  I have a user with Windows 7 installed on his computer. There are two people who use this computer with separate accounts and connections. On one of the profiles Windows updates will work, but it will not be on the other profile. Is this normal?   6. when I created a new user profile, I re-entered the registry permissions in some of these places just to see what was different. In the damaged user profile, what was missing, it was the standard system of services (about 3 or 4 of them; things like the name of Dhcp). What showed was the News user account (for the specific user account; administrator; and two more points).

  Telling me that something has released a complete subsystem or three. Never seen this behaviour before.

  Would be nice to have an idea where to look for a fix / restore procedure.

  Specific user account means that each user account can be set to show the locked screen image different snacks you have several user account.
