  This shift is causing issues with our German users. They run a simultaneous program which submits a request for the child. Since they have the value of this option of profile defined as 10,000.00 and territory as the Germany, their request for the child ends with error with the message "ORA-01722: invalid number." When we changed the value of the option profile 10,000.00 and territory in the United Kingdom, same request completed normally.

  I upgraded my OS 9360 recently of OS 7.0 to v 7.1.0.336, 9.6.0.51 platform. Since the upgrade I have more the possibility to delete email messages on handheld only or on the server as well. I really enjoyed having the option to delete totally or just on my handheld and then discovered the mail later on my pc.

  When I delete a mail from my BB, now, it just removes it from my device and the leash on the server without the option to remove it so. Can you please help me get this option back?

  On your home screen, press MENU (icon blackberry), scroll down to the bottom where you will see the ICON SHOW ALL option > mark it by pressing ENTER , search for your homescreen also in different folders.

  IF you don't try a battery pull reboot i; e. While the device is powered out of the expectation of the battery for 1 min. then reinsert it wait until your device restarts.

  What you need to do is to find, on your PC, the IPD file created when you backed up. Search your entire hard drive *. IPD. Then use this file as the source of a restoration of your new BB (choose ONE of these KB, depending on the version of the RIM Desktop software you have already installed on your PC):

  It seems that the unit may be out of memory.

  Can you check under Options | Status and take note of your free file number. Then reset the unit by removing the battery and 1 min and replace it and let the device restarts. After that he did check and see if your free file number has increased.

  Also do you have a lot of third party applications on the device that you don't need? If so you can do in the Options | Advanced options | Applications and delete those you no longer need.
