Manager experience Adobe assets

Creative cloud insists now that I sign in "Adobe active Manager experience" at startup.

I do not subscribe to 'Adobe active Manager experience' and have not heard from him so far.  When I try to log on it anyway, he answers in red 'could not connect to the server. Try again or contact your administrator. »

No Director.  Don't subscribe to the photography program.

Just started doing this since the last update of Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge.

For some reason any can not find others with the same problem. No mention either that creative cloud connect you process has changed to this.  Impossible to contact Adobe online, or the other.

Cannot remove the Creative Cloud App so the re - download a new start (had to make for the previous App numbers and usually worked).

No idea what's going on and how or why I saw this change comes.
