MacBook Air battery does not load after resetting SMC

Hi all, hope you can help me with this. My model of Macbook Air early 2014 seems to have some problems with its battery. The battery status says "do not load" and it is stuck at 74%. My charger light is still red and I tried to check the status of the battery, it is said to be normal; also I have reset the SMC and all that stuff that is suggested on the discussion Forum, but still it is of no use. Someone had a similar problem before?

Try resetting the SMC two times more.

If this does not help, please contact Apple support.

  • Battery does not load after update

I have a MacBook Pro end of 2011 and just installed El Capitan. Since then, he has worked super slow. I've upgraded to version 10.11.4 yesterday, hoping that to solve some problems. Now it does not recognize my MagSafe adapter, and it does not charge. I did a reset SMC, but nothing happened. Before the issue of the battery, my screen was black when you start the computer. I did a reset of the PRAM, and it worked. I was stupid and never sustained up to my computer because I don't have an external hard drive. My battery percentage is very low and I have no idea what to do! Help, please...

Try the methods provided below and check if that helps.

    Method 1:

    Step 1:

Try to boot in safe mode with network and check if you are able to boot to the desktop.

Start your computer in safe mode

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

    Step 2:

If you are able to start the office try to download and run a system scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner full and check if that helps.

The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

    Hello

You can access Mode safe? Repeatedly press F8 as you start? If yes you can try Control Panel - device
Manager - graphics card - Double click on - driver tab - click on UPDATE driver - then right click
on devices and UNINSTALL - REBOOT.

Another method to try to get to the desktop (try in normal Windows Mode without failure)
CTRL + ALT + DELETE and on the tab process EXPLORER.exe and COMPLETE the PROCESS on this subject - then
on the Applications tab - lower right - new task - type in EXPLORER.exe. Safe mode is reached
by tapping F8 as you start several times.

  • Is there a settings in Win7/HP have that battery does not load until it is less than 95%

I just bought a HP Pavilion dv6 - 7043cl laptop and have noticed that the battery does not load unless it is less than 95%.  I am very concercerned because I had one cell different from another company where I had battery problems.  That the manufacturer was not helpful, and I will never buy their share again.

I heard good things about HP, that's why I decided to buy this particular machine.  However, I've only had this machine for 3 days and now it begins.  I can't find a Win 7 (I'm under Win 7 home Premium 64-bit) setting that controls when the battery starts to charge.  It is a function of the HP Power Manager?  Is this a feature of the ships with their computers HP laptop battery?  Or is it that indicates a problem with this machine?   I am a student and I need a reliable laptop for school.

Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

  • Toshiba 50L 7335 does not turn after reset

My TV has recently begun stuck at 90% loading by hitting the reset button or the menu button on the remote, it seemed that the 'smart' features of television have been does not load since features like auto-off stopped working as well. Also the Panel TV would not turn on unless the input source that was connected to it was in reality.

Then after a couple of power deactivation / activation of the plug, I managed to get into the settings menu and done a Reset. Now when I turn on the TV it shows the Toshiba logo, then the Panel goes off (green light stays on) and it does not meet all control commands from the buttons on the tv or remote on.

Any ideas what I need to do?

    Hello

On the TV remote, you can find the button ON / OFF (in the middle) which ensures also the TV mode.
The left button can be used to select the external input source.

In case you wish to receive the signal from another source, you must use this button to select the correct source.

To select the TV mode, you must use the button to the right.
(the details of any remote controls are explained in the user manual)

The Green LED indicates that the TV was operated and shortly after, the unit should answer to the remote control commands.
In my opinion, you should also check if the remote control battery isn't empty.

If you are sure the battery isn t the troublemaker, you should get in touch with service to control the TV.
