  ·         Have you checked the issue by connecting a different monitor?

  Step 1: It seems to be a hardware issue to me. Check if the cables are well connected.

  Step 2: Connect another monitor to the computer and see if the problem persists.

  Most likely, the images are 16-bit/channel.

  Go to Image > Mode and click on 8-bit/channel and see if that solves the problem.

  The Mobile Applications submenu was only in Dreamweaver CS5.5. It has been removed in later versions.

  I understand that you use a HP Officejet 5740 e-all-in-one printer with a PC of Windows 8 and the printed text has black steaks through every few lines. I would like to help with that.

  Black lines through the text is usually due to present an accumulation of debris around of the cartridge that can usually be solved by cleaning cartridges or ink. This can be done in the control panel of the printer.

  Cleaning of the cartridges is discussed in this support material designed to be used with this problem - solve print quality problems.

• 5610 all-in-one - black thick top of line down on the pages scanned using the scan feeder tray ONLY

  Using HP Officejet 5610 all-in-one I've had for years and maybe 6 months ago, I noticed that anything that is analyzed by the load plate (if you need to scan a bunch of pages without having to analyze each page individually between analyses what is tedious that need constant attention) has this thick black line goes up and down on the middle left of THE pages scanned. Honestly, it looks really bad like if there is something hidden in this terrible line through the process of moving the paper through the feeder, BUT the original is just fine without damage.

  If I scan just a page by placing the document on the scanner glass, and then NO matter whatsoever.

  100% reproducible every time.

  So I know that it has nothing to do with the glass (which is clean), but only when the scanned document must pass through.

  Checked the forums for similar problem and found no exact match.

  I imagine that an expert out there knows the answer to that high hand. IF you could speak up, I would appreciate it.

Well I opened the whole Assembly, having absolutely NO idea how it all works, and I found a 1 "x 8.5" thick mirror (for lack of a better term) who had what looked like white paint on it to the place where the pages were probably getting the black line. I scratched, retested and the question was gonzo - that's all!

  Then my wife just told me that she thinks that she knew what the problem was all along. She had put on a page and it had not dried, and she tried to put it in the charger to make a copy. She just thought that we were going to replace the printer even when and if ever, let me know. During this time it was me mad for months. What are you laughing at me? This all-in-one works very well for years - replace without good reason, must learn a new product, get new cartridges, out the same old, same old, NO way. If it is not broke, do not replace it!

• HP envy 5532 - poor black printing - trailed missing lines showing

  I just bought the hp envy 5532 and found poor print quality.

  While color printing seems to be okish, black is very poor.

  I tried all the tools available via the control panel of the printer, but there are always problems with black printing.

  It's almost as if the black is missing from the lines and. For example on test prints that print a block in black, some of the block is low or striated.

  Runs all tests in diagnosis is also eating away at the ink and not started using the printer to its destination.

  Please help, I really do not want to return the printer, but will do if this is not resolved.

  I see that you have print quality issues.  I would try to help.

  I recommend removing the cartridges and perform a power reset. Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

  I also recommend later in this document on the streaks of ink fixing faded prints and other common Print quality problems

  The first thing you think when you have lines, etc. on your screen graphics/video drivers are corrupt and we normally recommend that you download the latest drivers for your computer from the website of the manufacturer of your laptop.

  But you say that you receive a beep at the moment that the problem occurs, which suggests a hardware problem (loose connection, inverter, backlight connection while your screen is black?).

  If it is not corrupted drivers:

  If under warranty, contact the manufacturer.

  If it is not under warranty, contact a good computer repair workshop, local.

• Menu mobile - sliding page reveals menu (like Gmail app) - how to?

  I'm trying to understand how to make a menu that is similar to the way in which Gmail iPhone and Android app works.  It's very simple: it is the icon of menu typical mobile at the top.  When this icon is struck, the slides of current page right about 75 percent of the way, revealing a menu below.  The menu scrolls / slide up and down to display more choices that can display a screen.  When a menu choice is typed, the page who slipped away to the right slides in position with the newly selected page.  There is no submenus, just a long list of menu items.

  I have attached a picture to show this.

  I sure would appreciate some help on how to do this.  I searched and seen some tutorials, but can't get enough.  I'd be happy to buy a widget that does this.

  I use reader XI (eleven).  I downloaded the manual from my camera Nikon S9700 (pdf) and now the art of the line appears as black images.  How to restore the line drawing?  Document was created in Adobe 5.X.  I downloaded the latest version of the manual of the device and same condition exists.

  Answered my own question: under preferences > accessibility > Document Color Options I had selected "Replace Document colors".  Don't you love when things work?
