  I created an adobe account and I am currently trying to install creative cloud in order to try the trial version of photoshop and lightroom, but I can't get insofar as the process of checking e-mail and adobe is sending the e-mail to my email from hotmail to nephews who is not associated with this account.  He used my iMac in November but I only created this adobe account this week.  His e-mail address is not linked to this account anyway... help.  I really need to try out photoshop and lightroom and do not want to buy the monthly where the same problems occurs.  Thanks in advance.

  What you need to do is to get him to sign with the cloud on your computer, uninstall and clean all Adobe, then login with your account

  Thanks Vikrant Rai. It turned out to be very simple - I used the full version (I bought cs6 in Polish), I installed the trial in English to all upgrade to the full version (after getting my series by email from adobe) I did not know that I have to install once again in Polish. Besides-, it would be VERY HELPFUL if adobe users could change the language of the program AFTER the INSTALLATION. I made a mistake by buying the Polish version and now I have to use for the next two years ([I am more familiar with my programs in English:]).

  Thank you for visiting the Forums from the HP Support! I understand that you are not able to print from your E-mail or your HP Deskjet 6980 Adobe program. I want to you to start with the steps below:

  1. disconnect the USB key if you use a direct connection.

  2. remove the software HP DJ 6980 uninstall from the control panel of your computers an option of the program.

  3. restart the computer.

  4. make sure that all the software DJ 6980 disappeared from the list programs, but also your HP folder listed under all programs in your Start Menu.

  5. now you need to install the DJ 6980 in pilot using the, click on the link below to get installed (do not connect USB until invited by the document below):

  If this id incorrect e-mail will appear in Adobe Creative Cloud app, then please follow the steps and check them out below:

  MAC:

  1-sign to see Creative Cloud App, connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

  2 force quit Adobe all processes in the activity monitor (for example, CC, Core sync, the broker CC library, Office, Adobe, Adobe CPI, demon Adobe Crash etc..) See, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support

  3 - right click on the Finder icon, then select the "Go - To" folder.

  4. you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")

  ~/Library (It will open the folder of the user's library.)

  5. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash folder OOBE and AAM Updater folder so

  6 launch Creative Cloud App and connect

  WINDOW:

  (2) delete following folders: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and OOBE times

  First of all, let me say that was exceptionally difficult to find somewhere I might actually post. I don't think it should be that hard, either I've missed the easy way. Eitherway, let me know if this is in the wrong place, because I am posting this now that I finally found somewhere I can actually post.

  I use adobe acrobat X standard v10.1.2 (I think, should be fully updated without worrying) on windows 7 pro - x 32. I can open a pdf file and then click on the envelope to send by e-mail, and it brings up a side panel. When I tell the email attachment, it seems that if she does something and then disappears without notice. I tried as admin and same result, I troubleshoot compatibility and it came with xp sp2 and when I did, it says "cannot open the e-mail software" and when I run in administrator mode and xp mode it says always 'impossible to open the email software' on other computers it would be perfectly fine without a hitch, even if they are 64-bit could this be the cause? Also already tried to reinstall Acrobat and it did not help and tried to do a "repair" and that did not help either. So I'm really at a lost, unable to find any documentation on this error if were just troubleshooting using my typical procedures. I hope someone can help out me.

  You are most likely in a problem with Win7 email client number. I'm not sure about AAX, but for older versions, the e-mail was through the interface MAPI Ms. Most of the time you simply make sure that your default e-mail client is specified in the default Windows programs. For some clients, you must enable their ability to use MAPI.

  Not sure if this will help, but it is typically a Windows problem to solve because of the way Acrobat trys to interact with mail.
