Login Facebook/Pinterest fail by Safari

Hey, I'm from Germany, if it is of no relevance to my problem described here!

-J' have the Facebook and Pinterest App on my iPhone

-J' using Pinterest with my Facebook ID

-App Pinterest always has been working well until I logged myself out on my iPhone against his will (or stupidity)

-I am always connected in Safari on my other devices like the iMac and I have not changed my password to be

-Only on my iPhone that I can not connect and more. Whenever I try to connect on the app and tap the Facebook button, Safari opens a tab Facebook.com.

Then I get my Email and Facebook password, and nothing happens, the page is refreshed. On Facebook, I get a notification saying: "someone tried to connect with a unknown browser...". "I have to say Facebook" YES THIS WAS ME, please save browser ", but this notification again new!

I've already removed Facebook and my iPhone Pinterest, I deleted all of the Facebook account of my settings of the iPhone as well!

-J' tried to connect on an Android phone, which worked perfectly. So I guess there is a problem with Safari login with Facebook... But I do not know more what I could change in the settings or anywhere so I could connect again on Pinterest!

Help, please!

And yes I know... probably not the most important problem in the world... but always important for me to revisit my iPhone on Pinterest!

Thank you!!!

  • Storage of User Login Facebook gave in an Application

I recently worked on a desktop application that allows users to view some of their details facebook such as albums, images, and the articles within my app itself. However, I have noticed that whenever the user access the app before you can access these details, they should be adopted for facebook, actually login and then close internet explore before my application has access to these details. As far as I know, that it is a necessary validation procedure however I think as this defeats the object of having facebook details a user in my application when the user needs to first access facebook even when to connect and see these details when they could simply stay within facebook in internet explorerand given these details here.

What I was wondering is if there is no work around to cut the middle man and perhaps allow a user store their facebook login information in my application so that the application can perhaps log in automatically by submitting that information to facebook when they access the app and they will not have to visit facebook to connect manually. Is it possible to do this maybe in an invisible html element or something?

That's why I say you should use Facebook Connect instead of the normal facebook API.  The normal API will open a new tab in browser for a connection, no matter what.  I'm sure that there is no way around that.

Regarding the display of Twitter, it's very simple.  If you have the username and password twitter user you can do an HTTP POST to the twitter API.

    http://apiwiki.Twitter.com/Twitter-rest-API-method%3A-statuses%C2%A0update

Just make sure that you use the https URL if you validate a user name and password.  This prevents the username and the password to be intercepted in transit.

Download and install SuperAntiSpyware (free version) from superantispyware.com and run a system full scan and remove all infections and restarted when prompted to.

I did a minor development work in APEX 4.n on 11g XE. The administration of the Forum pages, I went to set

"Enabled" for "Account of Expiration and locking" to force users to change their password at the first login. While on that particular page admin I also reported the HTTPS "require" Yes. Having done this I cannot connect on the admin pages or the workspace.

    1. When I enter the details of my workspace, user name and password and click on the "connect" button it just refreshes the page and clears the fields.
    2. If I get some incorrect details, it displays the appropriate error message.
    3. I can still connect to applications such as an end user
    4. Makes no difference if I put HTTP or HTTPS in the URL
    5. Same thing happens if I use the "Admin" user and password for the Administration login page internal APEX

Any suggestions on what I can do to restore the Required 'HTTPS' not that I suspect this is what is causing my problem due XE is not supposed to be supporting HTTPS natively... Yes - slapping my forehead now!

  • Vista in conflict with security programs? Mega-slow start, ctrl-alt-delete = ' login process failed create the security options dialog»

    Hi all

Have a laptop HP here with heavy problems! After the connection, it slows right down until it takes at least 5 minutes just to open the start - menu it hangs just with the whirly-circle thing. If I do ctrl-alt-del, the screen goes black and after a few minutes, I get the message "Login failed create the security options dialog» The Task Manager does not open. I managed to slightly improve things by disabling the user account control (miserable thing anyway) - it's just too slow, but now the Task Manager opens about 50% of the time and the other 50%, I get the message a little more lively 'failure - security options '. If I leave the phone that it will sort itself out after about 45 minutes, after which it ends to load every startup process and behaves normally. If I boot in Safe Mode, all right. I also ran virus checks - no nasties - and there is nothing surprising in the event logs.

