Hi guys, I get the blue screen in the LR development mode, even though I have updated the driver for the graphics card on this new laptop. It's an AMD Radeon R5 M335 4 GB memory DDR3, core i7 6th gen processor. What should do? Thank you
This Eizo has a normal resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. I expect not to see a lot of benefits of using the GPU. You really see the advantage to screens that are at least 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) or more. On small screens, you can see some benefits with smoother updates if you ONLY use the base sliders to develop. If you use brushes, turning on the GPU can actually slow you down a bit. In most cases, loading images in develop is also slower when you activated! There are a few illustrative notes to an engineer from Adobe that you can read here: notes for Lightroom CC GPU (2015) in order to better understand what is happening. Currently, in most cases, I recommend leaving off the coast. I think that Adobe is trying to improve and have more cards supported, but it is not yet completely there.

On the transition from college to my parents House my dorm, it seems that the SSD which had my OS on it died somehow. I went ahead and unplug all the cables connected above and left both my still working 1 TB HARD drive and optical drive plugged. I deleted all the data that was on my HARD drive and tried to do a clean install of Windows 7 on it and was greeted with this error: 0xFFFFFFFFC0000005 (0xFFFFF880044310CF, 0xFFFFF880009EF1D, xFFFFF880009EEA30). No idea as to what is the cause and how I could possibly fix this problem?
Images of the problem:
http://imgur.com/a/tWAkTBased on the following threads, this error seems to be related to be USB drivers. The recommendation is to disable USB in the BIOS:
http://www.SevenForums.com/BSOD-help-support/179523-Hidclass-sys-BSOD.html
also:
If you have USB external devices of nonessential attached to the computer during installation, disconnect those also and restart the installation.

I downloaded LR6 to a new computer HP Pavilion. 10 windows and when I try to change in developing all that I get is a blue screen. Photos are .dng but when I click on the before / after button, I get a partial view of the picture and the part is still the blue light in the rear section. When in the module library, photography is able to be seen, but as soon as I click on the development, I see a flash of the photo and then the screen is all blue where I would like to see the photo. I opened both the old and the new computer and against each element and they are identical with the exception of the blue screen. I wonder if it has something to do with the magnifying glass?
Go in Edition > Preferences > Performance and uncheck CPU graph use.

I have a new Dell with Windows 10. I installed only creative cloud, Photoshop and Lightroom so far. Camera Raw is also referred to as a current version.for my 7 D Mark ii. Photoshop seems to work very well. When I go to windows, and import a jpg or Canon raw files, I see them well in library mode but when I click on the mode to develop, I get blue by filling the entire section that the photo should appear. Nobody knows what will fix this problem?
Disable the "use of graphics processor" in the Preferences/Performance tab.

I get a blue screen in the main window to develop the module
I just downloaded LR6 from CC Adobe on my new computer laptop > it worked fine on the old laptop, but now I have a problem. I imported the photos that look very well, but when I try to open on (one) in the develop module I get a blue screen in the main window. The image appears in the navigator Panel. I use Windows 10, which I never used before LR.
Lightroom preferences-> Performance tab, disable the GPU option. It may be necessary to restart Lightroom.

Tecra A2 blue screen when you select the display settings tab
Hi, I have a Tecra A2 Windows XP SP2 (and all of the updates in automatic mode). Only two months. When I go to display properties and click on the tab settings of the machine crashes with a blue screen. Have tried to reinstall the driver provided on the CD with the machine but makes no difference. I tried downloading a more updated to Intel driver but it says that it cannot install it. Any suggestions from anyone, please?
Also (may be relevant but do not know) in device manager I have two default monitors list and two identical cards - which is how it should be?Hello
Yes, to you on time. In the device under Graphics Manager, two graphics controllers appear. But it's not a fault.
Also Toshiba recommend using the graphic drivers of Toshiba. In this case, you should visit Toshiba's pilot Web site, and you need to install the graphics driver from this site.

Step 1 : you can first try to use Fixit for Windows Update by following the link

Step 2 : run Checksur (kb: 947821)
Download and run the system update by the following article preparation tool: KB947821. Description of the system update tool for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821Step 3 : before you try to install the updates again, you can try to install the latest version of Windows Installer for vista , by following the link:
Step 4 : put the computer in Cleanboot before you install updates, if necessary:
To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. This article describes how to solve problems in Windows Vista by performing a clean boot.
How to perform a clean boot procedure to determine if background programs are interfering with a game or a program that you currently use: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/939671
1. click on Start , type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER .
2. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.
3. in the general tab, click Selective startup . Under Selective startup, clear the Load Startup items check box.
4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click disable all . Click on apply, then OK. When you are prompted, click on restart.
After you install the updates, put the computer in Normal mode:
1. click on Start , type msconfig in the box start the search.
2. in the general tab, select ""NORMAL STARTUP " ." Click on apply, then OK. When you are prompted, click on restart.
You can from personal experience than BestBuy support (AKA Geek Squad) don't NOT download/run the Norton removal after you uninstall a Norton application and before you install a replacement App. There are chances that Trend Micro Internet Security (an unreliable product, at best) has not been installed correctly and that the computer never been protected since the first day.
You don't want to upgrade the computer to Win7 with the computer in its current state, unless you format the HARD drive and do a clean install.
NB: None of your customer's current data should be considered reliable. This includes all usernames and passwords (for example, online banking).

Blue screen Atkikmpag.sys - nothing is working, not even clean install
I get the blue screen of death nearly a month. Have tried to install the old drivers, as happened after an update. The problem is that the original drivers required one. NET framework, which is to use the update, which means that windows downloads new drivers, the error message is an Atikmpag.sys, 116 problem. I reinstalled Vista itself. can you help me?
BCC116 may be related to the video driver, vram, heat, the map itself, low power supply.
We would be happy to take a look if you have downloaded the DMP files as below.
We need the DMP file because it contains the single record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.
If you are overclocking STOP
You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting in SafeMode (F8) with networking.
Please follow these instructions to collect data against crashes and upload them here, to your Skydrive or a service such as Rapidshare file sharing.
