  I can't to my main menu by pressing the menu key. Am I missing something?

  I have a brand new Clip 2 GB. I put some mp3s on it according to the instructions. Fortunately, I listened to the music. I decided to see what could make the Clip. So I stopped the music for the game (pause) and then pressed the Menu button which just brought me back to the 'Music' helmet page. Pressing the Menu button repeatedly everything just switches between the song paused and the helmet page 'music'.

  I downloaded the updated firmware (2.0.xx?). This did not help.

  The only thing that seems to work is when I get to the page 'Music' helmet, I can push upwards and downwards on the control disc, and he travels by music - FM Radio - voice - settings - music. But no main menu.

  I tried looking for the Sansa Clip Knowledgebase with + menu, but got a lot of success. I looked around, but didn't see anyone else having this problem. And I can't remove the batteries to reset. :-)  (BTW, I don't have reset (15 seconds until power slider) and it did nothing.)
