I seem unable to exclude the addition of kernel32.dll. Then, the application installation program will pick up the kernel32.dll file. If I try to delete it before creating the installer, it will detect the missing file and will not build. So, let the installer to copy the file kernel32.dll on a target computer seems odd, but works if LabVIEW development PC and the target computer have the same flavors of Windows and both 32-bit. The real trouble begins when 32-bit kernel32.dll is copied on Windows 7 64 bit. Then application will crash before loading. The solution, of course, is to manually remove the 32-bit kernel32.dll file that was placed there by the installer.

  Ensure that any node library call which accesses a function from kernel32.dll, contains only the name of the DLL without any path information. The "name or library path" being a name tells that the application builder to process the DLL as a pre-installed system and not copy as a DLL in the generation of the application. It is in fact also documented in the online help on the library node call.

They can confirm that by uninstalling the box to Lenovo tools and installation of the currently supported ' Lenovo Solution Center ' as a brand already proposed forum solved the problem.

  There is a way you can get the image of windows exe file. Follow step to get the file from the image below and try to update through GUI

  1. Rename the Windows .exe to .zip file
  2. Extract the .zip file to a folder
  3. Download the image file the payload of the extracted file folder iDRAC (filename: firmimg.imc)

  We have 6 PE1950 server with SAS PERC 5 / i integrated RAID controllers. Dell OpenManage complains about being obsolete PERC firmware. 2 servers I currently have running, firmware 5.2.1 - 0062 and 5.1.1 - 0040. I downloaded the latest version of 5.2.2 - 0072. I tried the update by the Windows package and who did not, and he complain about the OS being too recent. A server is Windows Server 2008 R2 and the other Windows Server R2 2012.   I'm trying to update the firmware of the i/o Modules of 1.3.1p to 1.4.1i.  I downloaded the firmware and when I activate it I choose to ignore the compatibility tests.  The module IO then resets and goes through a process of restarting.  After a little while the State is ready but the firmware running is always 1.3.1p.  I also tried by choosing to place it in the start menu to the top only and then reset the module e/s, but the results are the same.  This happens on two modules e/s.  Interface cards and the MMIC both updated without problem, but I'm stuck at IO modules.  Anyone encountered this?  Does anyone have ideas, what may be the problem?

  The IO modules get updated at the same time as the fabric of interconnection when they reload and upgrade.  Upgrade one restart of the IF that and the i/o module should be at the same time.  Note that in the activation page you should see in the meantime "rebooting" next to the modules of e/s for this fabric before restarting the FI.

  Even if it is not automatic, you should be able to get your updates from the Microsoft Download center http://www.microsoft.com/DOWNLOADS/en/default.aspx

  Other than that, your best bet would be to do a repair install and let the system to reinstall the original files and settings.

  When you perform a repair installation, it restores the current installation of Windows Vista to the version on the installation DVD. This requires you to reinstall all updates that do not appear in this version of Windows Vista.

  To perform a repair of Windows Vista installation, follow these steps:

  1. Restart the computer.
  2. Insert the Windows Vista DVD into the DVD drive of the computer.

     Note If Windows does not automatically detect the DVD, click Start, type : \setup.exe in the Search box, and then click configuration in the list programs. Then click on install now.

  3. Click connect to get the latest updates for installation (recommended).
  4. Insert the product key if you are prompted to do so.
  5. Click to accept the Microsoft software license agreement.
