  The alert (  alert('The value is' + elms.value); is only used to verify I am readying the value correctly. WHen executed outside of the if clause it does show the correct value.

  The error message is due to the use of page focus of the cursor attribute, or some custom JavaScript that attempts to set the focus of cursor in an element that cannot be entered. If the focus of the cursor is set to 'First element on the page', try replacing it "do not focus cursor.   I ran the new 3D camera Tracker in AE, that works wonders.  I selected the track points I wanted to use and created a Null of those object.  As I rub the scene, the null object remains perfectly in place within the scene, as it should.

  However, I would like to parent a JPG that NULL, so that the JPG also remain in the same relative position as the camera moves, but not take the option "parent".  The JPG remains to its fixed position in the image, does not move with the null value.

  Does this make any sense?

  One thing to check - the layer JPEG there 3D enabled?  A 2D layer, akin to a 3D (like a Null value) object will not work correctly.

  The following Javascript code, in the click event of a button, returns a null value for the variable opaque. When I manually enter the expected value the script works perfectly.

  I tried various modifications of the resolveNode line such as var opaque = xfa.resolveNode (qPage); , but without success.

  Also studied all the documents reference Adobe that I could find on the scripts and resolveNode. Any suggestions?

  I tried your sample and it seems to work very well... but I'm not sure 100% that you are trying to do... .going to your initial question on the passage of a variable in the resolveNode resolveNode expects a string, so you must use the following syntax to create the string:

  xfa.resolveNode ("$.." + qPage)

  Note that the variable is outside the quotes as such the string $... is added to the content of qPage. This wil work if qPage is a string as well.

  In your example you have defined qPage as an XFA object so that the syntax above will not work. If you intend to use the same way, you would use qPage.name so that the name of the field will be returned (this is a string) and it will be added to your expression of $ to make the $... ProductAnchorField

  Thus, the expression would be:

  xfa.resolveNode ("$.." + qPage.name)

  Make sense?

  In your database, change the definition of the column in which you might want to leave it empty with null. You can do this easily in phpMyAdmin by selecting the column you want to change on the Structure tab and clicking Change icon. Then select the Null checkbox, as shown in this screenshot:

  

  Allowing a column store null values is not a security risk.

  The string that is the slightest error is the following:

  If you open the database in Access and go to design view for the table in question and look at the definition of this field, what are the settings for 'necessary' and ' allow a length zero "?

  Hi, I'm developing a PHP application that allows users to execute SQL statements on an Oracle database. The idea behind the app does the administrator pass a query with some bind variables, for example:

  After this, users are presented with a series of screens that allow them to select columns that they want to see (in our case they could choose between NAME, SALARY and/or DEPTNO) and enter values for the bind variables (in our case it would be salary and deptno). So far, everything works as expected.
  
  The problem I have is that if a value null is entered (say for example in deptno, we know the employees that are part of any Ministry), the oci_bind_by_name() function function that I use php to make the bindings of variables does not match all records. I understand that if you put something like "AND DEPTNO = NULL" the query should return no results. But, is it possible to do with oci_bind_by_name() behave similarly as if the query would have been "AND DEPTNO IS NULL" when it receives a null value?
  
  Modify the query using PHP is an option that I would avoid because I can't make all the assumptions on the query as it is entered by an administrator.

  Because this behavior is not specific to PHP OCI8 or the use of bind variables, you'll need to arrive at a SQL solution.

  Your comment about not being able to make assumptions on the motion seem strange: If the administrator wants the semantics you describe, they will need to write the SQL statement that is appropriate for their desired output.

  Other types of solutions include put (s) in a PL/SQL procedure that returns a ref cursor You can hide the complexity of PHP by linking only to the PL/SQL procedure parameters. But this seems to deviate away from your goals.

