  I am a registered user of Photoshop CS4 and CS5, that my serial numbers are maintained by Adobe, when I registered the products.  (Of course, I had upgraded to CS5 and used that on my laptop.)

  My laptop several years died of mechanical failure and that I should go out and buy a new laptop, with Windows 10.  Like everyone else, I grabbed all my DVD software and started to install all my favorite software.

  I have installed my software Photoshop CS5 and typed in a valid serial number. He agreed, but he is looking for Photoshop CS4.  (I can not find my installation of CS4 DVD).

  Given that I have not installed CS4, Photoshop tells me that CS5 is valid only for a lead of 30 days and I have to buy it online. I am stuck in a loop!    Grrr!  I bought CS4 and CS5 already!

  Why should I buy something else to run CS5?   I have '30 days' on my trial version.  This is nuts!  I want it to work

  Can anyone help?

  I can't upgrade or afford the Cloud version. I want my Photoshop just to work on my laptop.

  If you have registered both, your serial number CS4 would be under the account of your registered under.

  Find your serial number

  Log in to adobe.com

  Manage my account > Products and Plans

  Click on the button "Show all" and click on "my products". It will develop to list CS4 and the serial number.

  I bought a copy of CS4 Design Standard a few years ago and still use it today. I update my 2009 MacBook to a MacBook Pro 2012 which is not a disk drive so I need a download of this edition. When you look at the list of downloads I don't see version CS4 Design Premium, no Design Standard version. Can someone point me in the right direction?

  My lack of knowledge and how activate/register each separate product has caused this problem.

  Bought in 2010 and subsequently has been used. Had major problems with the motherboard. Problems with DLLS in CS4 and my computer was inoperable, Member of the call Centre of type Adobe in April this year had me to download the whole program. Able to check each part BUT totally forgotten Acrobat PRO 9. and my problems started when you try to use it.

  Chat site I tried to support to help and were told to go on the forums for help?

  Initially when I tried to use Pro 9, he requested numbers... I tried the serial number of the product and then another number I thought it would be.

  Stupidly, I didn't record 9 Pro at the beginning BUT I save through the Help etc. and thought that Adobe might realize that the product belonged to me, but it obviously didn't.

  Adobe then said that I could use a 30 days trial version - didn't have time then to fix this problem then.

  Discovered that the program "BELARC" I had, had all my serial numbers listed for me and anything else on my PC... WOW!

  Entered the numbers correct and got the GREEN TICK, but then when he checked with Adobe, I get the Error Invalid and revoked Message.

  I'm trying to reinstall JUST Acrobat 9 Pro for CS4 Design Standard (OS 10.6.8) - DO NOT WANT TO reinstall other programs of the suite (they are very good and do not want to mess with them). When I insert the cd, the installation does not start automatically, so I double-click on the install icon. When I get to the part where I hit the install button, it says "Preparing installation...." "but everything is there forever and does nothing. Have tried several times without success.   If everything seems to work, leave it.  If you have a problem:

  Uninstall all cs4 programs and use the cleaning tool cleaner, use of the CC to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6

  Uninstall flash player, Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

  Restart your computer.

  First install indesign.

  then install photoshop

  Then install acrobat and Illustrator

  Then, install the remaining programs of cs4.

  I think it's more creative Cloud as Creative Suite.

  Language switching in Cloud applications is a preference setting. Switching language non-Cloud has always required contacting Adobe, as the license is tied to the language. Language files must be included with the installer and the legacy versions are archived with different groups of language files.

  For the Suites and standalones inside each suite - I have always understood that the languages listed next to each link are the only ones to be included in this specific download.

  Very few languages listed for CS5 Design Premium. No Dutch so I do not think the OP won't get a Dutch version of one of the links below.
