Each of them worked just fine indicating that, in theory, I shouldn't have ANY problems to connect to Adobe. However, this is not the case and I can't access the site that allows me to try or use the software. The software Manager just sits and turns his wheels so to speak.
Now, the funny if I type in the WRONG password for my adobe ID, the application Manager software immediately comes back and says I entered the wrong information. That tells me that the application manager must connect to where it belongs. As a last resort, I tried disabling my firewall and still no luck. Is there anything else I can try? It would be pointless to buy the software, because I'd be stuck not being is not able to use it. Or any other Adobe software for this fact.

First of all, Merry Christmas.
Now, an update. Elements / Photoshop 13 installed fine on the my Mac Mini my PC has been running since the first day (four or five years now without a complete re-make.) and this seemed as good as time as any to install a new plant a copy of Windows 7. Who knows how many programs etc... have been installed / uninstalled etc... over the past years and now its full. For most... Install fresh Windows, installed updates, latest drivers drivers video and installed anti-virus, google Chrome installed. I had no problem with installation of Adobe Photoshop Elements after that. Again, I must say its very sad, it's this extreme measure, but I really appreciated that you take the time to help me with this problem.

Manager help Adobe does not - can not download offline manuals
I CS6 Master Collection and this problem since I bought the 2013 programmes. I would be nice to have all the manuals, if I'm offline.
I use Windows 8.1.
Sometimes the pop up-down on Adobe help Manager taskbar and seems to be eager to download, but can't - see my screenshot.
What is the problem with this program, why is she not mange to help me?
The Adobe in CS6 help Manager is a solution poorly engineered out of the help files. I also experienced what you have found. It uses the Adobe AIR technology which is an offshoot of Adobe Flash, which is the technology that is being phased out.
Creative applications in Cloud, the help Manager was left in the garbage heap, and a new way of producing help files is used.
I'm afraid there is nothing you can do to fix your problem. It will be never fixed.

Manager application Adobe will not open.
I can't get Adobe Application manager to open my application creative Cloud 2015. All are current and up to date. My cloud license is current and actively ongoing. I erased the history on my browsers. I restarted and did it again. Another other ideas?
This computer was used previously by another user of Adobe, but this person disappears from the system and is no longer an active Adobe ID.

You can rename OOBE OOBE.old
Location of OOBE
Windows:-C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
and
\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE name of C:\Users\[user]
In Mac;--Finder--> Macintosh HD--> computer---> Library--> Application support--> Adobe---> OOBE
After you rename this file to creative.adobe connection, .com and download an app called 'Creative Cloud '.

Okay, well, I recently got a new laptop Gateway yesterday... and I made a new account from Adobe. So, today, I wanted to download Photoshop CS6, and I did it all went through, until after it extracted the files, he said something like, "if it please try again and restart your computer" I thought it was a bug, so I tried to download PS once again, and he says the same thing. I rebooted my computer laptop and downloaded again and the same thing happened, I rebooted again and downloaded, same message! No work and I really want to use photoshop, by the way I was downloading the trial version. He cannot do anything with the memory because this laptop costs $800 and a lot of GB, ram and memory... Manager of Application CC does not load apps
My application manager does not load apps. He is just saying "Applications loading...". "I tried, stop, reboot, uninstall/reinstall. I just download Dreamweaver but can actually get to the apps. I have connected online and a shot start downloading in this way, but it passes just to the application manager that is unresponsive. Help?

Why Adobe does not allow developers to create addons that do not have a remove feature
I tried SmugMug export plugin ALLOYPHOTO Publish and don't think it was what I need, I decided to go back to the free version of SmugMug to see that ALLOYPHOTO has fixed their Add-ons to be not suppressible.
I guess it's a plan of Alloyphoto of junk supplements function peoples of the lightroom program.
Is there a reason why Adobe allows applications to be installed without a remove function? I find it disappointing that Adobe does not there people out there who make software damage peoples programs and would not guarantee that all the addons can be removed.
I see that Alloyphoto sells dozens of addons, so I recommend to anyone realize that Alloyphoto probably did this process with all of their software. They announce the addons like that can be assessed for 10 days and don't tell you they did ensure that addons can be removed, is not what I call a trial product.
Here are the steps to remove a LR plugin and delete it from your drive:
1 file > plug-in Manager.
2. in the left column, highlight the plugin and select it.
3. in the right column, scroll down to the section of the State and, as appropriate, expand it by clicking on the triangle.
4. click on view in the Finder (Mac) / show in Explorer (Windows) to open Finder/Explorer on the folder on the drive that contains the files of the plugin. It ends in ".lrplugin". On Mac, it will appear as a 'package' (a single file) and on Windows, it will appear as a folder.
5. in the Solution Finder/Explorer, delete the plugin.
6. in the LR plug-in Manager window, make sure the plugin is still selected and click Delete at the bottom of the left column.
See the screenshot below. If you get hung up on any one of these steps, please indicate exactly what you've done and what has not worked.

The application icon does not appear on the home screen. I managed to deploy to using javaloader and Office Manager because it comes in Options-> advanced-> Applications, and I am able to uninstall it via Desktop Manager. It is only fair that the icon does not appear.
If it's important, I'm using controlled BlackBerry API. I received and installed the keys with success.
Any ideas?
Edit: I use the Eclipse Plugin Windows XP, OS 4.5
I don't know what the problem was, but I solved it. I just created a new project of BB starting from zero and copy and pasted my code and rebuilt. Works fine now.

We had applied the corrective update EMP 11.1.2.4 on EMP 11.1.2.3.
While doing post task upgrade planning I found that a single planning application has been corrupted as follows,
While in the epm 123 someone changes the password for the admin, at that time, this application has been corrupted.
After you apply the update, I found that this plannning application is unable to connect to the essbase server.
When I opened the console of Regional service, I can't see this planning an application.
then, when I browse to administrator > > Administration > > manage > > create database, it gives me an error like this.

It is a classic planning application.
I tried to add essbase EA application which gives me error like

Your question is exactly as if that I met recently. I did the same thing, but it was not to let me remove so I deleted the HYP_PLANSYS table manually.
You can try this method of recovery of LCM and load data later in your cube.
Make sure you have good backups before you go ahead and delete.

How adobe does not count the activations of computer for this product. I activated 2 computers, disabled 2 computers and then tried to activate another, only to be told that I got too many activations. I tried to use my new Sony reader and was told by Sony that it was a question of adobe. I talked to adobe to be told that it was a computer problem. I have a new Christmas gift which is totally unusable! We should be able to understand it!
Please give me some help here! It was a very expensive gift to have just sitting around. I should have gotten the KINDLE!
You should only withdraw the authorization if:

-You must decidied use a different AdobeID (and give up books associated with the old AdobeID).