  In order to ensure that "ALL" is selected, you must do a few things:

  1. on the definition of your radiogroup, set the following parameters:

  Display Null: No.
  Value null, display value: (leave empty)
  Value null, return value: (leave empty)

  2. then, update the list of parameter values to include a NULL value. Something like:

  SELECT ' ALL ' d, -1 r FROM DUAL
  UNION ALL
  SELECT DNAME d, DEPTNO r FROM DEPT ORDER BY 1
  

  (in this way, EVERYTHING becomes a part of the data). Note that in this example, I used-1 as "return value zero"-that's because I use a numeric field (DEPTNO). Change a string if you are using a field of VARCHAR2.

  3. create a new calculation of Page. It should run on the radiogroup element header before. The calculation would be a static assignment of the "return value zero" you set above - in my example, it is -1 the calculation should depend on the value of the element being null radiogroup. This, I found it, is the best way to make sure you get a default value before the page is loaded.

  I did all this on: [http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=33642:216]. My report SQL query is then:

  Recently I discovered a problem with our Apex facility in which all selected as source for a text field value will eventually be displayed as a null value in the database.
  We run APEX version 3.2 in an Oracle 10.2.0.4 database using Oracle HTTP Server from 10 g companion disc.
  
  At first glance, everything seems to work as expected; I created a simple table called "oracle_sr" with 2 columns, as both not null:

  In APEX, the form wizard has been used to create a form on this table.

  All the source options causes the same error (including a static value) so I'll focus on the SQL query to the source as:
  
  Select sysdate double;
  
  This should replace the date system in the area of text timestamp when the page is executed.
  As expected, the value appears in the text box, but when I submit the form to create the folder I get the error:
  
  ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ('ABILITY'. "" "" ORACLE_SR '. "" TIMESTAMP")
  
  I have worked with APEX for quite awhile and have successfully used this technique in many applications but just to begin to see this error in recent days. What's particularly odd about this message is by default postings "not null" created by the form wizard sees timestamp class as having a value. Session state information included below reports a value yet the database is to launch the ORA-01400.
  
  Someone has a similar problem? I have spent a good amount of time to try looking for this problem but can't seem to find any similar messages.

  If you have changed the Source Type of an element of database column to something else, so he cannot participate in the automated line choreography Fetch/automatic line processing (DML). You must leave the Type of Source, as it was and change the default value of the element fill when the ARF process retrieves a null value for the column.

• NULL values for some elements of the XML reading tree

  I am confirming that I interpret correctly all the elements of a custom data XML structure defined by my application (the schema is completely under my control).  Some of the elements in my XML tree are read as NULL values, even if similar items are readind as expected.  I have checked some obvious things like misspelling the names of keys, but have not yet find the problem.  Anyone who has debugged similar questions - what else could cause this?

  OK, I got the feeling (and actually hoped) it was a silly mistake of face-palm on my part (compared to a problem of BB10 who had little chance of getting fixed).

  The problem is that I copy the structure of custom data from Starter to my Active dir to my data directory to first install but do not crush him on subsequent launches, as the copy in the data directory is what the user changes and relies on.  I was not a delete and reinstall on each of my iterations, so I wasn't really loading the modified versions of my XML I wanted--just, I was getting a day old stale version which was actually for the items I didn't expect NULL values for nulls.  DOH!

• PersistentStore.getPersistentObject returns the null value?

  I use a random key to retrieve a shape of the object PersistentStore

  persist is PersistentStore.getPersistentObject (KEY);.

  Works fine on the Simulator (OS 5), when I take the code signed to the device (BB OS 5.0 Bold 8900)

  For some reason, it returns null, without exception. Thereafter any API I inoke on PersistentStore / persist returns null without exception persist even when the null value.

  I don't know if it's one thing to eclipse debugger, but even if the debugger shows that objects are null. Controls null applied in the code seems to fail, what does code see these objects as non-null. Pheww! How is it possible.

  In this code still shows up as null, then safetyTable and orderedkeys. However, the value null check in the failure code.

  At a later stage in the code, when I try to access orderedkeys are null again! Are struggling with this problem for two days, all the pointers would be very comfortable.