After an extensive search on Google, I have established that many people - all users of Vista, surprise, surprise - had the same problem, dating back years, pretty much when Vista is released. (This laptop is perhaps a year old). Some corrections were proposed, but the majority concluded that the deactivation of their safety programs, regardless of what they were, did the job. This laptop is running Windows Defender and TalkTalk Internet Security, provided by F-secure. Disable Windows Defender made a slight improvement in speed. Deactivation of TalkTalk Internet Security returned the laptop to normal operation. I strongly suspect a fundamental conflict between Vista programs and safety - that we must all know that Vista is rather prone to bugs - but why Microsoft hasn't issued a fix for this? I don't want to go around without security. Nor do I want to download a new program of security and have the same thing happen againn weeks down the line. Someone had the same problem or found a permanent solution for it? I am barking the wrong tree here? I'll try uninstalling a few recent Windows updates to see if any of those who triggered the hissing fit.

Okay, I think that I fixed it. I will post the solution for you all poor users of Vista with the same problem. Corrections of spare is located in the following Vista forum thread:

    Error-message-login-process-has-failed-Create-Security-Options-Dialog

So after that I've identified the cause was the Internet of TalkTalk security program, I did some messing around in msconfig and reduced to the function FSGKHS, alias F - Secure Gatekeeper Handler Starter. If I disabled this service, everything has worked, and if I booted up with no other process or running services to all others as the stuff of F-Secure (with the exception of group policies which I think is an essential service?), I had the same problem. Certainly FSGKHS. However, I did not know why. Everything I had was a vague notion that maybe it was a key to registry corrupt or something. I don't know why I even thought to this. And if I hate the registry cleaners, I couldn't think of any other way to identify registry problems. So I created a restore point and ran CCleaner. It came with a bunch of registry errors, but none of them were related to a F-Secure or files of TalkTalk. I told CCleaner to remove it anyway and booted up with FSGKHS running, just on the offchance. Whaddya know? He is cured. Don't know why, but it works perfectly normally from start to stop (fingers crossed). I know a lot of people have solved this problem by disabling their safety programs - maybe they had a corruption of the registry too? A kind of strange thing to register/security/Vista. Anyway, go try CCleaner before you reformat your drive hard peeps and let me know if this worked for you.

I tried to empty cache, remove extensions, change dns 8.8.8.8 in Network preferences, but nothing seems to work. can someone please advice what to do.

I have OS X Yosemite with Safari 9.0.2

    Thank you!

You may have installed one or more variants of the malware "VSearch' ad-injection. Please backup all data, and then follow the instructions from Apple Support to remove it.

If you have problems with these instructions, or if they do not work, see below.

Malware is constantly evolving to work around defenses against it. This procedure works now, I know. It will not work in the future. Anyone finding this comment a couple of days or more after it was published should look for a more recent discussion, or start a new one.

VSearch malware tries to hide by varying names of the files it installs. To remove it, you must first identify the naming model.

1 triple - click on the line below on this page to select, then copy the text to the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination:

    /Library/LaunchDaemons

    In the Finder, select

Go ▹ go to the folder...

from the menu bar and paste it into the box that opens by pressing command + V. You won't see what you pasted a newline being included. Press return.

A folder named "LaunchDaemons" can open. Search inside the two files with the names of these forms:

    com.something.daemon.plist

    com.something.Helper.plist

    com.something .net - preferences.plist

    com.something.Preferences.plist

Here, something is a variable character string, that may be different in each VSearch infection. So far it has always been an alphanumeric string without punctuation signs, such as the 'cloud', 'point,' 'Highway', 'underwater', or 'trusteddownloads.' Sometimes, it's an empty string like 'e8dec5ae7fc75c28' instead of a Word. Sometimes, the string is "Apple", and then you must be particularly careful not to delete the wrong files, because many built-in OS X files have similar names.

You may have more than one copy of the malware, with different values of something.

There may be one or more files with the name of this form:

    com.somethingUpd.plist

where something may be a different meaning empty string in other files. Yet once, there may be more than one file of this type, with different values of something.

