• Lightroom 6 mobile sync does not

  I installed LR6 under Windows and it works fine. I also installed the mobile version of LR on a Nexus tablet that works as well. However, I don't see any option on the label of office collections to turn on sync for mobile for any collection. The icon is supposed to appear on a collection when I pass.

  I can't get the creative cloud synchronization to start on my laptop but it is running on my desktop. Whenever I try to launch it I get this blue star from spinning and then it stops after one minute. Then I go back to the CC App and it show that CC Sync is always off.

• Service does not start

  I am running Windows 7-64 bit & I try to install ITunes 12.1. I get an error message saying "The Apple Mobile Device" does not start - error 1053 & I don't have enough privileges I do. I tried to start the service manually, I uninstalled all my ITune applications & tried to reinstall without success. I am frustrated because I tried to apply the patch of fabric of Microsoft.net which breaks down because he says that I don't have the program installed for the patch. Can someone help me please?

  If this isn't the case, please do and report what happens after you have finished the process of uninstall and then reinstall it using a freshly downloaded iTunes.

  If you have followed these instructions, did you get THE error during the uninstall process messages?  If so, please provide the full text of the error message (s).

  This model uses by me. I downloaded it from Vista to XP.

  After installing Microsoft Sync, you need to restart and my laptop does not start after that. HD is indicated and known on the BIOS.

  I put t know how you can solve this problem, but can you go into the advanced boot menu? You can start in safe mode?

  In my opinion Microsoft installation synchronization destroyed something in Windows and in the worst case, reinstall the whole OS.

• Vista 64-bit Black Screen of Death, with just a mobile available slider, the system does not start in safe mode.

  My system worked properly on 25 April and then something happened and now the machine comes back with "Start menu options" but will not start in one of the listed options, modes result in the same outcome.  System also starts on the Vista CD.

  System begins to boot normally, shows the tracer Green Windows at the bottom of the screen, then the mouse pointer appears and moves but the rest of the screen remains black.

  That's it, that's all what he will do.  I checked the settings of the computer and ran the diagnostic tests available and everything seems to go fine and passes all the tests.

  I worked on my own computers for over 20 years and never been stumped before, but I must say this is a first, and I have no idea what to try to do it now.

  Help or direction is appreciated.

  See if there is a way to tecover clean your data before doing a restore to conditions of factory that will wipe the drive of all.  You can use Knoppix http://www.knopper.net/knoppix/index-en.html with a good ISO as Copier: http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm as well as a blank CD (which you will need to do on another computer).  Starting on this disc and lla should give you enough access to the system (if you do not have any other means) to backup your important data.

  So since you seem to have no other alernatives, you can try retoring the original factory computer options. However, if it is a hardware problem as could very well be the case, you can still encounter problems after even this drastic step.  Then you will need to consider in a reputable computer repair shop (NOT Geek Squad or or a any of these big store centers) or maybe even go back to the manufacturer for repair.   Check out several options and compare the costs, quality and guaranteed and then make your best decision.

  My Encore 2 WT10 lights. I updated the bios to 1.4 via the USB port. It does not start after the upgrade. The screen remains black. I can load and reload my mobile phone via the tablet or a USB Hub to power. If I press the button for 30 seconds, turn off the USB device, press the button again turns on USB power. But the screen stays black, no screen BIOS or Windows, no audio or USB data connection (or other signs of life).

  Try to open the BIOS/UEFI tablet settings by following these steps:

  Press and hold the volume button at the same time by pressing the button for a few seconds. Ideally, this will open the screen of the BIOS/UEFI. Once this is done, make sure that the settings are correct or restore the factory settings.

  If that does not help, then additional assistance may be required.

  In a similar way a lot, the splash screen appears where you can recover your tablet from an image that you created previously (recently) or in the worst case, reinstall Windows.

  Also keep in mind that between reboots, a 10-15 minute interval may be required (don't know why, but it helped me dealing with errors in the past).

  My impression is that the BIOS 1.40 was already installed in the WT series, so some models have been improved to 1.60. BIOS should normally updated via WIndows Update or Toshiba service station.

  You can start your laptop in safe mode? This means that if you press the F8 key before Windows starts and you choose Safe mode can you start Windows?

  If this isn't the case I think that it s something wrong with your Windows installation and that's why you need to use the Toshiba Recovery disk to restore to factory settings.

• Satellite L670-1EE does not start after upgrading RAM 4 GB to 8 GB

  I'm trying to upgrade the RAM from 4 GB to 8 GB. If I replace two 2 GB of 2 modules of 4 GB modules, the BIOS (which is the most recent) realize the 8 GB, but does not start at startup. There is just the white cursor blinking not.

  When I put in the 1 4 GB module and 1 2 GB module the system starts without a problem and has 6 GB. I checked the two 4 GB modules, they work in any combination, but not when both are installed together.

  I couldn't find any rider or the settings of the bios for the RAM...

  Any idea?

  The last plausible explanation is that both modules are ok, but not compatible with each other.
  The laptop can be upgraded up to 8 GB of RAM. This should not be a problem since the unit is supported by the Chipset Mobile Intel HM55 Express.

  So I think that you need to replace the modules Kingston modules are great and work without problem.

  To be honest that I n don't know what you mean with clip Ribbon keyboard but if the keyboard is faulty or something else, the keyboard completely must be exchanged. You are not a unique key or something else.
  If you want a new keyboard or other spare parts contact your local ASP.

  How have you tried to boot from the drive?
  Have you changed the boot order in the BIOS?

  Startup options are usually available.
  1. you can press the C key immediately after to computer mobile power to detect CD/DVD drive starts
  2. you can press F12 for the boot menu
  3. you will first change the boot order in the BIOS to ODD

  But it s interesting to know if your new ODD is compatible with the laptop

• ThinkPad X 1 carbon does not start
