MacBook pro new wobble on surface flat

When I put my new MacBook pro 13 "early 2015 (but said 2016) on my desk, the lower left corner do not spread flat on the surface, which creates a swing whenever I try to type or to put pressure on the lower left. All things in cushion are in place. If I place it on a kitchen counter, it remains flat on the surface. I see that a lot of people had this same concern, certainly, he could be the surface but no one there knows how to confirm if the surface is flat or if the laptop is unequal?

Try it on a flat surface known as a granite kitchen counter.

  • Passwords Firefox inside old iMac to MacBook Pro new

    Hello:

I tried to use the add-on, exporting password. He works for export from my old iMac but when I tried to install exporter of password on my new MacBook Pro running Firefox v37.0.2, I get the message "password exporter could not be installed because it is not compatible with Firefox 37.0.2.".

    So . . . .

Is there another way to export and then import Firefox passwords?

    Thank you

    Thank you!

I've used both and they both work.

First of all, I transferred the files logins.json and key3db of my old Firefox my Firfox again on the new MacBook Pro. Alto! It worked!

Then I registered Firefox Sync. It will be the end of my problems to keep up-to-date on both computers.

BTW. I discovered that both computers running Firefox v37.0.2. Apparently the problem is with the password exporter. It cannot be installed on Firefox v37.0.2, but if it is installed before you upgrade to Firefox v37.0.2 that he continues to work.

    Thanks again!

  • The Magic Trackpad recognized don't no MacBook Pro (new)

I recently bought a MacBook Pro with the retina, under OS X 10.11.5.  My Magic Trackpad legacy will not pair with it (other devices works well).  I tried a number of approaches that I've seen in the support articles, without success.  I got a Magic Trackpad to my former employer, and it worked with the MacBook Pro I used here.  Any suggestions on getting this to work, or, is pairing - this device is no longer supported?

    Hey GPP76,

Please use the Apple Support communities for help. Congratulations on your new Mac buy! I understand that you experience problems connecting to your Magic Trackpad to your new MacBook Pro. Not to worry! Please make sure that the trackpad is not currently connected to another device, and then try the steps in the link below.

  • transfer files to a Macbook Pro

Please bear with me. I'm not fine with a PC. I transferred my files from my Windows Vista PC to my new Macbook Pro lap top about a year using the Windows Wizard. The transfer was successful, however, I have not used my new Macbook Pro. I don't know, a mistake on my part I continued using my Windows PC. Now, a year later, my Windows PC is on its last leg and I want to start using my Macbook Pro 'new '. The question I have is, can I use the Windows wizard again to transfer files, I added to my Windows PC since my last file transfer to my Macbook Pro a year ago?

A friend told me that I should consider resetting my Macbook Pro back to factory settings and then start the transfer of Windows as a new transfer. Should I do this?  Can I use the Windows Easy Transfer Wizard again to transfer my files and does not duplicate files that have already been transferred?  As you can tell, I am lost and need help. Thank you for your help.

I use a USB flash drive or a backup hard drive to the "exfat" format, which can be read by Microsoft windows and OS - X.

I copy all my files on the backup disk.

This way I will always have a copy of my files on a storage disk that I can use with my Mac or PC.

That way if I ever need to do a reinstall on my Mac or my PC I always get my files from a backup flash drive.

Or better yet, just use a USB fixed your PC/Mac to the format exfat as disk storage for all your personal files.

    I use this one.

  • MacBook Pro doesn't recognize SuperDrive

MacBook Pro (NEW) does not recognize the drive SuperDrive.  Both are new.  Reader superDrive does not appear in the Finder.  I rebooted the computer with the drive connected. No change.  I checked the preferences to make sure that the disc is checked.

What model drive is this? He sold for explicit use on a MBP?

IIRC, in the past, when the first is distributed came out, there was a Superdrive which was for exclusive use on them. Wouldn't work anywhere else.

Initially, you Mac Pro came with an SSD.

Just what failure symptoms are you having? Maybe your SSD did not fail.

If necessary and if yo are up to it you can replace the SSD yourself

  • I think to buy a new MacBook to replace my MacBook pro mid-2010, which still runs but becomes slow.  They say the current MacBook pro without retina display (which I don't think I need) is an old system and may be obsolete soon - true?

I'm buying a new MacBook to replace my mid-2010 MacBook Pro 2.4 GHz Intel core 2 duo, 4 GB of memory, which always runs, but becomes slow.   I don't think I need retina display (if I have a lot of photos and films on the subject), but I was told that the MacBook Pro without screen retina was an old system that Apple could not support much longer. Is this true?

but I was told that the MacBook Pro without screen retina was an old system that Apple could not support much longer. Is this true?

Apple only can answer such a question, and the terms of use for these forums discourage us discuss what Apple plans to do.

I too have a MBP 2010.  I installed an SSD and that increased performance.  Consider that as an option.

You may experience other problems that slows down your MBP.  Before commit you the important cash for a new MBP, examine the potential software problems that may be responsible for the poor performance.  With the SSD, my 2010 works better than the day he came out of the box.

    Ciao.

where can I buy all new macbook pro MD102 i7, 8 GB, 750 GB hardrive here in the UNITED Arab Emirates?

Apple doesn't sell spare parts for consumers (there is a supply chain for the Apple authorized service providers)

BUT - if I read carefully, you can ask where to buy a MacbookPro specific instead of JUST the "hard drive"?

  • New MacBook Pro

I need a new laptop computer for College this year, and it must be 15 ", I narrowed my choice to a MacBook Pro but the 15" size, I already have the last 13"model, but it will not do for what I do, but he'll do for a little while. I know not weather or not to wait for a new ad / released or just buy one now, I don't want to wait too long, but I don't want to buy one and a month more later released another. All tips are appreciated, thanks.

There's a Keynote on September 7. Apple will probably announce all new models and dates that day from output.

  • My new work MacBook Air with my WD MyCloud mirror? He is currently working with my old MacBook Pro.

I'm about to upgrade my MacBook Pro 7.1 (13-inch mid-2010 with OS X EL Capitan), a MacBook Air. I currently use a WD MyCloud mirror for the back upward. I'm afraid that my cloud mirror will not work with my new MacBook Pro? Can you tell me if they will be compatible?

If you use OS X El Capitan on your MacBook Pro MacBook Air will have the same OS X so I see no reason why he would not compatible. If you connect to it via an ethernet cable from the Pro and you want to do the same thing with Air, you will need to buy a NIC for Air
