed by mistake.  Time to backup your data and restore WIndows from scratch.

  • I can receive and answer emails on outlook express but I am unable to store a contact or add sender to address book.

    original title: outlook express

I can receive and answer emails on outlook express but I am unable to store a contact or add sender to address book. I get the error message "an error has occurred. Outlook Express could not add the sender to the address book"

Office has not OE and Outlook.  Are you sure you are using OE and not Outlook?

The default location of the address book (wab file) is C:\Documents and Settings\ [username] \Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book\username.wab

The location is hidden, so you must go to control panel | Folder options | Discovers and check the box to include the display of the hidden files and folders and uncheck the option to hide the extensions of the file types that you want to know.  Then see if you can browse to the location of the wab file and find him then.

  • Optional language packs disappeared in Windows update, how to recover?

Just got my new computer with Windows 7 Ultimate edition.  I went in Windows update, which at the time contained both Important and updated optional update.  I downloaded and installed all the updates first, without any problem.

Then, I looked through the optional updates and saw he had a couple of updates related to my hardware (screen, sound card, video card), as well as 30 language packs or more.  I decided to download and install the related materials updated first.  During the installation of one of them, I got the blue screen of death.

I waited until restarted Windows and reopen Windows Update.  I notice all the optional updates have gone - all language packs have disappeared!  Not even in the location of "hidden" updates  Is it possible to recover?

    Hello

Step 1: Determine if the update has been installed

To view the history of installation, follow these steps:

    a. Click Start, point to all programs and then click Windows Update or Microsoft Update.

    b. on the Web site, click on view update history.

    c. find the latest entry for the specific update.

    d. Note the color of the icon in the status column. If the icon is green, the update has been installed. If the icon is red, the update is not installed.

Step 2: Run the Windows update utility for troubleshooting.

  • Lost in front of the wallpaper pictures

I only changed the background poto on my desk three times. Today I tried to print one of the pictures I have used in the past, but I can't find a picture anywhere. I tried to search with no luck. I checked the trash not there. I do not remove them. Where did they go? Bobby B.

    Hello bobbybbc, welcome.

If you have not manually saved the image on your computer before changing origins, then it is simply replaced. Windows will keep a single copy and the overwrite if you change backgrounds.

If you opened to the top of your web browser, found a background and applied to the desktop... what was there before is crushed (not moved to another location or hidden).
I would recommend first to save the file, and then apply in the future.

    Hope this helps,

    Thank you! Ryan Thieman

I have wasa able to locate the hidden restore partition which seems to be the x 64 based original Home Premium version, on the dates of the files.

QUESTION: Using the system recovery utility built into Vista, FULL it is possible for me to return somehow to the x 64 Home Premium version?  I own the license for the operating system that is needed, it came with the system.  I DON'T want to have to buy a new license, nor do I want to move to 7 again.

  • Where PSE Organizer 12 does not store the files in the catalog?

Where is the default location for the catalog of PES 12 files Organizer?  What are the names of the files that make up the catalog information?

    Bill Junk says:

Where is the default location for the catalog of PES 12 files Organizer?  What are the names of the files that make up the catalog information?

In all versions of items, you will find the location of the current catalog with the Help menu file > system information.

You may need to allow the properties of Windows Explorer to "Show hidden files", given that the catalogues of the default location is hidden by default.

Each catalog is a folder that contains subfolders and different files.

The most important of them is the, an sqlite database that we, called catalog.pse12db for PSE12.

Another important element is the thumb.5.cache which stores the thumbnails.

Catalogs differ with each version of elements.

    Hello

I had the problem with a "blank" screen when you are connected to the office of creative cloud. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the application several times and still no screen visible or apps. Also, I followed the instructions to find the OOBE folder... I was unable to locate the file suggested to change even after all the hidden files visible. In my recent attempt to locate this file the whole folder OOBE has been deleted (I am unable to locate this folder anywhere on my computer or the trash) and I always feel 'empty' screen when logged in. How would I go about fixing this in all areas? I have to reinstall all Adobe and its applications? Any help would be appreciated.

Argodwin and Matt C. Morrell please try to rename/Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0 ~ 1.0.  This can allow you to solve the problem of update on your current user account.  Please let me know if you need details on how to locate your hidden user library.

By Mary's message in the message #9, you already tried to adjust the permissions of files in the folder.  If renaming the folder eventually resolve the error, then it is likely, you have faced problems with a corrupted in this directory file.
