• Cannot export first Pro CC on Mac - system crashes at 55%

  I have serious problems trying to export a file of 30 minutes.    This just started two days ago.  Before that, I had no problem.  I tried to re - export the file using different codecs, using the button export directly and also the queue button.  When I use the function Export Premiere Pro hangs at 55% - every time (see screenshots). The first .mov file that actually ended up exporting through the queue (encoder) had errors in the audio.  First also has crashed when I tried to re - make the sequence.

  I tried these workaround solutions and then tried to export:

  Uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Pro - same question

  Uninstalled and reinstalled Media Encoder (it said it installed but with errors of patch)-same question

  Uninstalled all applications using Adobe and reinstalled creative cloud and Premiere Pro and Media Encoder apps - same question

  Updated my OS to Capitan - same question

  Freed space on my Mac drive, and both back up hard drives (have 1 TB now) - same question

  Removed black video in the calendar located in this area of 55% and replaced by a black Uni .jpg file.  Put in/out in this segment and exported without any problem.  Tried to export the entire file, but it crashed to 55%.

  Removed and re-imported, re-edited clips that are found in this general area where it crashes.  Output expected in this segment again and it has exported well.  Tried to export the entire file, but it crashed to 55%.

  Well I think that I understand the question was...

  After trying all the suggestions that still does not work, I went on the project settings and changed the video rendering and playback "software only".  This prompted me to delete all the old files preview which I think is what has been suspended until the export.  Anyway, I could FINALLY render and export the entire sequence.  YAY!  It was also before I updated to the 2015.3 comes out.

  Thanks for your help and I hope this helps others avoid this problem in the future.

• First Pro CC and first Pro CC 14 disappeared when downloading first Pro CC 15, how to make their comeback?

  Sorry if this is obvious to most of you, but I'm rather confused by the latter. I decided to download Premiere Pro 15 CC last night and went to bed to do it's thing. Today I find just points mark on my dock for CC Pro Prem Prem Pro CC 14 bar and Premiere Pro 15 does not appear to be installed. I need first Pro CC I have a number of old projects, I was still working in this program. When I go to install first pro 15 he tells me that all previous versions will be deleted! I'm missing something. Probably of people need old project to be accessible and there to be worked in older versions of software?

  So I guess what I'm asking, is: if I install CC15 Pro Prem will be my original version and Prem CC14 Pro reappear or they are gone forever? I don't see where I can download another copy of the original first Pro CC.

  The file that I export has streaming audio narration is 22 kHz Mono 16 bit, that sounds good in the swf file. When I export to .mov the sound quality is bad. I tried all the settings in the dialog box publish which relates to the sound quality and no sound as good as it did in the swf file. If I put it in MP3 format, 64 kbps, mono, sound is metallic, if I chose Raw 22 kHz, mono, the sound is better, but it is not a noise of rattling in the original; Speech 22 kHz, mono has a quality of echo-y in it.

  Video help page export (Export video with Animate) looks like it has not been updated to animate, because the instructions will tell you to go here: Select the file > export > film Export not exporting to swf in Animate. He also says that there is a QuickTime settings option than opens settings dialog box advanced QuickTime. Is there such a thing to animate? If Yes, can you tell me where and what settings to use?

  Set the flow and the audio 44.1 KHz, 16 bit stereo RAW event. Also, no animation in an AS3 FLA, no canvas and use of imported instead of MP3 lossless WAVs. No amount of quality settings will save the sound if you have imported low quality MP3.

  I've set up a channel Master 8. Channel 1 is a frazzled left stereo mix. Channel 2 is a frazzled right stereo mix. Channel 7 is a copy of channel 1. Channel 8 is a copy of channel 2.

  The broadcaster said that there is no sound on channels 7 and 8, although I see these channels in my mixer as with audio. Posted you a screenshot of my setup of editing and mixing.

  Bring your export in PP.  If you add to that a sequence and see audio 7 and 8, then the problem lies in the diffuser.  If you don't see not audio it, post back with a screenshot of your export settings.

• Adobe hangs on setting Gain Audio and when exporting

  First of all a little on the systems in question

  I have four spans identical edit. Each has a processor Dual Core 2.5 Ghz Pentium, 3.0 GB of ram, a single sata drive divided into two partitions (System video and 30 GB 470). I'm under body to update 5.0.2 freshly installed on blank discs. I was running as a way to be able to import my old images MJPEG, Avsynth and FFdshow but thanks to Colin Brougham, I this particular demon killed (and I am removing these two programs). I have two bays with drivers audio and video of the 64 bit more up-to-date manufacturer, and two bays with Windows 7 automatically installed video and audio drivers. The problem is the same in all four bays.

  Dumping us in one of two ways: either a direct discharge DV via firewire or download. MXF files of our Panasonic P2 cameras via USB (can't seem to get the firewire PC discharge works correctly). I use the project settings are DV-NTSC - Standard 48 Khz, with a slight change to require the fields top first (we use a Maxx500 streaming server and requires first of all of the fields above). We know intermittent crashes for a week and a half, but in the last days, they picked up (no new updates not applied, if it's not that). I have two culprits:

  One is an error code which, thanks to this thread , that I know, is linked to the audio gain. My problem is that I did everything I can think of and still no luck. It has been crashing with the same regularity that my reporters save every few minutes, and I have the auto save set to 5 minutes. Today, I had to reinstall this Bay because he planted each time audio gain has been adjusted.

  My other problem relates to export. I use the MainConcept MPEG encoder to output MPEG for the streaming server, and on every fourth or fifth time, the program will plant export.   We in Mono Stereo of each item (because of how journalists get the images in the field, nat on the left channel, right channel sound/interview, gives us two stereo tracks, one for each original on the left and on the right the track), while the project settings are indeed stereo. Source channel mapping is using the file.

  OK, I have not tested this exact combo (Mono in stereo), but I suspect it reacts similar to map the two mono tracks to a single stereo...

  Yes, I know that sounds obvious and stupid and simplistic and as it is not a real solution, but listen to me: you want two independent channels completely mixed with the two output channels, the stereo right? Well, when you remove these mono clips in a track mono sequence but a stereo master track, they'll both automatically be routed to the two stereo channels! No need to change anything. If you want, you can jump into the Audio Mixer Panel and pan the mono tracks in one side or the other of the stereo output, but without doing anything else, your audio will be sent to the stereo output.

  I worked on a project using the trial version and when it came out I bought a license how some of my clips were marked offline. When I create a link to the media (never moved in the first place) I get an error as follows:

  

  Any idea what I can do to get my project back to usable state? The clips provide audio but first seems to completely ignore!

  Clear your cache of media and the media cache database files, which will probably take care of that. Otherwise, rename the files that the media is and then re - connect.

  I'm under first 2014 on Windows 7. I have a fairly simple sequence (without audio) that I'm trying to export in H264. Whenever I try it, the progress bar stops at the same point and it never ends.

  Open the preview in SOUL and the day before were it stops exactly in the export.

  This is the place that you need to fix in the timeline panel.
