Locked out my bluetooth speakers, how can I make them work again?

A dialog box appears saying that 'an unknown port' was trying to communicate with my computer. Box asked me if I would like to block this port (thinking it was something bad) I hit the option "block permanently.

A minute later, I tried to play music through my speakers blue tooth and nothing happened (it was working fine a few minutes before). I tested the bluetooth connection and it is fine.

So, how can I get the dialog return in order to unlock my speakers?

Thank you.

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2), Zeppelin speakers.

I can have blocked my bluetooth device, how do I unlock it?

Try going to system preferences > privacy and security > firewall > firewall Options and see if it is blocked here
