LR6 and 5 d Mark IV

I am currently under LR5, I want to upgrade to LR6 (I don't want to do the CC) and I will get the new Canon 5 d Mark IV this week. My question is, if I buy right LR6, when Adobe releases update to support the FIRST on this camera is going to get the update? I have seen many conflictions, saying: If you buy right, you don't get updates, but this should be something similar to the mist filter or include also updates for devices supported.

Your understanding is almost correct. The camera raw plugin has no effect on Lightroom. All the raw technology is part of the Lightroom program. Lightroom 6 will continue to receive updates that will provide support to new devices until Lightroom 7 came out, probably sometime in the future. When / if Lightroom 7 is released there will be no more updates to Lightroom 6. Lightroom 7 will be a paid upgrade for users of previous versions of standalone Lightroom.

Your interpretation is correct that Photoshop CS6 will receive no more camera raw updates. The last usable version of Camera Raw is version 9.1. Users who use Photoshop CS6 can still receive for their new cameras using the free DNG Converter to create negative digital copies of their raw images.
