• First CC 2015 freezes when you drag media

  Hi guys

  I'm on Windows 7 on a computer with i7 [email protected], 24 GB of Ram. I'm in first Pro CC 2015.2 9.2.0 (41)

  I have a 1080 p with a bunch of files chronology, mainly of sequences (4K) in H264. When you try to drag media (sometimes with maybe other files as well, AVI, MOV, WAV) tab in the timeline, the first project freezes. I am able to record with the controls in the main panel, but the symbol of the mouse remains as it was and I can't do anything with the mouse. Only way to solve it, must leave the first with the Task Manager.

  Restart the computer or to import the project into a new project does not help.

  You have located in the sequence I/O points?  If so, remove them.

  Thank you all for your help. All my questions have been answered. Phone info Technical Support, video test "Cannot run" is a software problem with the test itself and will be fixed with the next update for it. The PC freeze is intentional Alienware BIOS programmers to ensure operation correct fan and only happens once per boot. My heat problem is partially due to the insufficient power of the 180 Watt power brick. The laptop was trying to squeeze more power from 180W power supply he could provide. That it caused the current limit, stop the power supply when the laptop has attracted 197 watts while playing games (by my measurement with an ammeter of work). This required that I unplug the power supply from the wall outlet to restore power. I have since received a 240-watt replacement power supply. Still, the system gets very hot but not like it was before. The power of the laptop now pull it at 227 Watts during the game. The draw excessive is a serious problem and will damage the power brick, if this happens too often, it would be in my case. It could also have negative effects on the laptop itself over time due to the hunger of power system. The battery took full charge for about 20 minutes before she reached 20% of power and strangled all for giving me the time to close everything and restart. So if anyone out there knows a power problem, you must contact the technical support and replace your power brick with a brick of 240W power 180W. My system is as follows.

  Please make sure that Lightroom is updated to the latest version, Lightroom 6.3

  Also:

  • Go to Lightroom > Preferences.
  • Also please go to preferences > Performance tab and uncheck the box "use graphics processor.
  • Restart Lightroom and see if it works.

  Have you tried to reinstall the plugin Photoshelter for Lightroom CC newer version 2015.

  Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

  Note: You can print these steps or consult them in another browser.

  1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
  2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
  3. Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
     • Windows:
       • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
       • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
     • Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.
     • Linux: If you have installed Firefox with the distribution-based package manager, you must use the same way to uninstall: see Install Firefox on Linux. If you have downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
  4. Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:

  This happened to me twice in the last two weeks, both times in the same circumstances. I take my mac at the Apple Store tomorrow, but I found it worth to post the question here:

  My Macbook Pro freezes when playing iTunes AND connected to an external audio system. Won't happen only when it is connected to the headphones or when you use the internal speakers. This does not happen immediately. It took about 10-20 minutes, and the specific song ends to play even if the computer is already frozen. I wonder what follows:

  This could result in the latest version of iTunes (12.3.3.17)?

  Or is there something funky going on with the material of my Mac?

  FYI, I have a Macbook Pro, 256 GB early 2015 and I've just updated to the latest OS (El Capitan 10.11.4)

  Could be due to the failure / faulty USB hub or cables (USB or audio, regardless of your game to the top). Try to connect without a hub (if you are using one) and with different cables.

  Given that the issue does not appear when you use a headset, I don't think it is related to iTunes.

  I have a strange issue when exporting with a simple badge that I'm working on Illustrator to Photoshop.

  Everything seems well within the Illustrator, but when I select my creation and copy and paste into Photoshop, then as a "dynamic object" or "pixels", I get a strange gray outline around the objects that should be hidden.

  I use the latest versions of Illustrator and Photoshop 2015 CC and their installation on Mac OSX El Capitan v. 10.11.3

  I think that the problem is more on the side of Photoshop.

  Rasterize the objects in Illustrator; no visible lines.

  Pixelation in Photoshop; the Ant-aliasing artifacts.

  It is easy to reproduce: put a couple of black oval overlaid. Use Pathfinder > divide

  Now you have perfectly fitting distinct forms.

  Copy and paste into Photoshop; lines.

  Rasterize them (or use the pixelation effect) in Illustrator, copy and paste it into Photoshop. no lines.

  Empty the in and the tensile points on your sequence, then drag your audio files down.

  This used to happen from time to time, but now it makes me crazy, what happens almost everytime I try to develop a clip or shorten.

  I usually use the Red calipers with an arrow to expand, to shorten a clip, and when I start to slip, the application crashes. It doesn't matter if it's an audio or video clip. I noticed that this happens when the snap is enabled. So I try to keep away, but sometimes I forget, and as soon as I start by dragging the PP crashes.

  Thanks for your reply, I'll try that, but I think nvidia's latest driver...

  It would be interesting to know what made this MSVCR100.dll , I've seen problems in games like Battlefield and Fallout...

• Why TB does not freeze when I click on account settings? (Goes from bad to worse!)

  A few days ago, I posted a question about migration backup emails in TB. I got help, but not a definitive answer to my problems. Unfortunately, my wife and I seem to have created an additional problem which must be resolved before we return to the issue of migration of file. Now, TB freezes when I try to check the settings of an account. This may be due to our attempt to copy an old e-mail folder (file .sbd), in my current profile. That's how it happened:

  We copied a saved .sbd folder to
  C:\Users\FF\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\pnp8j2nf.default\Mail\Local records
  We have not seen any change in TB.

  Then, in TB, we created a folder under local folders, giving it the same name as the .sbd that we had copied. The content become so visible in TB.

  When I tried to check the settings of an account, TB has frozen. Restart TB did not help. Then we tried to go back to our previous steps by deleting the folder newly created in TB and .sbd file in local folders. I restarted TB and PC, but TB still freezes when we try to check the account settings.

  Think that we could have corrupted profile, we also renamed the 8 character profiles .default under C:\Users\FrankF\AppData\Local\Thunderbird\Profiles and C:\Users\FrankF\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles, hoping TB would generate a new profile, but now the TB does not start without the profile.

  We wonder if we should remove profiles.ini or remove its contents to force TB to create a new profile. Any advice on which are originally the gel and how to fix? Thanks in advance.

  C:\Users\FF\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles and edited profiles.ini, changing -

  I'm still wondering (after I backup C:\Users\FF) the best way to remove the other profiles. Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again.
