  You have described the issue is really strange
  I can t image it could be exactly but if that appears after your GPU and CPU has been changed so I recommend you to contact the ASP again and wonder what goes wrong.

  I put t know if you use a newer graphics driver and BIOS, but you should check if the problem persists even with the update of the BIOS and graphics driver.
  But if you see any improvements so a call of ASP is required

  I have a videocard Satelite A10, 2.2 Ghz, 712 MB of RAM, provided with your computer.

  I just bought the Sims 2 and thought from the specifications that I would be able to play on my current card. However when I try to run it it gets to the intro screen and then hangs when it is ready to go into the Menu. My first impressions are that I don't have a pretty good graphics card.

  I need a 32 MB T & L capable card so can someone confirm if this is why it would not work on the system.

  If that's the case I'm looking to see if it is possible to install a new graphics card on the machine I want to play more games to date.

  the map I'm looking at is Sapphire ATI Radeon 9600 XT 256 MB AGP8X graphics card. It will work on the machine and it is likely to solve my problem?

  In General, it is not possible to change the graphics card in your laptop. This is because the graphics cell are generally not a component separated (as with a normal PC), but generally a specific graphic chip attached to the motherboard so make the graphics a part of the laptop.

  At the same time, the graphics driver is normally a specially modified version will omit some of the more esoteric aspects of the normal driver to minimize the risk of overheating chip since it does not have its own cooling system.   Saturday, August 16, 2014, I visited a friend to download far cry 1, 2, 3 and the DLC via steam. We left my computer download and went out. On our return 2 hours later, when I tried to make out the hibernation mode, it does not start and the caps lock light kept flashes once, indicating a CPU failure according to the error code to connect to this site.

  Performed troubleshooting:

  I checked the plug and discovered that the taken light was red, so I went taking points, and the 2nd which shine white.

  Connected to an external monitor no dice.

  noticed that the light on the drive on the side right hand turns red, so tried the hard reset - removed the battery and tried to start it with just the connected plug, he came but it's same - caps lock flashes indicating once cpu failure.

  You should be able to order a replacement CPU from the laptop. This would occur in the maintenance and Service guide (which is in my previous post). It can be a stand-alone item however, some laptops, it's part of the system board replacement.

  Hi, I recently got a new laptop with Windows 7 pre-installed on it.  Sorry if this problem has already been asked before, but I couldn't find someone else with the same problem I have.

  Check if your video card has its own program/parameters adjustment control panel and use it to adjust your settings more towards the side of the 'quality' rather than the side 'Performance' and see if that smooth your edges for you.  Also, you said that your system is new.  You can look into having served through your warranty.  You also need to make sure that it is not getting too hot.  Laptops produce a lot of heat and if it doesn't get good ventalation / or enough, then he can begin to display this type of behavior.  I had to go out and get a 'cooling block' for mine to keep it cool.  I hadn't started to have problems because of the heat, but I decided on my own that he was too hot.   Hope this bit of info helps.

  ASUS GTX970 - DCMOC - 4GD5 GeForce GTX 970 4 GB 256 - Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP video card as shown in your link, should keep the Inspiron 3847 MT chassis very well, but you will need to replace the power supply, because this card requires an additional power connector 8 pin EPS and a 500w/600w PSU, instead of the default 300w unit.

  Note: As the card is a unit of double width, you lose using the PCIe x 1 next to the card slot.

  You did a great job trying to fix this problem yourself. First, I recommend that you test the problem in safe mode. Boot in safe mode allows your Mac perform certain controls, delete the cache and prevent the opening and start-up items to open automatically. Follow the steps below to start in safe mode.

  3. Release the SHIFT key when you see the logo Apple appears on the screen.

  Watch high aon back of the graphics card for a switch.  See the image below.

  You should have received a leaflet in the box describing the use of the switch (legacy mode or UEFI).  If your PC is a version 8 HP BIOS then disable secure boot if set.   I'm not familiar with current PC for sale, regarding upgrades.  Since is considered a new HP, try looking at the list of options on the HP website.  Most higher end PC have the options that you choose before buy you, to customize the generation.  Choose a model with options that match your criteria now and notice the upgrade options - write down them - to avoid confusion later.  OR go with a customized version, but this could mean significant spending.  It is the hand off the coast between prebuilts and personalized.

  You can install this driver, but you need to use different installation procedure.
  You must install it in the Device Manager.

  Here is the video card manufactured by EVGA.  It shouldn't harm your system somehow.  However, if you have trouble with the installation, you can contact their Technical Support (1-888-880-3842) or online.  They were very useful for me.  Read the reviews to see what users have to say about it.  As you can see, there are a lot of comments and appreciation 5 eggs.  You can't do better.

  Yes, you can upgrade the power supply (PSU).  I suggest to measure the PSU existing and comparing these measures to the one you choose.  I love OCZ and Corsair.  They will provide quality amateur with a reasonable price.  A good video card requires a clean and stable power supply.  I recommend at least 500W; 550W at 600W would be even better.  This would allow for future updates.  The computer uses only the amount of energy needed to operate the components.
