  I was in the chat with Adobe 5 times now for hours in a row and had to re download my times apps and use my data allowance and I'm sick of it! After every time Adobe says: the problem is corrected and I will have no more problems, and that's not true.  The last time I was in the chat was last night and it reassures me, the problem has been solved once more and it worked today and tonight it's the same thing.  I am a student online and am so far behind that I have not been able to use my apps, Illustrator and Indesign as CC keeps having this problem.  I am very frustrated and I don't know what to do.
