  I saw your post about losing your computer option scan. I have some suggestions for you. I can't guarantee a difficulty, however, of course I'll try!

  On your Windows 7 machine and your machine Windows 8.1: run the HP printer install wizard for Windows which will install the appropriate drivers.

  In addition, reset the printer and make sure it is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Avoid power bars, etc.

• Very slow Safari on iMac?

  I'm under 10.10.5 - OX Yosemite because it crashes if I try to update.  I have an antivirus program on it, and I suspect that is the problem?  I often force enough Safari... especially on FaceBook.  I got a virus - or so he says...   Are missing or grayed out filters?

  Don't know if it was in CS2: preferences > Plugins > view all names and groups of filters.

  Uninstalling a previous version of elements doesn't change anything on your image or catalog files.

  These are two approaches that work normally to move an existing library to a new computer.

  Method 1

  1. Save the library with this trick of the user.

  Method 2
