• App Store stuck in the update loop

  I use El Capitan 10.11.6 on a MacBook Pro for mid-2015.

  The AppStore automatically updated the operating system and a few apps today (2016-09-13). But the badge on the dock of the AppStore icon remains stuck at '1' indicating a waiting for update. This update uninstalled for iTunes 12.5.1.

  By clicking on the "Update" button next to this entry causes the app download slowly. Once the download is complete, the led shows "install...". "- but only for a few seconds.   I was under the impression that the version of the App would maintain the CMS as a white label solution.  With the link to the App Store, this is no longer the case, as the App store, talk about Business Catalyst and is now available to all our customers.  It is not so much a problem for me, but I think that there are other partners who rely on the CMS as being white labeled.  I wanted to just express this concern in case there are others who share it.

  • Respect to GarageBand, try opening the Mac App Store, go to 'Purchases' and download GarageBand. If your Mac came with a DVD or GarageBand is not there, use the disk to install Applications to install GarageBand.
  • Respect to other applications, you can restore a backup Time Machine, you did before moving to OS X with The Migration Wizard, and it will allow you to restore these apps. However, I suggest you to install from the DVD manually again, so you'll have a much cleaner operating system.

  I solved this problem in a weird way. It has been downloaded successfully after you rename the file (.p12, .mobileprovision)

  Go to settings > general > Restrictions and make sure that your application options are all set to "allow".

  If this isn't the issue, do a spotlight for App Store search see if you can locate it. If you accidentally moved to a folder, the folder name and simply find it on the home screen where the folder, open the folder, press and hold the icon until it starts to move and then move it out of the folder.

  Check all your home screens to see if it is showing on any of them.

  You can also go to settings > General > Reset and click Reset Home screen presentation to back his plan of origin of your home screen.

• I managed to fix an erronious in my new Windows 8 account e-mail address, but the app store, still has the old address and will not serve an order

  The title says pretty much all this. Microsoft Accounts has my wrong email address and it took a few days to correct, but when I tried to order in the games section of the app store, it still has the old address (which went nowhere) and would not be the service order.  How can I get the correct email in the app store?

  I understand that you are not able to download the app from the store Windows applications as it has the old email address.

  Please answer the question

  (1) have you tried to connect with the new email address?

  (2) did you get an error message?

  If this only happens in Windows Apps store, I suggest you follow the steps below to reset the cache to store and see if it works very well.

  (a) press the Windows key + R

  (b) type WSReset.exe and press OK

• Can no longer connect to the Mac App Store

  Since I upgraded to El Capitan on my iMac for mid-2011. All I get is "cannot connect to the App Store". Check the App Store Control Panel in system preferences, but does not mention of the connection parameters. Worked well before El Capitan

  Well, today I was able to connect to the MAS without problem. Maybe it wasn't CBS installation but may the MAS is declining. Weird. Question is now moot.

  Since I installed Captain el I can't do any update to the system level of the el captain of the app store, but on the other side, he does with no upgrade problem applications like imovie or battery health etc. I suspect this problem is causing Mackeeper which I installed but not sure... Any solution?
