  What is the model number of your DVD player? You can try to reset the device and check if it helps. To reset, turn off the DVD player and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord into the power outlet, and turn on the player. Try to open the drawer.

  According to the model number of your DVD player, press the POWER + STOP + EJECT buttons. If the drawer still does not open, simultaneously press the EJECTION of DISC1 + STOP buttons.
  NOTE: This step may not apply to all models DISC1 is not available on all DVD players.

  If this does not work and the DVD player of SCREEN and PREV buttons, press and hold the DISPLAY + PREV buttons for two seconds to unlock the drawer.

  Try pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE and then try to lock the computer and check.

• Parental control locks not computer after expiry of the period

  I don't really understand this behavior to parental control. Parental control is useless if it cannot lock the computer or log off the user after expiry of the time. I noticed that when I expected that after time my child will be locked or logged on but to my surprise parental control didn't do. What is interesting, the deadline has been extended up to an hour more, and that extra hour at the end there deadline extended for another hour more! restricted user is 'standard user' where it can extend the time.

  I'm doing something wrong? What can be the cause of this? Is this normal parental control feature. If it's normal, I don't really see the point of its use.

  I found that my problem with users not been disconnected after an expiration time has been associated with the Gigabyte Easytune software. When I removed this software everything was back to normal. If children can ovveride delay if they have this software installed :)

• Num Lock not enabled when starting Windows 8

  After turning on my system after loading Windows 8, the Num Lock does not automatically start as it is defined in my BIOS.  I followed the suggestion given in the forums and changed registry entries for the InitialKeyboardIndicators key in the registry as having a value of 2.  It still does not work.

  What I've noticed is that if I have sign in Windows 8, then arrested after disconnection, the num lock light will be after restarting my system.  However, if I go into the settings and off directly without signing out, NUMLOCK is turned off when I restart my PC.

  Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

  Please open Reader and look for updates in the Help menu.

  If this is not enough, then try to disable the Protected Mode under ' Edit > preferences > (protection) "and restart the player.

• iOS 9.3 Notes lock

  I downloaded the new OS and tried to use the password lock notes. I have a password for the created notes, but notes the locking option does not appear in the application. So I took the phone to the Genius Bar in New York and said it was probably because my ID touch apparently does more either. Contact ID used to work, but my fingerprint has been erased during the update and now my phone takes me through the configuration (does not record my fingerprints, I have try to reset). Thus, Apple quoted me a very expensive price to replace the screen and set the contact ID.

  My question to the community and Apple, is the following: password lock notes really requires touch ID? Geniuses missed a possible solution to this problem? I'm a bit puzzled as to why the update would not work because touch ID does not work, and why I can't just hand type the password. [Still once, when I create a new note, the lock does not appear as an option when I know it should be.]

  Never mind. I found my answer, and yes the Genius Bar missed the answer, so I write for others.

  I've just upgraded to iOS 9.3 and want to take advantage of the new functionality of notes of locking. It is not immediately obvious how to set a password so I looked at a few online instructions. The instructions say to use open a note, press the button share and then select Lock Note in the lower part of the action menu. Problem is that I don't have this option in the menu share. All I have is copy, printing and more. By pressing on the right reveals a list that contains only the above two options - copy and printing. Is the same for new and existing notes.
