LOST MY SOUND!

Hello

I pushed the blue THINKVANTAGE button on my T61 for the first time yesterday, downloaded all the "recommended updates" and now I lost the sound on my laptop.  The sound in Control Panel option lists "no audio device".  Any help much appreciated.

Andy, with the help of a hacker, a manual installation and movement of drivers, it is fixed.  somewhere, something that I downloaded in the Lenovo updates truned off my audio driver.  Thanks for your time

If I was you I would first check the Device Manager.
There may be some conflicts with your sound card
Remove the sound from the Device Manager and restart the machine.
Then reinstall the audio driver again.

Did you also check if you can hear something using the headset?
    You should do this!

Also check if the sound is not muted. You can disable and enable using the FN + ESC.

    Hello

I recommend you to roll back the OS to the beginning.
You can use the system restore which is part of the Windows operating system.
I guess you have removed or replace some settings or files and restoring the system must bring these parameters at the beginning.

Also, when I click on the mixer, the green bar moves to showing that the sound is played.

  • Satellite A80 lost all sounds

    Hi, can anyone help?

My Satellite A80 seems to have lost all sound. When I open the audio program I get a message saying that no device found? I had her before without problem?

If you are able to help at all, I would be very grateful. My email address is [email protected].

    Thank you.

First of all, you should try to remove you sound driver should and then reinstall again.

On the Toshiba page, you will find the compatible driver.

The question remains then you should recover the laptop with the Toshiba Recovery CD.

Usually, if your notebook malfunction s material doesn t then a recovery CD should solve this problem.
Otherwise, the hardware may be faulty and the laptop everything should be checked by technicians.

  • After update tvOS 9.1 on my Apple TV, I lost my sound surround

After update tvOS 9.1 on my Apple TV, I lost my sound surround?

Have you tried "Audio" Mode and the "Surround Sound" settings in the settings > audio and video? It may be interesting to try several combinations of these parameters, even though in general this is the 'Surround Sound' setting that causes more problems for users.

If you use a sound/receiver system, make sure that you have correctly mapped the input port on your output sound system, if you do not know how to do this, refer to the manual that came with your audio system.

A few days ago, something happen to my computer.  I lost the sound to hear the games, films etc.  I tried to recover it, but don't know how.  I spent the settings, my computer, don't know what to do.

Try reinstalling the audio drivers if you have the disc driver with your computer just put in and find the .exe for the audio file. You can also try to download the file of the driver from your computer manufacturer site. If you can provide your model computer here so we can help you find the file of the driver as well. :-)

  • Reference Dell optiplex 320 running windows xp lost all sounds

Recently, I lost all sound, I tried to uninstall & reinstall my audio drivers

but continues to come up with the error code 39, when I try to reinstall or update the drivers

It is also in place with the wizard is unable to find a better match for your hardware

the currently installed software? All popular solutions

It's no big thing to go on so only ideas in time...

A 39 error means that your drivers are somehow corrupt.

According to Dell, your audio drivers are here:

    http://support.Dell.com/support/downloads/DriversList.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=Gen&SystemID=PLX_PNT_320&OS=WW1&OSL=en

Since there is only one choice for the audio drivers, when you got the drivers you trying to install?

If this is not the place, which is the first place you should look for drivers.

I uninstall the old driver first (from Device Manager), download the new drivers and run the downloaded driver. File EXE from the site of Dell and make what is said.

If your system uses to work properly, what do you think has happened since the last time, he did not work properly?