Here's a specific example of an infection VSearch:

    com.disbalance.daemon.plist

    com.disbalance.Helper.plist

    com.thunderbearerUpd.plist

You will have files with similar names, but probably not identical to these.

    2. If you find such files, let the open LaunchDaemons folder and open the file following the same way:

    /Library/LaunchAgents

In this case, there may be a file named

    com.something.agent.plist

where the channel something is the same as before.

If you feel confident that you have identified the above files, back up all data, and then drag the files - nothing - to the trash only. You may be prompted for administrator login password. Close the Finder Windows, and then restart the computer.

Do not delete the folder 'LaunchAgents' or 'LaunchDaemons' or anything else inside either.

3 reset the home page in each of your browsers, if it has been modified. In Safari, first load the desired home page, then select

    ▹ Safari preferences... ▹ General

    and click on

    Set on the current Page

The malware is now permanently inactivated, as long as you reinstall it never. You can stop here if you want, or you can delete the other two components for completeness.

    4. This step is optional. Open this folder:

    /Library

It may have subfolders that are named as follows

    something

    somethingUpd

where something is one of the channels that you have seen before. Drag all these subfolders to the trash, and then close the window.

Do not delete the folder "Library" or anything else inside.

    5. This step does not apply to the OS X 10.11 ("El Capitan") or later and it is optional if you are using an older version of Mac OS X.

    In this folder:

    /System/Library/Frameworks

There may be an element named exactly

    v.Framework

    either a named item

    Something.Framework

Again, something is the same string as before.

This item is actually a file, although it has a different icon than usual. Drag it to the trash, and then close the window.

Do not delete the folder "Frames" or anything else inside.

    6. If you do not find the files or you are not sure about the identification, after what you have found.

If in doubt, or if you have no backups, change nothing at all.

    7. the penalty may have started when you have downloaded and run an application called "MPlayerX." It is the name of a legitimate free movie actor, but the name is also used fraudulently to distribute VSearch. If there is an element with that name in the Applications folder, delete it. I do not recommend to install the genuine "MPlayerX", because it is hosted on the rogue 'SourceForge' site and is bundled with other malware.

This Trojan horse is often found on the illegal Web sites that traffic in content such as movies pirated. If you, or anyone else who uses the computer, visit these Web sites and follow the instructions to install the software, you can expect more of the same and worse, to follow. Never install software that you downloaded from a bittorrent, or which has been downloaded by someone else from an unknown source.

In the aspect of security & confidentiality of system preferences, select the general tab. The marked anywhere radio button should not be selected. If this is the case, click the lock icon to unlock the settings, and then select an other keys. After that, do not ignore a warning that you are about to run or install an application from an unknown Director.

Then, still in system preferences, open the pane of the App Store or software update and check the box marked

Install the system data files and security updates (OS X 10.10 or later version)

    or

Automatically download the updates (OS X 10.9 or earlier version)

If it is not already done.

  • Safari on the iPhone does not recognize password

    Hello!

I have an iPhone 6 and safari does not work too well since the last few weeks.

Initially the app kept crashing so I had to download Chrome to actually find something on google. Then he began working again, but whenever I try to go Web sites that require me to set a password does not work (like the Bank, work account, Facebook, Twitter...). The password is correct because with the same password I can connect to the account on my computer and I never get a message "password is incorrect" it just ask me the password.

The problem is the same when I try to connect apps on my Facebook profile; When I log on to Facebook, it goes on safari and even once, it does not.

So I downloaded the new OS is now updated to iOS 9.3

I also visited the Genius bar for any other problem last week and got a "new" phone because my previous had battery issues, however I had this problem with my old phone and now again with my new.

Do not know what could be wrong with it.

I tried to turn on/off the phone, to change my passwords and e-mail address, data clear safari history and website, to turn off the suggestions of safari and to change the search engine on safari. Nothing did not work.

I hope someone can help me or at least suggest something else I could try.

    Thank you!

When you got the new phone, you restore from a backup? If so, it seems that the backup has been corrupted and corruption has been transferred to the new. At this point, I would like to do a restore like new. If it works, you would have no choice but to set up everything from scratch and remove the old backup.
