Lost me office

Was running ie8 and magnifying glass engaged. During the closure, did not stop magnifying glass. Screen went white. Restarted, then had everything except a desktop computer. Help.

Oops. Finally understood that I had moved the photo that was wallpaper. I guess that the computer could not find it, so the computer gave me a blue information. Silly me, I thought it was the Blue Screen of Death. Fortunately it wasn't, but the pucker chain was tight for a while. Thanks for the thoughts and good wishes that you had.

Everything installs without problem accept I lost my Office Activations. I am running Windows 7 and have the whole Office Suite including Visio and access. We run to Office 365. • I had a problem of hard drive and thus lost the Office Access to my web cam. How can I get that back

I lost the Office Access to my web cam due to a hard drive failure.  He is always in the list of currencies and works on Skype, but is not accessible from the desktop.

    Thank you

How it was accessed from the "desktop"?

A web cam works with a software like Skype for example or a program to capture images like YouCAM or Windows Live Movie Maker.

  • I lost the Office for an account I have when I tried to delete the password

I have Windows XP Home Edition.  I had two user accounts, one owner and an administrator, but I've only used the owner, I had given a password.  I saw a tip on how to remove the password for the signature requirement and thus lost the entire account.  More important still, I lost everything I had on my desk, including records very important.  Is there a way to get the account and back office?

Actually, I could connect is no longer on the account I "lost".   I therefore decided to rebuild what I lost by doing a search for all files that I had lost and change. This turns out be a mistake, because I was 'fixing' them.  In the middle of the night, I had the idea of just using the system restore, restore to the day before where I "lost" my account.  It worked.  I was back in business, but I lost some more recent information and feel the results of editing.  So I was patching up some losses.  But I guess I found my own answer. System Restore brought me back on the account that I had lost with all the files on my desktop safely returned.

  • Lost my offices of broadband (DSL) for Intel Dial-up modem. Microsft or Dell?

Installed Samsung laptop computer to my service (DSL) wired according to the instructions it uses Intel.  My two Dell computers use modems to broadband in the CP.  They went to Intel and lost my broadband.  Went through the ISP (At & t) and IP (aol).  They said it wasn't their problem.  Talking with Microsoft and Dell to fix this.  No router, using a single connection to my DSL modem and swap Ernet cable that CP would use.  Remove the portable system will heal it because I am convinced that this has started my problem.  Suggestions for solving this predicumet would be appreciated.

  • Hi, after installing the W7Professional lost my Office 2010, can it be recovered or I am I have to purchase again?

    Yes, I was running W7HomePremium

All that (I thought) stored on a backup drive, but no Office 2010 doesn't seem be avilable for transfer or restore.

I desperately need my Office 2010 programs by Monday

    Thank you!

You will need to reinstall Microsoft Office using the disc that you used to install originally. You can use the same product key that you did before, but you will need to activate the software by telephone.

If you do not either, and you downloaded the file from Microsoft, check your email or the online store that you buy to see if the product key is in your purchase documents and see if they will allow you to the re-download.
Or you can download the Open Source LibreOffice software, allowing you to open and edit Microsoft Word 2010 documents.

  • I lost my office and files after an automatic update.

I knew that my disk space is low.  I was going to buy an external hard disk to make more space.  Friday afternoon, when I shut down my computer so was eager to install an automatice updating and I don't think anything I just left alone.  I knew that it would be closed after that that he was finished.  Saturday morning, when I went to my computer it was my log in screen ready to connect and enter my password.  When I did it took me to a new office (as when you come back with a new computer from the store).  All my folders and icons that I had disappeared.  My programs are there, but when I click on start, programs, and click on a program such as itunes, it wants to install it as its not already installed.  All my files are not accessible from my profile, sign in.  I am in a panic.  I have so many things that I do not support up to cause its just too many things.  The funny thing is when I go to Explorer and click on all users, that all my stuff is in drive c under documents and settings...  How it make for where I open it my desk top?  And my programs like they were before, so I don't have to go back and reinstall it from the beginning?  My hard drive is always full, so I know it's still there.  I learned my lesson, I'll get an external hard drive today.  Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?  Thanks much for any help!

    sewpretty,
OK, the first thing I would say is get the external HD then copy or move your stuff on it.  Personally, if it were me, I would move as the My Documents folder.  Download all of my pictures and music, and docs on the external drive.  Now, me being a stickler for safety, I would try to copy them, and then, after checking that they are there, I would remove the HD, but that's just me.  Once they are safe, then I perform a system restore to a couple of the days before the problem and see if that helps.  If Yes, then you can load updates one at a time and see if one of them is causing the problem.  I also suggest to do a clean boot before you start to reinstall updates.

Post back if this helped or not. QQ learn manage!

You must extract the data files on the computer, starting with the smallest and just a little at a time. Install the hard drive in another computer to do because it will put less strain on the structure of files on the disc...  Mike Hall MVP - Windows Experience http://msmvps.com/blogs/mikehall/

  • Lost Word & office when reformatted for laptop

My 6mth old laptop Vaio was floored by a virus & I was told to reformat. I have just return & it runs Windows but Word & Office have disappeared, and the Vaio Care & photo editing software that comes with it. In fact it seems very basic compared to what I had before, which was pre-installed when I bought the laptop. I have to buy these if I want that they? Or can I somehow use the original product key on the laptop to replace. I hardly use Word & not paying to replace, but miss Xcel SO much.

Your laptop's are delivered with discs of recovery or a hidden restore partition which should be accessed to make recovery disks.

Its rarely needed to put in shape to get rid of a virus, which said never was lazey

I don't know where you sent the PC to 'fix' but one who did it seems to have done a v.bad work.

You can visit Sony supports, specific to your model and examine how to follow for the recovery disks and then use them. If one who "fixed" your laptop has destroyed the recovery partition, you must contact Sony support to request the recovery disc game, for which there will be a small fee.

As for the Office, unless you paid extra for the office, or it was Office Starter, he was a trial version.

If it's Office Starter of Sony, the recovery discs should reinstall

  • Lost registration 'Office' under 'Locations' when I want to record in CS5

    Panic!

I've saved a bunch of pictures, that I am getting in CS5 in a folder on the desktop.  Somehow in the last photo, when I clicked on 'Desktop' in 'Places' to access the folder and save, I must have accidentally the "Desktop" out of the list under "Places", and I heard a 'poof' and 'Office' name at the top of the list disappeared from the list. "" Documents "and all the other choices are still there under"locations ". How to "Desktop", which was at the top of the list, come back?

I rebooted the computer... nada... and it is not in the trash.    I can't save anything on the desktop or a folder here because it is not in the list most of CS5.

    Help!

You must restart Photoshop after changing Finder preferences. You can also rearrange the symbol of the 'bureau' upward after reactivation of Finer.
