magnifying glass is constantly changing zoom size while typing

It drives me crazy.  While typing a post, the auto zoom lights (later changed to 110%) I typed that sentence.  The hourglass (now it's 125 per cent and now back to 110 per cent).   I have reset by default and it will start to change again once I type.  Sometimes he (90% now) goes up so much that I can't not (110-90) up to 700%.  driving me crazy.  It behaves actually better than many other times, when it begins to change the zooms so fast that the computer is unusable.   I checked the usability in the control panel and the magnifying glass is not checked.  I'm not clicking on shortcuts for zoom in changes.

After trying for months, I finally fixed it right after the typo in the above post.  The constant evolution of zoom was caused by the wireless mouse.  I opened the Control Panel, mouse and disabled a few zoom feature.

  • Resizing of the form textfield while typing?

    Dear experts,

    We know the 'Auto adjustment' functionatlity: a form of text to complete has changed its size to the size it takes.

    But we would like to know if it is possible to change the size, while the user types?

    Users have reported that they were upset of the scroll bar when typing and the text becomes readable only after the size has been adapted.

    Thank you very much, Matthias BR

    It is not possible with AcroForms. It is possible with the Designer (Live-Cycle), but which is no longer distributed as part of the AA XI.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-AU/Windows-Vista/change-screen-resolution

    Change the screen resolution

    Screen resolution refers to the clarity of the text and images on your screen. At higher resolutions, items appear sharper. They appear also smaller, so more items adapted to the screen. At lower resolutions, fewer items adapted to the screen, but they are larger and easier to see. At very low resolutions, however, images may have serrated edges.

    For example, 640 × 480 is a lower screen resolution, and 1600 × 1200 is higher. CRT monitors generally display a resolution of 800 × 600 or 1024 × 768. LCD monitors can better support the higher resolutions. If you can increase your screen resolution depends on the size and capability of your monitor and the type of video card you have.

    Text and images are sharper and smaller at high screen resolutions
    Text is larger and easier to read at low screen resolutions, but images are rasterized and number of items adapted to the screen
    1. Open display settings by clicking on the button start , by clicking on Control Panel, appearance and personalization, clickingPersonalization and then clicking display settings.

    2. Under resolution, move the slider to the desired resolution, then clickApply.

    Notes

    • When you change the screen resolution, it affects all users who log on the computer.

    • When you set your monitor to a screen resolution that it will not support, the screen will go black for a few seconds while the monitor returns to the original resolution

  • How can I change "window size" in the trim of 10%?

    I use Firefox 32.0.3 and I need to know how to change "window size". I have a + and a - in the toolbar but it only changes the size of the window in increments of 10%. How can I get and intermediaries to increase the changes... i. e 15% or 18% or similar?
    Any help will be appreciated.

    That's the zoom buttons enlarge and reduce the size of the content?

    By default, the enlargement options:

    1.1 => 110%
    1.2 => 120%
    1.33 => 133%
    1.5 => 150%
    1.7 => 170%
    2 => 200%
    2.4 => 240%
    3 => 300%

    The default mitigation measures are:

    .9 => 90%
    .8 => 80%
    .67 => 67%
    .5 => 50%
    .3 => 30%

    To add or change these steps, you can modify the list in Firefox about: config preferences editor. Here's how:

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the search box that appears above the list, type or paste the zoom and make a break while the list is filtered

    (3) double-click the preference toolkit.zoomManager.zoomValues and edit it as you wish. Since it's a little difficult to read, you can copy it to a word processor or another program where you can zoom text, modify it, and then copy the revised version.

    Note #1: After having OK'ing this change, it will come into force in any new windows that you open. Existing windows/tabs seem to remember the implementation at the time you opened the. (To move a tab into a new window, click on the tab on the tab bar > move to the new window.)

    #2 Note: If the preference becomes a mess, you can right click > reset to restore the default value.

    Hello @ginnykins

    What browser are you using when this happens?

    Usually, the random clicks or the keys in a browser are the result of a sensitive Touchpad.

    If you go to settings > devices > mouse and touchpad > Additional options of the mouse and choose the Clickpad settings tab, click the button settings ClickPad.

