  With iTunes Sync Photo, you can copy the albums selected to your library of Photos of the iPhone or the iPad.

• Why is there not an option to play simply all episodes unplayed from the oldest to the newest without manually adding them to a list or a station?

  I read podcasts about 10 a week. Sometimes I struggle to follow if I get well the order book. With new episodes each day I want just that they all enter the category "unplayed" and an option to play all unplayed from the oldest to the newest. Older versions of the application that did it. Is it possible with the new version? Without the stations or manually add to the list "next." I never remember what I have or have not added to 'to the top next' and there is no way to see the list that I can find. Any help would be appreciated.

  If you synchronize your episodes from iTunes on your computer, you can create a playlist OF all unplayed podcast episodes and sort by release date.

• Difference between manually manage photo library

  First of all, this is a workflow that I am creating and need help.

  First of all, I import a batch of photos from my computer.  I then tags that will affect each photo in a smart album.

  A smart album, I'd like to have is 'Remove the Photo from Computer' - these are all the images that are just unusable for me for some reason any.

  Once I have this list, I would use the 'show referenced file in finder' so that I can get quickly the originals appear and I can remove it at once.

  If "Show file referenced in the finder" is greyed out, you have imported as successful photos. Control you this by ticking the 'Copy the items in the photo library' in Photos > Preferences > General.

  You need not reveal originals in the Finder to remove imported however photos.  Just select all the photos in your smart album, then use the key combination command + DELETE ⌘⌫.  All the selected photos will be removed from the library and moved to the recently deleted album, whee you deleted them eventually. Thus, the original images will be deleted.  Only if you use referenced files, with the original stored outside the library of Photos, you need to delete the originals separately.

  Import the photos into the order in which they are archived. You can sort
  them a little, even if, in your component collection by going to... View / organize
  Icons... pick Date, name, etc... will make a difference.

  No way to prevent duplicates except remove them manually.

  Hi, I am a novice user of Lightroom, less than 30 days.  I can easily assign an image in my previous import file to a NEW collection.  However, I am not able to add a folder of photos from the previous import (or pictures) to one of my current collections.  Example: I imported and developed several images of birds and mammals and they are currently listed in the previous import file.  I want to assign the bird pics from my Collection of birds and mammal to the mammal Collection photos.  Lightroom print instructions State: "Drag photos of the display of grid to a collection in the Collections Panel."  However, when I try it the image IS NOT added to the collection!  Nothing happens!  The image remains in the previous import (or all photographs) file, but it is not added to the collection.   I must not understand something.  Help.  Earl

  You will need to drag the image, not the border around the image.

  Lightroom is not a file Explorer. He doesn't know what photos have been added to a folder. You need to tell Lightroom to each import new photos, or synchronize the file. Of the two, I recommend you import (does not synchronize) because will synchronize also remove photos from Lightroom if they do not appear in this folder (and so you lose your changes and metadata provided by the user) and for many people, this is an undesirable side effect of synchronize.

  However, I don't really like the idea of adding pictures into existing folders; for me it's easier and makes more sense to create a new folder for each new batch of imports (so to avoid problems with synchronization and minimizing human error) and then use Lightroom tools such as keywords and other metadata to organize and find.

• Adding Photo credit

  When you add a photo credit to a photo, which is added and how/where is it added? Is the name of the author of the photo used or is the name of used adobe? A watermark is used? A link is used? Thank you!

  Really depends on your use for where you put. For example if it's on social media, it goes right on the image. If it's in a book you can simply add it to any other loans you have inside.

  Usually just the words 'Adobe Stock' and the Stock Number, or artist name is fine. If it's on the photo just small print at the bottom so it of readable but does not take away from the image.

• Adding photos to Aperature of Photos

  Sometimes I add pictures of Photos at the opening to use its enhanced capabilities.  I use the "Share" feature to do this.  Is the Photo duplicated and copied into the Aperture library file or it is just linked?  I wonder if I use much more disk space by 'sharing' to Aperature.

  The photo will be copied in Aperture, when you share to opening Photos.

  I use a 2013 end Macbook Pro with ElCapitan v 10.11.5 with a processor 2.8 GHz Intel Corei7 and 16 GB of memory.  When I add a new contact, there is no picture well so that I can add a picture to the contact. If a contact is preexisting with a photo, I am able to modify (change) the picture in this contact.  The problem is that when I add a new contact.

  I don't have this problem on my iPhone 6 +.  The only way I was able to add a photo, it's on my iPhone.  I want to be able to do it on the Macbook.  I don't know when the issue began as I could add pictures previously.

  For me, it is active and I can drag a file photo on it.

  You cannot drag and drop photos - it seems to be severely limited in its drag and drop support.

  There is a "glitch" pink screen that keeps appearing randomly in my iMovie on some photos project. No one knows what is the cause? It's incredibly frustrating.   Only iMovie 10.1.1 is completely compatible with El Capitan.  Are you by chance using an earlier version?

  I understand that you want to add images to contacts you have. It's something I can help you with that.

  All you have to do is drag a photo of your choice and drag it to the picture in the Contacts application. If you can't see the picture, it will look like the initials of the contact. Take a look at the article below for more details.

  You cannot add a PIN to be ignored, you can only delete a contact and ask not to be contacted by PIN.
