Manager application Adobe returns to the mode of trial - what to do?

My adobe application manager is unexpectedly in mode test on OS X. I had two telephone conversations with Adobe Support - they have suggested to re - install the application manager, which did not work. I checked http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/trial--1-launch.html -, but this no longer works. I have installed the patch, however, my application manager said that the trial time is up - so I can't "disable" anything in the application Help menu, because the application always stops and starts the application manager. Also, I can not choose "this software license", because he asks to see a license key that does not exist when you use the creative cloud subscription. My subscription is valid - the support team from Adobe who checked and confirmed that everything should work - however, this isn't. Any ideas?

It looks like you bought the English version, the preferred language of Adobe Application Manager must be configured for English (International) or products will launch in trial mode. That may be what's new?

  • Purchased an Adobe CC license, but returned to the mode of trial - please help?

A little less than a month ago, I bought a license for Adobe Creative cloud student, and it has worked fine until yesterday, when all my programs suddenly returned to the mode of trial, despite the fact that I checked if my license is valid, what!

Photoshop actually refuses to launch more correctly and all that, when I click on "Start trial" is give me a pop-up box saying that I started a trial of 0 day beside my taskbar:

    c7b4b52a33e4fc5a68090afa87653930.png

And a trial pop up saying that I can try the product for 30 days.

I have read several threads on how this problem could be solved, but I didn't know any of the wires mentioned a problem where when they click on "license this software", which after confirmation that he obtained a license and I press suite, aka this:

    0b3b39f4ddf60efb44d27bad76d76653.png

It gives me just an another saying I can try the product for 30 days.

Is it possible that this can be corrected? I need Photoshop for my studies and I would be in trouble, if I wouldn't be able to use it next Monday.

I have tried using the CC cleaning tool, uninstall and reinstall Photoshop AND creative cloud, but nothing seems to help.

I am running Windows 8.1 on an Asus ROG G751JT-T7218T-G-SYNC Gaming Laptop with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 M graphics card. Photoshop would normally work perfectly well, but yesterday it crashed twice before starting either at all. Help would be very appreciated!

I would advise you to Contact Customer Services as technical troubleshooting may be required.

  • CC Adobe stuck in the mode of trial and we have a complete subscription plan

Yesterday we updated all applications via Adobe CC and just after updates are complete, all the apps went in trial mode, even if we have a full CC subscription plan. Signature to did not help.

Then we tried to reinstall Adobe CC and all applications, but the installer for Adobe CC has not started. We also used Adobe CC cleaning tool and which did not help also. So we did a clean installation of Windows 7 and Adobe CC, but we have still the problem that some apps (Ps, Lr, Ai, Id, Acrobat) runs only in trial mode, while others (RA, AU, Dw, SOUL) are ok.

We are working on a project which must be submitted as soon as possible, so please, help us.

Update: we had a remote session with Adobe support and she she has set the. As far as I saw, there was a problem with the OOBE folder.

  • Why the Premiere Pro (perpetual) CS6 returns to the Mode of trial?

I buy 11 copies of Premiere Pro CS6 for more than a year. This is not a subscription!

I had to "new license" these copies for the third time that they continue to mode track.

This is accomplished by connecting it to my adobe account.

    It is very annoying...

Can someone explain why this is happening?

  • My adobe products change to the mode of trial while offline

When I'm offline, my adobe products (I bundle creative cloud at special price $199.99 student / year through TulsaTech) change to the mode of trial. Is it possible, can I synchronize my license adobe to my computer or something so that I can use the software while offline?

An internet connection is required the first time you install and your applications to license, but you can use applications offline with a valid license. Desktop applications will try to validate your software licenses every 30 days.

Annual members can use applications up to 99 days in offline mode. Months of members may use the software for 30 days in offline mode.

  • VMware hypervisor 5 license returns to the mode of assessment on reboot

I have a current execution machine hypervisor and I installed the license via the vmware vsphere client, configuration tab and it shows under license. I can view the logs of system on the host itself and see that the license is installed under display support information.

The question is when I turned off the hypervisor, rear power on the server returns to the mode of assessment and I lose my vm. I then have to recreate the virtual machine and under Select a disk, use a previously configured disk.

  • So bored with Adobe because, after a year, I stopped my subscription, all my office applications are suddenly in the mode 'test '.

I am a user of Adobe for a long time, until CS6 Adobe; I bought his so-called Master Collection. After Adobe began to Cloud creative advertise everywhere, my school advised me to CC because it had more powerful editing tools. I asked, ' what do I have to pay permanently for the subscription or can I stop after a year, but still be able to use all the applications I have installed within this year?" The response has been, I can keep the applications installed and they will be fully functional even if I stopped subscription.

Now, after a year I quit my subscription (4 July), but then in the weeks all my office applications are placed under the "test" mode So confused and frustrated, I contacted Adobe for help, but in the chat room, the only repeated answer that I got was "I suggest you to place a new order for the subscription to use." I am very very disappointed with that kind of response, and also Adobe forcing me to continue to pay or return CS6, makes me very angry (I know where is my property?). I'm trying to find out the experiences of other users.

  • You can set an application to return to the introductory screen after idle?

I'm building a pretty basic application, a series of pages and maps containing various information. Unique folio with four items that the user will be perusing, buttons linking to the content in the articles.

Is there a way to 'reset' of the application after a period of inactivity? Say, the user navigates to the bottom in the app, finds and reads through some content, then all leaves, leaving the open app right where he or she was arrested. I would like for the app to finally return to the first or the screen 'welcome. '

Thanks in advance for any idea...

See this article for information on resetting a folio after awhile.

  • Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard 6 Design - back to the Mode of trial

I am currently working on a MacBook Pro OS X, end 2011, El Capitan 10.11.6.

I use CS6 Design Standard 6. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for 2012, I installed them via a CD, I have the box and everything and fortunately these products for years with no problems what so ever.

Dun, dun, dun... so far, I went to open Photoshop by clicking on a document .psd I had worked on previously and all of a sudden, I get the window asking if I want to start my trial of 30 days or the software license, I have close and check other programs to find the same thing has happened, everything came back to their mode of trial.

Creating cloud did not help, either, it doesn't show updates and tried to find solutions online but nothing seems to answer my problem and I have not contacted customer yet because I'm typing this out-of-hours. Like many people done CS6 part of their means of subsistence and help to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

If you happened to mix creative cloud with your machine at some point, this could be a part of the problem.  You mentioned, so it seems that you may have.

How we stop to resume my perpetual license CS6 creative cloud?

We recently purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, however, that we were previously using a trial version, we get the message at the bottom of the documents ' MODE of ASSESSMENT − a valid license will remove this message. See the property keywords of this PDF for more information. "Is there a way to prevent the display of this message? The trial version has been removed before the installation of the purchased version.

[Ask in the correct forum allows... Left the Premiere Pro for Acrobat... MOD]

OK, the problem is that, even if you have purchased Acrobat Pro, you do not use it. You always use a free replacement product. Not only that, a free product in demo mode.

When you go to print from the application, you must choose the Adobe PDF, not the PDF Creator printer.
