  I'm pretty new to the Macbook, but not to Apple itself. Yesterday, I bought a Macbook Air and I tried to connect to Apple ID using iTunes, App Store (even downloaded the update and I tried to log in when you try to install it) and FaceTime, iMessage and each time, after entering my information correctly, it sticks on the page connect and won't let me log on. When I enter the wrong details, it signals that immediately. I tried to change my password to my account but I think that this is a system error. I also tried to create another Admin account and connection that. Nothing seems to work!

  I also tried to contact the apple support. This leads to several minutes, verify that my time zone and the region settings were set to automatic and correct, then asks me to restart the computer using safe mode. I restarted mode safe mode and still nothing worked. So now, I scheduled an appointment with the support team. It is a ridiculous experience for my first day on this computer.
