m6 desire specifications: recovery of pc - what happens to my data?

I recently received a blue screen that says I need to use a recovery on my laptop of m6 disc want (m6-1225dx). If I do a recovery cd (I remember when buy the laptop it said that the recovery cd would be online), when I use it, will my data be intact or it will be deleted? It would be desirable to take the laptop to a professional to try to protect or recover my data?

@williambell: this error message indicates that your BCD is corrupted.  You can fix that, WITHOUT having to completely restore your machine settings - and always keep all your data, settings, and applications.

  • What happens with the data on ROW as soon as they are storage migrated to VMDK?

    Hi all

The following scenario: I have a virtual machine with virtual RDM. I have storage migration online, selection of thick discs so convert the VMDK RDM. The question is: what is actually happening with the data on the LUN that was RDMs, once the migration is complete?

I expect that the data are still there, and if needed, I can remove the VMDK and re - attach the new LUNS as RDM.. But I can't find any official information on this.

I am not mistaken? Y at - there somewhere that says clearly what is happening with the data?

    Thank you!

Your wait is quite correct. The data on the raw LUN will not get affected once it is converted to a virtual machine. Only the mapping of RDM file is deleted and the LUN becomes available, and you can use card or again as an RDM or to create a VMFS data on that store.

  • What happens to my data if I reinstall windows 7

my system does not work correctly, and I think that some of my windows got corrupted programs.  I think I need to reinstall windows 7 to fix the problem

    Hello

The best safe method would be to always have redundant backups of your data. An Installation repair help - that allows to maintain the programs and data - maybe the last link below.

You mean reinstall the OS completely? If you have the Windows 7 DVD you can do this however remember to completely backup your data off the drive and you need to reinstall your programs. If you don't have Windows 7 disks, you can buy them in your machine to cheap system. If you don't care about existing programs, then you can do a complete new installation - just select the format options that erases the entire disc (This erases all data as well). Some system manufacturers use Partitions of recovery as well as other methods to allow you to return to a completely new installation. So check with your system manufacturer to see what options you have to do - and it's certainly doable - just a matter of the manufacturer of the system processes in place for you.

  • transmission of data in the url, what happens if no data is transmitted

I work in php with MySQL.

Some pages of my site require certain data to be passed in the url. In most cases, it is "data_region". If this is not passed in the url, I get an error of "undefined index". Is there a way to tell:

If "data_region" exists, use the information that it passes.
    use else '? data_region = ALL'

Right now I use a web redirector on the index page to the main.php with the correct data_region instead of having main.php as the index. It's OK, but it sometimes takes a while, especially on slower connections.

    Any help appreciated.

  • What happens IF we replace the default certificates for vCenter 5.1?

Does anyone have specific vmware documents indicating what happens IF we replace the default certificates for vCenter 5.1 SSO, inventory, Web Client etc... services?

I found this below at page 19 of https://www.vmware.com/files/pdf/products/vCenter/VMware-vCenter-Server-Single-Sign-On.pdf

    Certificates update

When you install the vCenter Single Sign-On, each component that registers with it - including

vCenter Single Sign-On himself - uses SSL to communicate between components and saved solutions.

By default, SSL certificates are generated automatically by VMware installation and upgrade process

and are sufficient for the operational security for most VMware customers.

Some clients prefer to use their own self-signed or purchased SSL certificates. A tool has been developed to

help the insertion of these certificates after vCenter Server installation. Because of the additional knowledge

required to create and install self-signed certificates, we recommend that you review the following knowledge of VMware

    basis of articles:

"Deployment and using the tool to automate SSL certificate.

    (VMware 2041600 knowledge base article)

"Generation of certificates for use with the VMware Certificate SSL automation tool"

    (VMware 2044696 knowledge base article)

In 10 years your vCenter starts (because of expiry of the certificate).

Your users will see pesky warnings of SSL certificate when connecting components.

Apart from that all traffic is always secure and encrypted with certificates by default, you have simply a chain of trust for them.

What happens if the PC I just downloaded Itunes on & connected to, does it display not all devices?

    Hello 2sealadies!

Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! Looks like you have a problem with your iTuens on Windows 10 not to recognize your iPhone. I know how important it is that the iPhone is recognized by iTunes. Read this article with steps If iTunes does not your iPad, iPhone or iPod. Specifically, after the first series of measures:

If you are using a Windows PC

    1. Open Device Manager by following the steps for the version of Windows that you have:

  • Apple id two verification step. What happens to the disabled reliable when phone number?

Recently, I have restored my iPod touch 5 and during the implementation was faced with this application id of two steps. There seems to be no way of not choosing this option, so I used my phone number. I didn't do that but could find no other way to get around it. I assumed it was another bright Apple who must love or fixed ideas to stay up-to-date (as for example losing favorite functions e.g. shake to shuffle etc) of their clients. After doing this (subject), I received an email telling me that I might opt, which I did, but only after changing my password as I didn't want to do. The way I see it was not only a waste of time, but as someone who is intensely private and do not link personal information for security reasons I feel like I've been forced to do something I would never normally do just to keep the unit I paid a small fortune for compatible with applications that I want to use for example. latest versions of traktor etc. It makes me feel like anytime I can do to compromise my desires as a customer just to continue to use MY PROPERTY. Anyway there is the substance of my question (if you have not asleep and could be bothered to read it all) which in the end is - what happened to my number of confidence when I chose? I can't find anything about this in the text of presentation, or on the forum. It is to dispose of safely, or is it for always TAPI in some dark Apple cavity or FBI database (or other personal data collection entity)? At a time where we are told to pay attention to our information it seems to have been a lot of too-ing and back and forth of my personal data on the web for no reason and I'm done with a password change, that I didn't. Can anyone put my mind at ease on at least that?

step 2 is optional, you didn't have to use it.

If your idea that Apple don't has not given you the choice is bad, that you choose. But you can disable it again.
