• Creative cloud does not, lost Photoshop, loss of work

  Two days trying everything that I could find on the internet for this problem without success. Was cat Friday until that connection has been lost. Cannot get on today.

  CC does not start. The icon shows in the menu bar to a fraction of a second and then disappears. I think I've tried all the solutions published in these discussions as well as anything else that I could find online. I have now lost Photoshop as well, it has disappeared from my computer. Should occur when you browse all the file deletion process. I am in the middle of a big job and dead in the water, will probably miss my deadline. Have tried to get a live chat for hours. What a mess and I see I'm not the only one. Like I'm ever creative cloud road.

  Hope this helps someone in the same situation. (It's a Mac, OS 10.9.5)

  That's what I did.

  • Start the computer in safe MODE, Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD) has begun.
  • Restarted in normal user mode. CCD has not started.
  • Removed all items opening system preferences > users and groups (I think that this step could be skipped and only tried if the following does not work).
  • Navigate to the library folder. Rename the LaunchAgents to LaunchAgents_old folder and launch the demons folder to launch Daemons_old
  • Create new folders called LaunchAgents and launch the demons.
  • Move all the items not containing NOT the name Adobe of the 'old' files and put them in their respective folders again.
  • Go to ~/Library and do the same thing with the LaunchAgents folder.
  • Restart the computer and see if the CCD will open. Mine DID!
  • Use the creative cloud uninstall, uninstall. Then reinstall the CCD. (This should put new arrivals records LaunchAgent).
  • Restart the computer and see if the CCD works. Mine did, and I seem to be good to go.

  I do not know what files in the LaunchAgents folders were the culprits, but everything seems to work well. I wish you I did it three days ago and saved me a lot of grief. Adobe should add to their list of things to try.

• computer crashed and lost photoshop 5 I have the serial number, but not my old drive

  Hello world:

  My computer crashed and I had to replace my hard drive. I can't find my photo elements 5 old record shop. Thank God, I wrote my serial number. What can I do without buying a newer version I'm used to the old and to my learning of the age, something new is not an easy task.

  If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated that I lost all my photos old and everything on my computer and I would start to replace programs but cannot find this drive after at least 16 or 17 years old.

• Lost Photoshop of CC photography after upgrade to Lightroom 2015

  I signed up last year for photography CC - updated CC Lightroom 2015 a month now, Photoshop has stopped working.

  On access to my Adobe account, it says I have no products. Lightroom is still there and active. As says my account not I am not convinced on the uninstallation and reinstallation of products.

  Any help would be most appreciated.

• help with Photoshop CS on a PC

  My husband rebuilt our computer and lost Photoshop CS. It it reinstalled from the CD, it went to a 30-day trial, which took end. I tried for days to make it work.  I get a box that says "activate later we are sorry. The activation system is not available at this time. "Please choose one of the following values:" I tried to call the number and it's a recorded message to visit a Web site that isn't here.

  Any suggestions?

• I can't argue with problems adobe download photoshop

  I can't download photoshop cs6 which I had to uninstall.  In fact, it seems down.load but does not install.  I can't discuss again for some reason any, unless maybe I use a different reason to need support.  How do you get the help of adobe.  I lost photoshop and am in a real bind.  Worked on this all day.  Someone at - it a secret to support link I can use?

  Vanessac1111111111 are you able to reopen Photoshop using the steps listed in Creative Cloud help | Launch creative apps Cloud?  If this isn't the case, then I recommend using the steps listed in CC Office lists the applications as "up to date" when the no installation not to reinstall Photoshop.

  Closing or opening Photoshop Lightroom will not affect your photos.  They are still saved on your hard drive without worrying if Photoshop Lightroom is installed or not.

  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).