    Under the MultiFinger gestures, uncheck the Pinch Zoom. You maight need to disable two fingers scrolling too.

    Click OK, and then click OK again.

    If this doesn't help, go back and look under, uncheck tapping finger two, three and four.

    In the dialog of settings for mouse and pad touch, you can change the list of drop-down Touchpad to Long delay sensitivity.

    It be a sensitivity slider, but Microsoft did disappear in Windows 10 now.

    Let me know if it helps.

  • change the size of the icon screen '100% ' disappeared. How can I get that back.

    I had my computer fixed recently.  No, I have to change the size of the content on the screen to go when I'm on the internet?  I use 100% by the icon at the bottom of my screen and it has now disappeared.  How can I get that back?  Why have I to change the size of the Web page after my computer has been repaired?

    I guess you're talking about Internet Explorer...
    He could reappear if you turn on the status bar.  To enable it, start Internet Explorer, and then
    View-> toolbars-> and make sure that there is a check in front of the "status bar".
    If you do not have a menu 'View' then press the 'Alt' key once.

    Also, you should be able to go to 100% by pressing the 'Ctrl' key while pressing "0" (zero).

    You can also zoom in and out by holding down the 'Ctrl' key and turning the mouse wheel.

  • Magnifying glass will not die!

    Whenever I turn on the computer, I get this magnifying glass thing where my cursor should be.

    I tried all the procedures suggested on this forum and others to turn it off, but it just keeps turning on.  It is really annoying and makes it very difficult to get anything done.  Help!

    Hello Chibi2,

    ·         What are the steps you tried to disable the magnifying glass on your computer?

    ·         Do you have any software installed on your computer mouse?

    ·         Remember to make changes to the computer before that happened?

    First of all, you should try to disable it from the control panel.

    1. click on start, all programs, accessories, accessibility and accessibility.

    2. click on make the computer easier to see.

    3 uncheck Turn on Magnifier and click Save.

    If this is already disabled in the Control Panel, you must check the mouse settings if it is enabled.

    If you have a Point of Intelli software installed on your computer, you can try to disable the magnifying of the mouse settings.

    You will be able to access this setting in the list of programs. Open this software and look for the option disable the functionality of Zoom (magnify).

  • School network has no ability to sync settings such as magnifying glass, which is faulty

    I am a student with low vision school corporation as a whole that uses a system of account in network implementation on Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1 using Desktop Authority 8.1.2.7 ScriptLogic software.  The Magnifier software that you include with Windows 7 do not immediately adjusts the size of the Office in a way that manifests through the rearrangement and reconfiguring the desktop icons and windows when I connect after having implemented the magnifying glass, which I use connected, open as I do.  The development team at Microsoft in charge of the magnifying glass does intend to have the functionality of Windows XP SP3 which automatically reorganize and reconfigure the size and location of the Office windows and icons based on the presence of magnifying reintroduced in a future update to Windows 7 or the magnifying glass?  This would be deeply appreciated because of how I currently have to detach the magnifying glass at the top of the screen, wait a few seconds while Windows 7 finishes connect in and anchor magnify whenever I connect to any computer on which I've implemented magnification so that the desktop computer reorganize its content and windows above so that it can accommodate magnifying glass.  In addition, the settings I have set up my account on a computer do not synchronize above all other computers where I can access my account on the network.  I guess that this happens because our network is configured only to synchronize a folder mounted locally using the drive letter "P:\". "with the contents of the folder"My Documents"in such a way that the latter seems to occupy the former because the former actually creates the content on the current computer.  Others, on the scale of the systemw settings do spread on the network, but it would be useful, particularly in the case of the Magnifier, if spread on all networked computers at my school that I used my account and its parameters.  As it is, each computer that I log on must take a standard image with which it synchronizes my local account data, which must create the first time to connect to that specific computer when connecting.  Synchronize account could be updated to support account settings so built-in to Windows during the next major update of the operating system?

    If you mean that the Zoom tool has been removed from the application bar then Yes, it was intentional, they had to do some additional margin for manoeuvre of the workspace. Anyway, why bother to select the zoom tool? CTRL + space and the new zoom chinless is much faster
