  I did some more research through the browser of the expression Tab API TestStand and found a variable that works. It's ThisContext.RunState.Main.SequenceFailed. For my assessment, I am using an IF statement and check if the value is false. If it is while I do my job. If one of my failure of subsequences three it is then set to true and the IF condition evaluates to false and goes to the end function.

  Broker automatically allows real-time applies to databases on hold if the standby database has standby redo logs configured.

  Standby Redo Logs would not be on the main database until you perform a failover operation. So, I would say, you can create 3 groups of newspaper waiting to roll forward the primary database.

  The files are on OMF. So your above command would work perfectly.

  If you see your date system current and last does the end is not even a second. So probably there is no delay I would say.
  You can test by setting the timeout setting in log_archive_dest_2 (or) disable log_archive_Dest_2 for a while do two or three switches of newspaper and made attention to discrepancies between primary & eve and how does it point of view.
