It also is understandible on the maintnence programs I like WinUtilities, but why other programs such as Microsoft Gif Animator, a manufacturer of presentation and my photo Keychain driver? I tried running as administrator, but it don't change anything help pleas.

    Hello

    Even if you are logged as long as administrator, if the UAC (User Account Control) settings are defined to inform on the computer, you will receive the notification.

    Reference:
    User account control
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/products/features/user-account-control

    You can try to disable User Account Control (UAC) and check if it helps.

    Enable or disable the User Account Control

    Note: User Account Control (UAC) can help you to prevent your computer from unauthorized changes. It works by asking permission when a task requires administrative rights, such as installing software or changing settings affecting other users. We do not recommend disable user account control. If you turn it off, you must reactivate as soon as possible.

    If you save your picture in jpeg format, you cannot have transparency. The jpeg format simply doesn't support transparency. You must save in .png, .psd, .tiff formats.

    Note that the layer "background" in the layers palette must be transformed into a 'standard' layer to keep the transparency. Menu layer > New > layer.

  • Satellite M60-162: vertical and transparent stripe on the screen

    Hello

    Satellite M60-162 appeared a transparent white vertical stripe on the screen of my laptop. The band is present at startup in the BIOS and in normal operation of the computer. How can I fix?

    No doubt with the replacement of the screen.

    A few years ago I had old Satellite M70 and it had a horizontal white line on the top of the screen. The line was also visible all the time, in the BIOS, when the home Toshiba screen showed and using OS.
    I replaced the LCD screen and everything was OK again.

  • Why can I not make my background of the transparent sidebar the way where he was?

    After you have reinstalled Vista after a hard disk crash, I can't get the sidebar to have a transparent background, the way that it used to be under the original installation. It isn't even an option for this in the sidebar help/Setup. I don't think I made it transparent voluntarily last time - it is all automatic. Now, I can't make sure, evenintentionally.

    I am now using Windows 7.
    For 6 years I have been using Vista, I never activated Aero, not to mention transparency. Reason: huge consumption of resources and slow down the performance.

    Anyway, you are not supposed to activate the transparency first before you can see the sidebar with a transparent background?

  • How to make Custom Bitmap ButtonField background transparent and not black?

    I have a buttonfield bitmaps customized using a png with transparent rounded corners. It appears as a black rectangle with the image on it. How can I make transparent blackground? I think that my problem lies in this code and I tried to use "alpha" with no results:

    Protected Sub paintBackground (Graphics Graphics) {}

    try {}
    graph.setGlobalAlpha (0);
    graph.setBackgroundColor (Color.BLACK);
    Graph.Clear ();
    }
    Finally {}
    }

    I'm sure it's a simple answer, but thanks anyway for the help!

    So I tried to do the same thing to paint override, and now the buttons are not displayed at all the haha. In any case, another programmer has helped me too and came up with the following code, it works and the problem is resolved. Thanks for your help guys, I'll put 'likes' for you. If anyone needs the code here, this is:

  • How to make my picture as a transparent background for my Web page?

    Hi guys I am new to web design so please excuse if that seems like a silly question. I think my website in cs6 fireworks but I am able to edit the photo, I need transparent in photshop cs6 so according to what you feel would be best suited, please advise on how to make the image of the car in this picture below transparent. I need the lack of transparency in order for writing to finally go overboard, how would you recommend that I do this.

    Please note that may also offer you constructive criticism on the overall design of the site. Banners and buttons are that consumers demand not so much can be changed with respect to that.

    screenshot.PNG

    Not sure understand your question about transparent car image.  In web design you use with CSS background images then put real text in the HTML text of overlays on top of the image.

    To change transparency in Photoshop, adjust the opacity or fill level on your layer.

  • How to make the background of a transparent logo on a slide?

    This seems to be the doc would be in 7 Captivate User Guide, in "properties of the images and the flight path images":

    Image

    Transparent background Select the color fill icon. All occurrences of a particular color of an image can be made transparent.

    ...

    However, steps to reproduce:

    1 Ctl + sh + m inserting image (logo, white background a lot).

    2. double-click on the image to open the property inspector of the image.

    3. under the image is as follows:

    cp-propinsp-image.jpg

    4 I opened what seems to be the color picker on the right and select white.

    5. I click click the eyedropper on the left (which, when I mouse over it, has the ToolTip, "Make the color transparent selected."

    Expected result: the white background becomes transparent.

    Result: white background remains white.

    I am barking the wrong tree? What is the correct and effective way to make the white background of a picture transparent?

    Thank you

    Jeff

    Let's just say that interface designer user Adobe wasn't in a good mood that day.

    If you notice closely, there is a semicolon between the eyedropper icon, which indicates that this icon is just a "label". Next to that is a button which you should click. A click, you get the color scheme which has also the standard choose fill color. Select the fill and click on the area of the image that you want to make transparent.

    Is another alternative for this, save the image in PNG format and import it into Captivate. It's hassle and in my experience is cleaner.

  • Is Hey, there a way to make elements evolve vertical scroll? Thanks :)

    I wonder if it is possible to make evovle of elements according to the vertical scroll, like the margin of a background or something like that, to make a non responsive site only horizontally, but vertically site sensitive too using Adobe reflow.

    Thank you

    Currently we are worn on html and css, and although it is very simple to add in some JS to achieve the change scroll position, let's just about html and css for now.

    We are working on getting management implemented, as well as multiple pages. I can see a scenario where you can design and apply the classes on different pages to achieve the design you want, but without the JS to swap classes. To do this, you'd be yourself
