  My Speedgrade CC cannot open first Pro CC projects because it is said that Premiere Pro is a newer version, but both are up to date.

  If that's what you get, the CC app is lying to you. It happens... happens to me also. Check your numbers... lower left of the "Help-> about" screen in PrPro, lower left corner of the top tab of the Panel preferences-wrench, 'About', in SpeedGrade. You may need to scroll down in the Panel of Sg.

  SpeedGrade: 8.2x51

  Legacy: 13.2.0.49

  Hearing: 7.2.0.52

  You're probably showing a lower number of SpeedGrade. If so, you need to try a few things...

  (1) open the app Abobe creative cloud on your desktop, log out, & sign... that could fix things it will appear you have an available update. If it isn't...

When I got this error, I had a mid-2012 Mac Pro running El Capitan 10.11.2 and an Apple ATI Radeon HD5770.  You can't update the drivers with Apple, but El Capitan should have giving me the latest video drivers.

  First try to open but after loading everything it errored out with the "can't find a video playback device adapted." A very cryptic message in my way of thinking. Today I find just points mark on my dock for CC Pro Prem Prem Pro CC 14 bar and Premiere Pro 15 does not appear to be installed. I need first Pro CC I have a number of old projects, I was still working in this program. When I go to install first pro 15 he tells me that all previous versions will be deleted! I'm missing something. Probably of people need old project to be accessible and there to be worked in older versions of software?

• First Pro CC can not find media Cash, then freezes at startup

  I try to run first Pro CC on a Mac Pro OS 10.10.13.  When I run the first I get an error indicating that the Cache of media is not found.  I click OK and the window "Welcome to first...". "appears.  I can start a new project, but then crashes right first, with a white blank, floating window.

  I tried to uninstall and reinstall first Pro CC, restart, and setting read/write permissions on folders of Adobe in my library and Documents directories without success - I get the same result everytime I try to launch the program.

  When in the Finder, click go > go to folder > ~/Library/Application Support and rename the Adobe OldAdobefolder.

  Then run the program and see if the same error occurs.
