  I did a system image (drive C :) and a rescue of dvd of Windows 7) Cool, it uses a Volume Snapshot.

  Then, I installed the Vista 64 bit drivers successfully.

  The drivers are:
  -ENE PCI Memory Stick Card Reader Controller

  -Card Secure Digital ENE PCI / MMC Card Reader Controller

  -AuthenTec Inc. AES2501A (fingerprint)

  -Trust Webcam 15007

  Unfortunaly, the imprint does not work. I thnik my fingerprint is not compatible with the new Windows Biometric Framework (http://windowsteamblog.com/blogs/windows7/archive/2009/01/08/windows-7-puts-it-s-finger-on-enhanced-biometric-support.aspx)

  I was in charge as the complete replacement of our current environment hardware ESXi 5.0 U2 with a new cluster of servers running 5.1.

  Here are the basics:

  Currently, HP Blade Server chassis with 6 hypervisors running ESXi 5.0 U2, the company license, about 100 or so virtual running different operating systems - mainly MS 2003 R2 to 2008 R2, stores the data on without connected through ethernet connections 1 GB.

  Intended to run 7 independent servers as a cluster with ESXi 5.1, license of the company, connections to SAN be improved to 10 GB ethernet or fiber.  The range of virtual machines in the importance of 'can be restarted after hours' to ' should not be restarted or that will cost us money service interruptions.  (Looking for the options live - migrate if possible although I have my doubts, it will be an option given the cluster plans)

  I'm looking for a Guide to best practices (or a combination of the guides) which will help me to determine how best to plan the migration of VM - especially in light of the fact that the new cluster will be not part of the existing.  Given also the fact we upgrade is unable (due to problems on the chassis firmware) 5.1 before this work...

  Any pointers in the right direction would be great - look no no not a handout, just people signs

  Welcome to the community - from vCenter 5.1 can manage an ESXi 5.0 host just one at a time do guests 5.0 5.1 and vmotion the VMs to new hosts - environment as the two environment will see the same SAN it will be necessary for storage vmotion.

  In my opinion, you should contact the Service partner and ask them what a memory module is compatible with your laptop. I found that PC100 128 MB (PA3005U) is certainly usable for Tecra 8000.

  Please be careful because all modules may not be recognized by BIOS correctly.

  It is possible that 256 MB RAM PA3069U - 1 M 25 is compatible but I'm not sure about this. Pick up information by the Service partner before buy you one.

• Looking for Palm M515 Internet app

  I have a M515 is currently used with a Win XP Pro box to synchronize over the Internet with a proprietary database.  I'm migrating to Windows 7, and of course there is no USB drivers for the M515 that will work for Win 7.

  The solution I found is to run in XP Mode in Virtual PC running on the Windows 7 computer.  I've done this and installed Palm Desktop 4.1.4 and can do a Hotsync "regular" as well.

  However, when I install the lines provided by the company that manages the database, the synchronization operation fails with a cryptic error: "Unable to write data to the client database."

  Technical support was not very useful.  Their main suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall their leads software.  It does not help.  Their suggestion was that maybe the firewall or a / v intrudes.  They have said, "check the list of exceptions and make sure that Hotsync manager is a program allowed to access the internet."  Of course, on the box 'normal' XP, Hotsync manager is NOT on the list of exceptions, but I added it anyway in my virtual XP machine.  No help.

  I'm running the XP virtual machine as a user with administrator rights, so permissions should not be a problem... but I can't get technical support to identify the files to look at anyway.

  I would like to find an application add-on free that I could install that accesses a Web site, a bit as AvantGo used to do, I can't support that other software on the Palm can access the Internet fine.  I can't find something.  Everyone wants webbrowsers today, that does not match the idea of sync'ing once a day or more.

  For any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.  If I can't do this work on a virtual XP machine, I'll have to find a place to put a dedicated XP box that does nothing but provide a warm host my M515 of synchronization.

  Check in the Windows Hotsync jury for 64-bit ACCEECA USB drivers which referred to as akid.  Also, if you try to Palm Desktop 6.2.2 you should also try the www.pimlicosoftware.com freeware utility called PalmHotsyncSetup.  This utility adds inherited (i.e. old) Palm OS Palm Desktop 6.2.2 device compatibility.

  My Windows 8 manual told me to click on the 'Mail' app to reach my Hotmail.  I did it.  These instructions show then slip my finger to the top of the screen to display menus of all messages from the application such as 1. Send & receive new messages... 2.empty, mark as read, or to create the new folder... 3 display the latest posts of the current account on the splash screen... 4. Select all messages in the current folder... 5. print messages... 6. Mark messages for further action... 7 go to junk... 8. move the selected messages... 9 mark current message as unread.   Are the only things that appear when I slide my finger to the top of the screen: 1.Sync... 2 pin to start... 3. move... 4 Mark unread.   Please help me find what Windows 8 manual says I should find.

  If your site is dynamically powered with databases, you can use PHP or other server-side code to run search queries.  But it's something you need to manually code.

  When you say search for houses, are you connected to a building MLS (multiple listing service real estate)?
